There were about 4 cars in front of us but the line moved very quickly. The employees were very friendly (but TBH everyone we encountered in the UP were friendly). So why the low rating? Our sundaes were barely over half full. We specifically had to wait for them, so it's not like they melted between letting them know we were there and actually getting the food. The fries were fresh, hot, and salted to perfection. The location is beautiful, it's right on the bay.
