They had all their chairs up in the lobby so we had to take down our own chairs just to eat! I have been to this Subway a few times since this review and have received great customer service but with that being said the owner/employee was not present. I have actually tried to use the Subway app when ordering to limit the interaction with her. The reason I go to this subway is because it is close to my work and like I said have recieved great service when a certain employee is not working. I walked into this Subway today with 7 orders. I was greated kindly by a gentleman. However, when I got to the next lady she began to yell at me, cursing at me. She wanted to know what my review was about. A review I remind you that is 10 mths old. I explained to her that the reason I wrote it was based on a very poor experience that I had and that's what reviews are for. The situation escalated quickly. She screamed at me and cursed at me and even the other two employees followed suit. There were many people in the Subway trying to order among all this chaos. I do apologize for them having to deal with her missed guided rant. It went as far as her refusing to sell me anything and threating to call then police if I didnt leave. She also threated "you need to take down your review today or else!!!" She said that my review was slander and she would turn me in (not sure to whom or for what exactly). Sandwich was drenched in oil and garlic seasoning, which made the next morning interesting for the poor guy sitting next to me. Very limited chip selection. Overall a clean restaurant and will work in a pinch when you don't want fast food or pizza.
