Had to check out the collection of T's at the Hard Rock in Brussels. Nothing earth shattering, but very expensive & crowded with tourists taking selfies.

We when in around 7pm. They let us know that the waiting time to be seated was for 30 minutes. We agree to wait, the place was super packed!! We just stand in the bar, and checked out the souvenirs. After 20 minutes we got called to be seated, faster than expected. Our table was on the second floor, the location has 3 floors. We were a group of 5 ( ages 11 to 45), and we all found something tasty to enjoy. The waiter was friendly and spoke English so we didn't needed our tour guide to translate. The food took 30 minutes to arrive; for us it was pretty fast, since the place was fully packed and it was dinner time. Is a little pricey, but hey is Hard Rock Cafe( that's normal). We didn't order dessert, since we had plan to go and eat some waffle in another place.

We've been to Brussels many times and have been to many Hard Rock cafes around the globe..... but never in Brussels. Went in for a drink. Had a good time. Left around 17.15 and were back at 18.15 for dinner. Upstairs. Friendly service at dinnertable. Better than around bar (the were very busy). Foods good. Waiter good. Wifi good. Will be back.

Situated in the Grand Place, City Center in Brussels. This Hard Rock has a really comfy, eclectic feel, smaller, mote quaint feel. Some very cool features inside, most notably a wall of guitars. Hard Rock is always a must stop for me.

Not the best picture but the view is great on the grand' place.

One can debate about the long about the necessity of chain restaurants, some love them some hate them. I am of the first kind, not that I don't like the independence of a stand alone place but sometimes it is just pleasant to know that you can get that one specific thing that you urge so bad at that specific moment.... And the Hard Rock Café offers just that and the Brussels experience was right down my alley. I looooooove Hard Rock and the playlists are just great and some of the tunes remind me of the good old days, when listening to Soundgarden or Faith no More was cool! The decor was well thought through, the bar, the restaurant use the space of this beautiful historic house very well.... And as we are in the HRC you will have the guitars, t-shirsts and other memorabilia you can expect. The food: Again, they got it spot on, the burger is very nice and the nice thing is they actually have jalapenos if you want to spice it up (they look just like the ad but in real)... On my second visit I went for chicken and beef fajitas which were very well served as well, the sour cream and guacamole were great. For drinks HRC BXL have had the great idea to include a very nice selection of the amazing local belgian beers and the classic cocktails.. but I like the local brews! And to finish off the staff, they are very well trained, the waiting times are kept under control, and the courtesy is delviered very genuinly! To finish off, if you are a visitor in Brussels and hit the Grand Place there are other great places around the square which will give you a true taste of Belgium. But if you want to have a special event with a couple of buddies and long for a burger that looks just like he advertisement then HRC is for you.

Good mix of music and fantastic service. We came here as a group of 5 for desserts. And got tap water for free plus they had ice cubes!!! I got the sundae and it was good! Took a bite of the brownie too and perfect amount of sweetness - good times!

Can always count on Hard Rock to have American food. Whenever I'm in Belgium for a long time and I have a craving for greasy good food I come here. The prices are normal, the bathroom is free, and they have a cool art gallery on the upper floor where there are sketches from various musicians. I went here at night most recently and the view from the window on the beautifully lit grand place is definitely worth checking out! My only complaint is that it seems some of the staff only speaks English, which might alienate some of the older Belgian people who would want to give the Hard Rock a try. Obviously if you're visiting Belgium for a short trip, this Hard Rock has the same food as other Hard Rocks and the only special thing is the mini gallery upstairs!

It's mediocre at best. We had nachos a burger and fajitas. Just bland. Cost too high.

Not the best I've been to. The food was really good and the service but I was underwhelmed by the shop and the exterior.

Dry hamburgers, old music, a very stale experience. With so much good food in Brussels it is a place to skip.

My wife and I chose to spend our honeymoon in Paris and Brussels, and after a week and a half of…read moretouring the food across both cities, we've finally found our undisputed favorite place to eat in all of Europe - H&K's. Now, this is not the kind of place you go to for a romantic meal, per se, or even the kind of place you go to if you're indecisive about what you want. H&K's does one thing, and it does that one thing to perfection: brilliant burgers and delicious fries. The gimmick is that your waiter comes out at the start of your meal with a basket containing all the different bread varieties on offer, and while this is a cute touch by itself, the thing that truly sets this place apart is the quality and flavor of their meat, cheese, sauces, and toppings. I ordered a beef burger on foccacia bread with the mystery sauce, and the patty was literally dripping with flavor. Foccacia is already the king of breads, but at H&K's it has become the king of hamburger buns as well. The mystery sauce seems to be a kind of garlic aioli, and it was a perfect tangy compliment to the rest of my order. My wife got the chicken fillet on pretzel bun (YES) with ketchup, and this place proved that they take all their patties seriously, not just the beef, with this crispy and juicy fillet. The pretzel bun was almost as good as my foccacia, as it was firm and sour, but still fresh and moist. I only had a few bites of her sandwich, but my wife has been raving about it all night, and just from those few bites, I can say with confidence that you can't go wrong here. One last note about H&K's: their variety of fries can be a little overwhelming. They have seven or eight different cuts/seasonings. Don't be afraid to order salt and pepper fries or paprika fries - though there's nothing inherently wrong with the steak fries, I knew as soon as I saw my wife's salt and pepper fries that I'd missed out. Fortunately, she was kind enough to split hers. Anyway, this place may be tucked away on a quiet street far from the carnival madness of the Grand Place, but it is absolutely worth going a little out of your way to experience this gourmet burger bar.

Very tasty burger, worth the walk from the main city center. They no longer have the focaccia bun,…read morewhich I was looking forward to. I got the rustic bun that was a good substitute. The sweet potato fries are excellent, and splurge for the stuffed cheese burger, and make it a double too. It'll be messy, but worth the sacrificed napkins you'll be using :) Also, the sauces are what is served with the fries at this location, not what goes on the burger. Just a note to those from the U.S. who enjoy ketchup with them.

TLDR; the 3 stars is solely for the burger. Food: 2.5 Service: 3 Ambience: 3 Overall: 3 When we walked in, the one guy at the counter greeted us and said we can sit anywhere. We ordered our burgers, the special fries, and specified we wanted tap water cause no one wants to pay for water when Europe prides itself on their clean pipe water systems. Unfortunately, the guy came back with 2 bottles of water that he had already poked a hole in and we ended up paying for it. I'm pretty sure he understood me, but I'll just give him the benefit of the doubt. We ordered the special frites, the pepper burger, and the red velvet burger. Special Frites: the description sounded amazing and with the mindset of Belgium fries in mind, i was ready to be wow'd. It didn't happen, save yourself the euros and don't order this. Maybe get a bottle of water instead. Burgers: They don't come with fries apparently... so just don't order fries. The burgers itself were perfectly cooked and was juicy while flavorful! Won't be coming back to dine in, maybe just a burger for takeaway, if they do that.
