I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I was told I could pick up my motorcycle before 5 p.m., so I took time off work, hired a towing company, and waited over two hours at the shop. No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this motorcycle repair shop. I brought my bike in for a routine tire change, I purchased my own tires, he replaced the tires and charged me for 3.5 hrs of labor @ $170 per hour cost, not only was the tire replaced but they had used the manual way and damaged my wheels. I noticed these damages on the wheel after I came home that definitely weren't there before. To make things worse, the price they charged was way too expensive for the quality of service provided. Definitely not worth the money. I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others. To top it off Oil and Filter change costed me $210 in addition to the tires replacement cost. Yes this guy does a lot of talking but u know great talkers and not doers. never going back here again and will advice you the same. read more

Horrible experience - extremely unprofessional and abusive. I brought my motorcycle in for diagnostics and was charged $550, with no actual repairs completed. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, I was met with hostility and profanity. The mechanic Ali sent me an email filled with aggressive insults, profanity, and even questioned my manhood--calling me a "little fboy," "too py to admit things," and mocking me for being a new rider. He even made a vague threat about my bike. I have the email and calls recorded--this is not just bad service, it's abusive behavior. There are honest, respectful mechanics out there. This is not one of them. Avoid Gemini Motorcycles at all costs. This place is a joke! I would never recommend to anyone. DO NOT go here. read more

Terrible Customer Service: The owner Ali is one of the more unpleasant persons I have had the displeasure of working with; I made an appointment and had to cancel with over 24+ hours of notice and he just about flew into a rage, telling me stuff like time is money and how he wanted to be able to rate customers who cancel appointments, etc..... Not sure what his quality of work is really like, but if you do have an issue, with his disposition, it will only be made worse, who needs the hassle, there are other choices. So I brought my HD Sportster for electrical issues, got the battery changed and issues kept popping up: bike would die while riding. Got AAA to drop the bike at Gemini. Diagnostic "Turn Signal Module not grounded, needs replacement". Big issue as that part has been discontinued by Harley. Kind of weird diagnostic as Turn signals did work. Asked how could that be, response was "we don't know, please take your bike back and check with Harley". Cost of diagnostic with no repair, close to $200. Friend of mine knows a Harley mechanic, we bring the bike to the guy's home. He puts it on the lift, tightens the battery negative cable grounding stud (other end of negative cable) and voila! bike runs like a charm. I had my suspension tuned and head bearings tightened here. Anthony and Ali worked with me to dial in my suspension to my weight, and it was a huge difference...completely worth it. Great rates and great people to deal with, I would return here again in the future! Edited: a week after the work was performed, my head bearings came loose again...this time it was way worse than before i took it to them. I called, they told me to come in and they would check it again. So i went there, and they said i needed new head bearings, which would cost around 450 parts and labor...compared to the 40 (for half hour labor) i spent to get it tightened. At this point, i knew i was being taken for a ride...i know the difference between bad bearings and loose bearings. So i took it to crossroad cycles, who charged me an hour of labor (120) to tighten it the right way (with the front end off the ground and actually loosening everything before tightening). a year later, my head bearings are still nice and tight with no play in the front end. I will also tell my cousins experience with this shop. He took his bike in for new tires (wheels still on the bike). After they were done installing tires, Ali advised my cousin that his chain was loose and tried to sell him on a chain adjustment. I know the chain was to proper specs before the tire install because i adjusted it myself and uuhhhmmm...arent you supposed to adjust the chain to proper specs after reinstalling the rear wheel after a tire change anyway??? Why should it cost extra for something to be put back together the correct way? Be weary of this place, if you dont know much about bikes they will take advantage of you!! read more

I bought a SV650S a month ago from MG Motorsports. Great, amazing bike. Mike was very honest and helpful in order to find a good motorcycle for me (beginner). He even took the motorcycle to my house since i didnt have a license by that time. A couple days ago, coming from Annandale (route 50) on a rainy night, the bike started loosing power and shutting down. I got home safe tho. That night around 11pm I texted Mike telling him about my experience. He told me that he would pick up the bike the next day. John came with his truck and picked up the next morning as Mike told me. Next day. Mike called me in order to explain what was going on. My bike needed new spark plugs. Mike covered all costs and got my bike back on the streets by that night. These people are amazing! I went in and talked to Ali about getting a tune up done on my 2002 Suzuki VL1500. I let him know that it had been sitting in storage for the last three years, by the previous owner. He told me some things that I could try to do at home to save some money and he said that they were more than happy to do the work for me if I wanted. terrible customer service! took a rim and tire that was leaking from valve stem due to the rubber gasket being dry rotted. was quoted price of $22-$24. ali could not find same size valve stem in his catalog so he recommended drilling hole to install .08 mm valve stem. when tire would not hold air he blamed it on the rim or tire. he then installed tube in the tubeless tire without confirmation from myself. he then charged me $114 and when I told him that was unacceptable he insulted me by telling me that I did not know how billing worked. when i went to pick up tire he would not let me see the tire until I paid, then he would not accept credit card and told me he did not trust me and I had to pay in cash. on top of all that it took a week to complete job! I would not trust these clowns to work on a tricycle! these morons also insulted me in the repair order description stating they were not at fault because the tire was leaking when i brought the tire in. anyone thinking of taking your bike to gemini BEWARE!!! read more
