This was my first time here. The restaurant felt like a big open room with no atmosphere. It would be better to have some music or decor. The menu of different burgers was very long. However, I soon discovered that the same burger and same toppings was listed at different prices. The only difference was the name of the burger. I asked the cashier about this and he knew. Another thing, if you don't want a bun with your burger they charge $1 extra. Craziness! Always stick to the build your own burger. The menu needs much help the employee who helped knew a lot about the business. However he "smart-talked" to me. I didn't appreciate his attitude. The way the burger was wrapped and presentation was good. They forgot to put lettuce on a few of my burgers though. Also, the burgers had too much gristle that it was stuck in my teeth. Very poor quality meat. Considering this is a burger place, not good. On the bright side, the burgers were a good price. I also ordered chicken wings only to find out they didn't have any left. The burgers were great but fine details were missed (banana peppers on my burger, an extra order of onion rings). Food was freshly prepared and was still blazing hot from the grill when I got home. Excellent onion rings, excellent loaded cheddar fries. Patties are smaller so if you are hungry, I recommend a triple or larger. Service was prompt and servers/cooks were very professional. Food is okay, its overpriced for how simple it is and the service is always bad. And good luck trying to call in an oder, they never pick up the phone, and if you order online the food is also never ready and they start to make it after you arrive even though you ordered online and waited the ridiculous 40min wait and the place is always empty. I don't understand why this place isn't hyped up because..... We all have those moments.. those moments when you wake up the next day after drinking and are unable to move lol. Well I did earlier this week and decided to stop by to get a Togo burger and fries. I had a double burger with cheese and a side of burger sauce. My burger was solid, not over done. The veggies were fresh, I just wanted a good burger and I got that. Plus it was much better than the other surrounding options. I was very impressed! The best hangover burger I've had in a while lol. The star rating was knocked down because of wait time and stickiness. The food is good, really no complaints about the food taste at all. The wait time and stickiness of the floor and furniture are another story. I had 4 orders in front of me and it took 45 minutes to get my food. My kids were starving and cranky as hell after the first 20 minutes. After that, I started to fear for my life as they looked like they were ready to eat me! The floor was sticky as hell. Walking was labored as it felt like the whole floor was a glue trap. Seats and tables? Weirdly sticky too. The 2 employees that were working were friendly. They probably (most definitely) needed some help. They tried to take orders, cook and serve food the best that they could. I felt bad for them. The burgers were great. Exactly as we ordered them. Tasted fresh. The fries were cooked just the way I like them. A little soft, but with some crunch. The service was great. Staff was nice and fairly friendly atmosphere but my husband and I both have symptoms of food poisoning. Dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea... you name it. I went here on the evening of 5/14/23 and haven't been able to hold anything down since. Went to Shoney's for breakfast in the morning, 5/15, hoping my food would stay down because I had thrown up everything from here and was starving. Vomited twice while there and 3 more times once I got home. Not sure what's going on in the back, food LOOKED good but I learned everything that looks good ain't always good for you. 5 stars for some of the best burgers I've ever had. Awesome fries. I live right behind this place and always wanted to try it. Today was the day, the inside is pretty boring, but I'm not there to be comfortable.. I'm there to eat like a real American. Burgers are god sent, no frozen Patties, fresh ground beef right in front of you thrown on the skillet. Fresh eggs cracked and cooked to perfection, toasted buns that soaked in the grease amazingly without being soggy. The fries... my wife stole them from me. This isn't zaxbys where you get a small drizzle.. they COVER them bad boys with seasoning like god intended. 10/10 on their Cajun seasoning. A lot of these 1 stars are based on the looks inside or customer service, but we don't go there to make friends, we go there to get fat. Don't have a photo because I ate my food too fast. read more

Classic Burger Place! Great for when your craving a sloppy, flavorful, old fashioned style burger! Everything we got was amazing! Food can out fast and exactly how we ordered, staff was friendly, and the restaurant is clean. You can see them grilling the food right over at the counter. This puts steak N Shake to shame. Try something new for once guys! Don't let this be the place you drive past a hundred times thinking "I should try that." Sooooo yummy! read more

The buns are good, they griddle them, the burgers use fresh meat and are smashed on the griddle, and they wrap the completed burgers in foil *and let them rest a few minutes* on the side of the griddle before serving. I came in around 1pm and there were no customers. I was disappointed in the fact that there was not a cheeseburger on the menu but instead an upcharge for American cheese of 75 cents. They also charge for pickles. I have never been in a burger place that doesn't have a cheeseburger on the menu. I had a double Burger which was no bigger than one you would find at the market. Regular small bun and small thin burger. I found the fries and portion to be typical and tasty. I found the burger to be just as unseasoned and sized as you would find at a fast food burger place when ordering a regular small burger. It did not taste bad but I did expect to experience better considering the price. I feel the burgers here are overpriced for what you get. They gave me 1 tiny cup of ketchup and I had to ask for more. The food was prepared quickly and fresh. The staff disappeared to the back and I was left alone in the dining area during my stay. I was not greeted and the staff just stood there silent waiting for me to order. The menu boards were blinking on and off which was annoying when trying to read the menu. In my opinion you can get a much better flavor experience and service at cookout burgers here in Clarksville. This place used to allow you to apply your own toppings as they had a topping bar but now that is gone and they charge high for limited toppings. Awful customer service. My husband and I ordered from DoorDash and they just gave our food away to some random person without even checking if they were a dasher. They said our order had been picked up and then cancelled, all while I had DoorDash up on my phone and my real dasher called me saying they were refusing to give him food. My husband and I are sick with Covid right now, and now we're without food because these employees don't know how to do their jobs properly. If I order one called a Humungo Burger that costs $6,I expect a large burger, not a flat McDonalds size patty. I think that's enough said there. Just really disappointing. Additionally, you make and serve Burgers. How do you screw that up? The second burger that my guest ordered was incorrectly prepared. They did fix the mistake once I brought it to their attention. Took my grandchildren here for dinner tonight. Was in the mood for a good burger. Had eaten here a while back and it was good. Not tonight though. The burger patties were super thin. We all ordered doubles and it was like they were singles. The buns seemed to be stale and the fries were so-so. The service wasn't the greatest either, but I did feel kind of bad for the two guys that were working. They kept getting a lot of Door Dash orders and was having a hard time keeping up and keeping the orders straight. They cooked the DD orders before ours so we had to wait about 45 minutes or so to get our food. Probably won't go back again. read more

Tasty burger. In my humble, but highly accurate, opinion...this is one of the best burgers in Clarksville. Love the fact that they offer a fried egg for the burger. Good fries too. My only complaint is that they've had STUFFED BURGERS (with COMING SOON) on the menu for as long as we have been going there...how long does it take to get this one perfected? So my husband and I ordered burgers and their app only lets you choose one item on the burger, didn't know you had to type everything else in. We got plain burgers with cheese, we were very upset, but ate last we know better now. Not a bad place when you are eating there in person, just need some work on their app. read more

I think they are a bit pricey for the average they serve. It's really a average. The decor is plane tables with TV'S overhead. Not much to wow you with. I have tried this place twice now just to be sure; I really don't like to give bad reviews. The people who work here? They are pleasant and the service is fast but the food is not good. Super greasy (all of it but fries are the worst) and it has an odd taste to it. Some reviewers have noted it may be due to old grease? I'm not sure what it is but both times I threw the bulk of my food away. Not at all worth the higher than norm fast food type prices. I can't bear to put just a 1 Star however because the service was really good and friendly. And I'm a sucker for good service and kind people. 2 stars for that. read more
