I have owned several Harley Davidson Motorcycles over the years. My most recent Bike is a 2010 Street Glide. I had the urge to upgrade the performance and to customize the look. I've followed many of the Custom Hardcore Chopper Motorcycles via their web site for years. I was very impressed with both their high-end quality of work and their capabilities that went much further that what the dealer was capable of doing for me. They gave me a tour of their facility and got to meet the crew. We agreed on a custom design which included air brushed white, gray and carbon-like flames, outlined in black set against a Cosmic-Carbon-Ultra-Flake overall paint scheme. The shop guided me through the process of color selection and flame work based on my wants and wishes. I was very happy with the white/gray theme set against the black frame allowing me to keep all of the black bits and pieces I've added to the bike over the years. It's a very custom but subtle overall appearance - just the look I wanted. I also had them install new extended saddle bags and rear speakers. As for the performance, this was an area that I provided limited input; I wanted more power! The shop and I talked through my riding needs and we decided on a performance tuner, big bore piston kit and cam upgrade. All I can say is that the bike looks and rides awesome. I couldn't be happier with the guys at Hardcore. For now, I will be staying with the slip on screaming eagle chrome exhaust I had installed when I first picked-up the bike late in 2010. I plan on going back to Hardcore and having them install a set of blacked-out two into one pro-pipes and a custom 23" wheel on the front in a couple months. During the pandemic car shortage, we purchased a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. Less than a year later, it failed safety inspection due to several significant issues: rotten rusty frame, exhaust system leaks, a failed engine mount, and brakes. To our dismay, we could not find anyone to address the rusty rotten frame. When we found Hardcore Hot Rods, and sister business Speedway Garage, they were willing to tackle it. First, they went over the rest of the 4Runner to make sure the engine and drivetrain was sound. They explained how they would remove all the rust, reinforce any weakened sections of frame, and apply a rust inhibitor - with a lifetime warranty on the frame. We could not afford the frame repair with all the other Safety items, if in the course of the work, anything else was discovered. Al and Jim were sympathetic and agreed to a fixed price, after going over the entire vehicle a second time. It took about 3, maybe 4, weeks. When we picked up the truck, we put it on the lift and showed us all the work. To my eye, it was well done. They also replaced some rusted fuel line, fuel pump, brackets, that they found during the work. I was nervous, so instead of going to the same inspector that they use, I went to the one that failed us. He approved of the work and said the workmanship was good. I am so thankful to have found Hardcore Hot Rods and whole heartedly recommend them. When I looked at some of the work going on in their garage, I see they take on very challenging jobs. My father, who passed away 5 years ago got a custom built chopper from Hardcore Choppers. I personally did not deal with them until I realized they did cars too, which hence, "Hardcore Hot Rods". Anyway, my dad's chopper went to my brother and because my dad LOVED this place much so much, my brother goes there too. My brother raves about them as well. He loves Dave and thinks he's hysterical. My dad always talked about how awesome Alfredo was and not only for his custom work but because he is a pillar to the community. He's done some major donating to military foundations and others. Anyone who supports the military rocks. I have a whole family of military, so I very much appreciate the support. I've seen the bikes at Hardcore and they are awesome, awesome, awesome. I'm personally not a big motorcycle person but if I was, or if I ever become one, that is where I'm getting my bike. No doubt! read more

I took my H-D Sportster to Hardcore Choppers for modifications/upgrades to the pipes, air filtration, and performance monitoring in AUG 2015. They provided outstanding overall service, offering a variety of options, took the time to discuss the options and work to be done in detail (including the mechanic performing the labor), and exhibited a customer service oriented and transparent environment. The costs of parts & labor were fair and the work was thorough and without complications; all the timelines were met in terms of parts acquisition, hours needed for labor, and final delivery to me. Moreover, HC is a veteran friendly business, and a kid friendly element as t-shirts were provided to both of my sons, along with some great gear-head knowledge. A month ago, I had work done on my 65 Mustang at Hardcore Hotrods and was very impressed. I came to find out that they also run Hardcore Choppers. I think it's cool that they do both motorcylces and cars. It's a win win because I have both. I just happened to need some work done on my 2015 Harley Davidson Forty-Eight. They definitely are experts and I highly recommend them . I'm a bit shocked by the other reviews on here and this is not what I saw at all. Afredo and his staff are awesome. I have two motorcycles a 1991 Fatboy and a 2012 Street Glide. The guys at Hardcore Choppers have been taking care of me since I moved to the area. I was recommended to them by a buddy of mine who takes his Ultra to them for service. I am in the military and have experienced many bike shops all over the country and I can tell you that these guys are the real deal!!! They always go above and beyond my expectations. Worst shop in the world, this crazy old man has no friends and has nothing better to do but read all the bad reviews about his shop. Lies about anything and everything saying I wrote a second review about his shit ass shop when I didn't but am now. He'll try to get every last penny out of you and will lie out his ass about what's wrong with your bike and or car just to make a $.Write a bad review about this shop so no one ever gets screwed over by his shady business again. I purchased a bike for my husband at this shop and received the worst service! They use very cheap parts that look nice but have little life. When the bike was not running smoothly I went back to have them make repairs- horrible treatment and they would not stand by my signed warranty. Shop owner, Alfredo Carlini, screamed at me and refused service. DO NOT make the same mistake I did and buy from here. I went to John Dodson's Gangster Choppers and they services the bike for me- great guys there! no comparison. read more

One star is too many for this quack business...The Owner, Alfredo, is a BS artist, serial liar and w/o any honor or integrity; the shop has NO qualified chopper mechanics and the few hacks that do work there are guaranteed to f**k up your bike and cause thousands of $ damage to your custom ride. They have absolutely no idea how to fix a Climax 'Stealth' control system and will lie and say they fixed it causing a completely unsafe riding condition. Great shop, highly recommend. The people here have great customer service, they didn't treat me like I was just a customer, they actually spent the time to understand the issues I was having and even got them fixed before their estimated completion date, which was great! I read the previous reviews thinking the worst, but gave them a shot anyways because I know a lot of reviews these days are fake, and turns out it was all worth it, glad I gave them a shot, I will certainly be back! read more

Always accommodating with excellent service. I've referred these guys to a few of my friends over the past two years. We all find the shop super friendly and easy to work with. They get the job done right and make sure you're back on the road as quickly as possible. I'll be taking my bike to them over the winter for some custom paint work and new exhaust; can't wait! Took my 2005 sporty in for service and minor paint work from a few scrapes here and there...I have to tell you this place rocks!! Bike was done faster than I thought and at a decent price. I will be back to Hardcore Choppers soon for more work. I'd love new exhaust and forward controls. I'm a little worried about the forward controls (I'm short). Some person there, Bob or Bill said no problem at all and we will work with you to insure that you will be happy and comfortable. read more

I was kinda skeptic because of the bad reviews on here, but they are close by so I gave them a shot. These must be fake bad reviews because these guys are great! Maybe something changed, but they have great customer service and repaired my Harley Davidson. I was worried that they would be overpriced, but ended up being cheaper than another mechanic I took it to a while back. I recommend these guys and will be taking my bike here from now on. read more

Took my 96 sportster for a service and some carb work. I also had the service manger (Dave??) recommend and install a new exhaust system. Couldn't be happier. Bike runs like it's brand new! Local Harley Dealers work on the newer bikes (I guess) Hardcore Choppers is one of the few places I found near my home that had no concern with taking care of my 1996. Thanks guys! read more
