My husband and I recently had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe inside Hard Rock Casino Bristol. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a lively atmosphere. Since it's located inside the casino, it's not a quiet or intimate dining experience, but that fit the mood of our evening just fine. Our server, Kansas, was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Service was prompt, and we felt well taken care of. I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon, and my husband had the Caesar salad with steak. Both entrées were outstanding. One thing I appreciate about Hard Rock Cafe is the consistency of the food and the generous portion sizes, and this visit was no exception. A fun part of the experience was watching the band warm up for the evening. There's also a bar area where guests can order from the menu while enjoying the live music. Combined with the casino, it offers more than just a restaurant meal if you're looking for a night out. The only minor drawback is that the casino that surrounds the Cafe is a smoking area. However, we didn't notice it permeating the Cafe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly return. read more

On our way to Knoxville, we spent the night in Bristol. At the Hard Rock they have a few restaurants but we like the HR Café which is right in the middle. We're hoping to see the Arizona / Houston basketball game but it wasn't on any screen. Asked the bartender and he quickly got the huge TV in front of switched! He definitely gets points for this. For dinner we split the nachos and though I would have loved to have some ground beef on it didn't have that option and didn't want steak. Having said that, the portion was huge and plenty for two people. There is a stage and the bar is well positioned to enjoy the band that was playing. read more

Tried something new today. Burnt ends and they were amazing. My new favorite for sure. Great service as always. You just can't go wrong here. They were very busy but got our food out fast and hot. read more

Loved it. We had a great time. We saw Aaron Lewis there. Tye food was awesome. And the service was excellent. I don't gamble so we didn't spend much time in the casino but it looked like a lot of people go there pretty regularly. Very nice place. read more

Had a good dinner waiting for pre Jason Bonham show. We would definitely eat here again. Just wish there was NO SMOKING inside the casino

Party of 6 ordered drinks it took at least 20 minutes for drink minus 1 that we had to go get ourselves from the bar 15 minutes later ordered appetizers which was good no drink refills again had to go to the bar to get our own drinks . The waitress obviously did not care about our party and then the manager came over which he should be fired because he did nothing to try and help the situation! I am from Bristol an I will NEVER go back to this Hard Rock what an embarrassment for the place I call home!!! read more

Definitely not the quality of the typical Hard Rock Cafes from yrs ago. Large group all had brunch and the omelets were overcooked, tasteless and unremarkable in every way. Service was good though. Please please improve this as it's quite a deterrent to stay overnight when food is sub par. The steakhouse is excellent so not sure what is going on here. read more

Service was fantastic! Food was subpar at best. Atmosphere seems like a cafeteria setting unlike a Hard Rock restaurant. Would have given more star rating if food came out resembling the actual photos on the menu. I ordered the double chicken sandwich and couldn't see the chicken. How is every restaurant in the casino so bad. After seated had to go ask hostess if the server knew he had another table after about 10 mins. Nachos were not good. There was a big chuck of cheese like substance in the center that I guess was suppose to be melted. The cheese on top of the nachos wasn't even melted it just rolled off the chips. The smashed burger had so much sauce it was everywhere, you couldn't even pick it up from the sauce was all over the bun, had to try to eat the burger with a fork. It is difficult to believe this whole casino is even allowed to call it a hard rock. read more

Had lunch on a friday...there was two additional menus to the main one with "local" items ..I guess southern dishes..and a rotating monthly menu for May. I had the Mediterranean chicken pita off the May menu it was good and flavorful and a good value for price. My dad got the roast beef sandwich he ate the chucks of beef and sauce and left the texas toast...he was not a fan. We saw some ribs come out and they looked good. I will come back and see what the rotating menu has. read more

He had the traditional burger , was cooked well. Very tasty . Good fries . I had the chicken sliders, not sure what the meat was, sent them back .shame because the sauce and slaw were good . Service was very good . read more

What a very welcome addition to my small town of Bristol, VA! The atmosphere is great and they have a lot of good bands playing from Thursday - Saturday. Lots of amazing memorabilia to admire and a beautiful circle bar that is awesome to sit and have a drink at. There are a lot of enthusiastic employees working hard to cater to your needs. Shawna (Stevie Nicks), was extremely courteous and made our dinner visit a very pleasant experience. Kudos to all the servers and staff at this location! Rock and Roll! read more
