My 2015 Subaru Outback needed a new rear door after a tractor trailor backed into it, causing $4k+ damage this past summer. I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. Took my 2011 Infiniti M37 to get my get a set of Morimoto fog lights I had purchased from Morimoto installed. Couldn't locate any other shops to do this work. Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. Levon added a switch to our blind spot monitering system so that we could just see the lights on the side of the dashboard and didn't have to hear the beep. Or we could hear the beep. I took my jeep to this place just to install a 2.5 lift kit. First he tried to charge me $1250 for the job. I shopped around and I found two other places who would do the same job for half of the price $650. So when I talk to him again, he told me that he had to charge me more because where his shop is located is in a more expensive area ??? (Rockville MD) But then he change the price to $700 and even though he tried to rob me I give him a Chance just because his shop was more close to my home. I had to take the Jeep back to him two more times to his shop because my Jeep now have a wobble... They keep my Jeep the whole days 3 different times to fix it and they didn't. Last 2 time I went to pick my Jeep feels like They let my Jeep sitting in the shop the whole day and in the last hour they try to fix it because when I went to pick it up around 7PM they were working on it. And I think they do the alignment using eye because when I was waiting in the parking, I saw them running my Jeep back and forward in the parking lot and some one going under to adjust it. My Jeep still wobble but now I'm waiting to take it to Tricks Trucks and Cars or to 4 wheels parts to get the job done right. They lost a customer here *they try to charge me $600 over *poor quality *And looks like they don't care once they have your money & my Jeep still wobble. read more

You should only go here for calibrations if you're okay with a first come first serve method. And make sure to realize that even if you've been in line for 2 hours and you receive verbal communication from the technician that it's okay to leave and come back - BEFORE your initial lineup is through (aka while you still have a spot in your original roster) - don't. Idk where to start with this place been dealing Lavon (owner) up Obession motor sports for a few years now. Sad to say not once have I left and been completely 100 satisfied in less they was doing a state inspection which they are great at. But that's about it. The rest of there work is mediocre tints headlight replacement car speakers. Are services I had done by OMS. These are all simple services that I bet if I watched YouTube long enough I could figure out my self. But not one time did I not have a complaint about the service performed. 4 weeks ago I had them fix my headlight. About a week later went back because it stopped working got charged again for more parts. About a week later stop working again went back this time they told they would fix it the correct way and guess what it doesn't work again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I took my Acura to have the rear fenders rolled. Not only did it take them 3 different appointments, when I brought it in at 7am I didn't get it back until after 8 PM. When I took it to a professional fender roller (RickRolled) because I was still getting rub, I was told to much damage was done and there was nothing he could do to help. His prices were cheaper and he flat rolls without paint peeling, which now both fenders are doing where obsession motorsports 'rolled' them. read more

Outstanding results and excellent customer service! I cannot say enough good things about how positive my experience was with Levon and his team at Obsession Motorsports. I brought in my 2014 Jeep JLU for repairs to the MyTop (powered soft top) because the original installer was unable to identify / fix the issue after repeated attempts. Levon was recommended by the owner of MyTop as one of their premiere and most knowledgeable installers on the east coast so it was worth the drive for me. Levon and his team set the expectations and then exceeded them and were very courteous and professional. The mechanic who did the repair showed me what was causing the problem and assured me that he would be able to take care of it, and then set a time frame so I knew what to expect. The Obsession location on Rockville Pike means that there are tons of places to walk to so the time flew by, and he was finished earlier than expected. I've put the MyTop up and down a dozen times in the past week since Obsession fixed it and it works perfectly. I had wheels and tires installed here back in Dec. 2016. After blowing a tire and taking my car to NTB to have it replaced, I realized that I had lost my wheel lock key and NTB said they couldn't take the wheels off without it. I thought it was a long shot but I called Obsession to see if they would happen to have a wheel lock key and was directed to Levon. In no time he was able to find the wheel lock key that I needed and helped me out a great deal. Will definitely be going back for future services. read more

Extremely expensive! Mechanics are not certified! Had my BMW service on this shop and they did a bad job on my exhaust! It looks like their main mechanic who looks like a long legged mountain man who pretends he knows a lots of shit but ended up messing up my car, - tall white guy( I heard him talking a lot). Be careful Ive heard great things about this place, maybe i just had a bad experience: Owner levon helped me with my transaction. I needed tuner style lugbolts for my car. Brought in the rims to show in order to order best possible item to match the rims. Owner ordered chrome lugbolts. My rims were black. Would not take refund under no circumstances. I never opened the bag of lugbolts. Waste of $85. Friendly but not helpful. Do not waste your money here. Buy parts online or go to another shop. read more

Took my car here to get worked on and the mechanic who worked on my car drove it for a few days like it was his own car. I know this because I saw my car being driven two days later around 8pm by the mechanic Jimmy. I found out he isn't certified and doesn't have his license. I was also over charged for the work I got done. I later found out the owner Levon marked up all the parts by almost double and charged me more labor then other shops I should have gone to. When i received my vehicle it smelled like cigarettes because that guy Jimmy was smoking in it. I'm shocked these people haven't been sued yet for this kind of unprofessional behavior. The previous owner has stripped a bolt hole for the exhaust on my motorcycle. I have to remove the exhaust to do oil changes, so they put in studs and nuts instead of the bolts. I think the price they charged me was very fair and the guys there know their stuff. I'm going to have them do a custom exhaust for my other bike soon. read more
