I really don't like fast food but Hardee's Swiss mushroom burger looked delicious. Plus I was too tired to cook dinner after working out at the gym. My husband was hungry and wanted the Swiss burger. Hardee's is near my gym so I picked up that special burger and cashed in the 4 sandwiches or cheeseburgers for $6 deal as a quick takeout dinner after working out. I figured I could give the cheeseburgers to my hubcap to eat for lunch at work tomorrow. The petite and nice manager was very kind and helpful. She got me a $1 coupon for the Swiss burger after I told her I forgot to get the one at my house. According to her it was very popular. She helped me navigate the menu and told me how yummy the spicy chicken sandwich and cheeseburger was. They were at a low price deal too - 4 for $6. $1.50 each - yay. Like buying a cheap taco. Clean place. Great customer service. No lines. The food was surprisingly delicious too. I liked and ate one of the small cheeseburgers I ordered. It was the perfect meal after being in the gym for over 4 hours. Hardee's will definitely be a go to place for a cheap takeout dinner and lunch meals for the hubcap. We placed our burger order and went to sit down to wait. The floor was so sticky when we walked across it. You could actually hear the soles of our shoes sticking to the floor. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was very poor. The women's restroom was disgusting. I can't even say what I saw in one stall. Our order took unusually long. We actually had to ask when our order would be up. When it was ready the girl did say she was sorry we had to wait so long. The food was actually pretty good. Nice fresh buns and toppings. ordered this evening at 6:42 Steven placed order very friendly. I paid for my take out left area returned to counter, the attendant in back food prep and person in front didn't understand order so I clarified. ordered the two star burgers no bun but lettuce wrap. had these many times no issues. Got home proceeded to open the foil wrappers and there was no lettuce on top of the cheese so this meant it was totally stuck/melted to wrapper. I tried to call however the weather was not good so cell service was terrible but could not text or send the pictures to them to verify I do know what I am seeing. Have never ever had a lettuce wrap with the burger being fully covered in lettuce and Steven tried to say he watched him do it well it was not done remotely correct. I'd love to share the photos to prove a point! They weren't busy but upset about another negative review. Quality maybe an issue no customer wants the wrong or inadequate order especially with everything costing more. This Hardee's is always out of everything you want to order. The rudeness of the person taking the orders is over the top. You have to guess what they have, only to be repeatedly told "We are out". Customers are considered an extreme inconvenience by these Hardee's employees. The lack of any other cars in the drive-thru and reading other reviews on this website is obvious. This is always, and has always been my favorite go to spot for breakfast on the run. My last visit was not a good experience. This morning however, they took than 5 minutes to give me my order, and they were very busy-as always. My steak biscuit with tomato was hot and fresh, as well as the hash rounds. Awful. The fries tasted like they threw them in the microwave so they had the texture of styrofoam packing peanuts. The chicken wraps are 2 for $5. This Hardee's has gone down in quality. Today I'm here in an almost empty store. The crew is very loud. A young lady in a Hardee's shirt just screamed "someone stole my shit!". There is horrible music playing and the cook (i think. Someone back there) keeps hollering "uh uh uh" or yea... Whatever lyric keeps repeating. The shift leader or manager lost her keys twice because she forgot she had a back pocket but can't get over an omelet biscuit price cause it's too cheap. There's just no way. If only you could give less than 1 star. I've had multiple horrible experiences but today was the worst. My pregnant wife wanted a burger so we ordered and were promptly asked to park of to the side, now keep in mind that there was 0 people in line behind us and someone parked where we were instructed to. We parked directly in front of the door so they it would be easier to be seen. As the, as I found out later, shift manager who was wearing sagging jeans and a dragon ball z hoodie with his hood up, walked past our car to attempt to give our food to the wrong person despite us trying to wave him down. After that individual told him it wasn't there for, my wife got it of the car as he gave our food to another customer. After my wife attempted to get out food from him he stayed in the parking lot while she tried to find a manger once he walked in he began to become aggressive towards my wife. He chased us out of the store telling us it was our fault and and we drove off he flipped us the middle finger. I understand that standards are lower in this post COVID world but I've never been treated so poorly, especially by someone who makes more flipping burgers then I do in the military! Well, It's Hardee's. I don't really review fast food chains, but I do want to make a comment about the service. At Hardee's, they bring you your food to the table, which is cool, since most fast food chains don't do this. After we got done eating our lunch, we decided to hang out and chat for a bit, and the manager even came by to collect our trash and throw it away. I thought that was rather nice, and even though Hardee's goes a little more out of their way than other fast food chains, this was even more over the top. Also, the burgers are great! :) read more

I went to hardees this morning at 1030am. I asked if they still serve breakfast and they said until 11am. So I looked up at the menu and asked what are my options for breakfast? Actually probably the WORST fast food establishment I have ever been to and the first establishment I have ever even thought of leaving a bad review of. First, I wasn't even greeted when walking in and waited at the cash register waiting for my order to be taken. Another employee walked in to get their order taken, and the cashier walked to the other register that I was not standing at to take their order first, despite me waiting, and did not say a word to me. Second, I waited for my food for 15 min while watching the manager talking and cussing to the other employees, not bagging food, etc. My order had been out for 5 min before the cashier actually decided to bag my food because she was too busy talking. Third, I watched as an employee in the grill area threw a pack of cigarettes across the floor and watched it land on the grill. Fourth, the rudeness! Is unacceptable! The food is great when they manage to get your order correct, which rarely happens. I've never ate inside the store, but the few times I have gone through the drive-thru my order has always been messed up in some way. From getting regular fries instead of curly, to getting a chicken burger instead of the hamburger I wanted. I live outside city limits, so I don't have the time to drive back into town to have them correct my order every time they mess up. I'm done with trying to get what I paid for from this restaurant.
