She has answered my phone calls, she has met me face to face, and every time she speaks to me, she takes some of her miserable existence and she tries to spread it out to me. I had a doordash go terribly wrong. Every single doordash goes wrong, but this one in particular, we had spent over 30 dollars and everything was wrong. I called in because I was so upset. I asked her to just empathize with me. She remained steadfast and told me some jargon, in a very demeaning way. I then said "Listen, I'm not trying to get free food or anything, I just want you to apologize for what I went through" and she refused. She hung up on me. This level of service has carried on throughout the years. I've driven up to the window to find no one there and a "Sorry, come back later, we're cleaning" only to find out that one kid was the only person there and everyone else abandoned him. I've asked to buy 5 hot mustards at the window to be told "we're not going to sell that to you" and I had to argue with her that I would pay. I just want to end this with I don't think it's any one person, but I think it's the collection of people working there. If you're not like this troll, stand up and say something and fix the issue. The food its self is also a problem. They are doing something to the fries. They are never fresh, even right after being pulled out of the frier. They taste terrible and the oil coats your tongue. The burgers smell terrible as well. This food is literally poison.
