I made the mistake of taking these drives to other places that offered free initial services which ended up being a big mistake as they could not recover a single MB. Mike over at DriveCrash should be the first person you contact if you value your files. Their location is COVID friendly, everyone there wore masks, and there's plenty of parking. After Mike opened up one of my drives, he saw that the previous shop had caused irreversible damage. However, the good news was he was able to recover a portion of the drive which was not as damaged. The second drive had better luck and was able to be fully recovered. Communication was excellent in person, by phone, and through email. Mike was able to provide live updates and walked me through any questions/concerns I had. While data recovery is not the cheapest process, I was given a reasonable price and had my files back within a week. Hoping I won't have drives crash on me in the future but I know where I'll take them if I do.

As soon as I would launch Zoom/MS Teams i would get cycling static in my Bluetooth AirPods (but not my wired headphones). I was also able to bluetooth pair with external speakers, but no sound - as soon as I disconnected the speakers sound would come from the internal laptop speakers. Both the AirPods and external speaker worked perfectly with my iPhone. After we arrived, Abdullah greeted us and informed that the issue is just the screen and he had not observed any other issue on other components. He informed that there was water ingress inside the phone which confirmed my research on iPhone 14 tend to have moisture issues that cause screen issues. My daughter's phone look great and worked just like before! Overall, the experience was top notch and Abdullah is professional, courteous, and straight to the point. I tried using data recovery software that usually works well with no success 3. I decided to try using a professional, not believing they could recover anything. 4. I called Interdata Recovery Services and they told me that before I had to pay anything they would check out the card for free and see what their confidence level in recovering data 5. They called us in 24 hours with the update that they could recover 8.4 GB of photos. (The software could only recover 12 MB) 6. They issued the quote for the first time. 7. We paid and had the photos 8. Whole process took about 24 hours (We paid rush fee, however I think they are fast regardless). 9. All the photos that we lost we now had and were able to send to our clients.
