I was helping my other daughter clean her new apartment and after vacuuming, passing a Swiffer twice, and wet mopping, we discovered that the floors were much dirtier than they appeared. Called Glenn late Wednesday afternoon and not only did he respond right away, we were lucky that he was able to accommodate us that Friday before furniture delivery the next day. Great Service. On time, very professional and v. fair price. I'm from New York but purchased a foreclosure in Miami and the floors were pitted with black grime that even acid could not remove especially because the porcelin tile has small slate like style groves throughout. I mopped the floors with every cleaner on the market and still no luck. HSM came in and warned me that it may not look perfect due to the condition of the old tile, however, i agreed to do it anyway and the tile looks amazing! Like new.
