    Stopped by Hardee's for the very first time on my way to Maryland. Breakfast most certainly exceeded my expectations. The loaded omelette biscuit was delicious. I wanted to double back for seconds. Drive thru service was quick and staff super pleasant.

    I ended up in Milford one evening with m'lady and we were hungry. As usual we didn't know exactly what we wanted but we we're both thinking "fast food". What a mistake that was. Of course we both know that the food NEVER moves fast at Hardee's at least not in Kent County, DE. So we did expect somewhat of a wait. There were 3 other tables that customers waiting for food. It took nearly 45 minutes for our food to be prepared. The other tables were upset because they had also waited too long for their food. Now here's the kick in pants. Hardee's always has comment cards on all the tables and there was a small comment box near the door. There was a customer that left before us and she had put in a card and my wife did too and went to the car as I took the trash and tray to the receptacle. As I was throwing away the trash I watched the manager on duty, Jason, read the comments and throw them away. He had also murmured "I wouldn't put my real name on this card". Are you freaking kidding me???!!! I asked him what was the point of even filling these cards out if you're not going to take them seriously. I don't think he heard what I said or he just shrugged it off. I was so upset I tried to complain to a main office. The website referred me to the franchise office and the franchise office had referred me to the corporate office. That was pointless as well. The girl at the counter was very polite by the way. The main problem of this visit was the ineptitude of the manager on duty and the lackadaisical atmosphere in the kitchen. Jason put no effort in making sure staff was working efficiently. As I was eating I watched him walk over to a table, look at the mess left by a customer, and heard him say as he headed outside, "some people are just slobs". Not once did he come back to clean the mess or even have a staff member come out to clean. I went inside to get a copy of my receipt so I could make a formal complaint at a later time. My blood was boiling so much I didn't even mention how upset I was with the manager himself. I only stated it took too long for our food to be prepared. This visit has pretty much ruined any possibility of future visits to this location again.

    Great service and fresh food! Home girl at the window was very polite, and the food was perfect! If you need a quick bite, make a stop here

    I love Hardee's usually, but this location can't get an online order correct. Two items left out and two items incorrect.

    I ordered a big cheeseburger and small fries the cheeseburger was dry and tasteless i was surprised i always get good food from this Hardees

    Mushroom Swiss burger is FANTASTIC! Great customer service at this location too. Wish there was a Hardee's closer to King Of Prussia, PA!

    Yesterday, we placed an online order around 9pm. Upon returning home, we found pico, corn salsa,…read moresour cream, and guacamole (which we were charged for) missing. We drove back and spoke with an employee, that told us they had run out of the items and there was nothing that could be done. I fully understand that the restaurant may get busy, and they could have run out of multiple ingredients, but a courtesy call or notification informing us that the 3 bowls, 1 burrito, and quesadilla would be missing several ingredients would have been greatly appreciated. Maybe we could have requested alternatives like veggies. When we asked to speak with a manager, the employee shouted for Allen, but a young-looking kid came to the window and identified himself as the night manager, named Soto. The kid looked about 16/17 years old, but I wasn't going to ask for ID. After speaking with Soto the way he presented himself made it clear to me that he didn't hold a manager title. He was unable to offer any immediate resolution and told us to return the following day. Suspicious of the boy at the window, I requested to speak with Allen, but was informed that he was too busy to come to the window. At this point, we were left feeling as though our concerns weren't being taken seriously. This wasn't a small order--it was for five meals, $92 in total, and each meal was missing items. The lack of proper communication, as well as the absence of a concrete solution, has left us very dissatisfied with our experience. I understand that the team may be new and still getting the hang of things, but I expected better customer service or a genuine effort to resolve the issue. The following day, I returned to speak with Henry, the manager on duty, he informed me that there was no one there named Soto and that he was not, in fact, a manager. As I conversed with Henry, an employee overheard the part about "Soto" impersonating a manager and laughed while nodding his head, saying, Oh yeah, yeah, as he recalled the incident. Soto had told me to come in the following day to speak with the day manager and assured me he would pass along the information, which ultimately wasn't done. Had Allen for a moment spoke with me, he could have informed me that a refund can't be processed in person, as the order was placed online. This would have saved me the 3rd trip to Chipotle. I avoid posting, as I prefer not to make a bigger deal of things, but this situation felt particularly disrespectful. The only positive in this whole ordeal is Henry, the GM. He seemed to display some embarrassment for his staff and apologized multiple times. He also provided me with the number of whom I should contact to handle the refund.
