It may have been one of the best burgers I have had in a while. I have not been to a Hardee's for decades , mostly none in the area that I resided. Fast service thru mobile app and collected starts for rewards. Took advantage of the happy hour chicken Ranch wrap in addition to the Frisco style burger single quarter pounder. The bread was nicely toasted and the burger filled the whole piece of bread as did the tomato. Perfectly made! The crinkle cut fries were nicely seasoned with just the right amount of salt. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible place. I can understand a 10 minute wait for food as help is in short supply, but what I cannot understand is how it took so long and yet both of our Frisco burgers HAD NO PATTY!!!!! I had to go back in and deal with the manager who copped a total condescending attitude like it was my fault. When he said he'd refund my order, he wasn't clear that they would also remake it and his condescension was off the charts. When we finally did get our correct order (30 minutes after firs placed), the burgers were charred. Never will I stop here again. read more

I ended up in Milford one evening with m'lady and we were hungry. As usual we didn't know exactly what we wanted but we we're both thinking "fast food". What a mistake that was. Of course we both know that the food NEVER moves fast at Hardee's at least not in Kent County, DE. So we did expect somewhat of a wait. There were 3 other tables that customers waiting for food. It took nearly 45 minutes for our food to be prepared. The other tables were upset because they had also waited too long for their food. Now here's the kick in pants. Hardee's always has comment cards on all the tables and there was a small comment box near the door. There was a customer that left before us and she had put in a card and my wife did too and went to the car as I took the trash and tray to the receptacle. As I was throwing away the trash I watched the manager on duty, Jason, read the comments and throw them away. He had also murmured "I wouldn't put my real name on this card". Are you freaking kidding me???!!! I asked him what was the point of even filling these cards out if you're not going to take them seriously. I don't think he heard what I said or he just shrugged it off. I was so upset I tried to complain to a main office. The website referred me to the franchise office and the franchise office had referred me to the corporate office. That was pointless as well. The girl at the counter was very polite by the way. The main problem of this visit was the ineptitude of the manager on duty and the lackadaisical atmosphere in the kitchen. Jason put no effort in making sure staff was working efficiently. As I was eating I watched him walk over to a table, look at the mess left by a customer, and heard him say as he headed outside, "some people are just slobs". Not once did he come back to clean the mess or even have a staff member come out to clean. I went inside to get a copy of my receipt so I could make a formal complaint at a later time. My blood was boiling so much I didn't even mention how upset I was with the manager himself. I only stated it took too long for our food to be prepared. Anyway, this Hardee's is part of a strip mall and so it is easy to access. Service was pretty good. I asked for a couple of things and they were happy to oblige. Absolutely disgusting food. My girlfriend and I went to Hardee's after realizing that Chick-fil-A was closed on Labor Day. We went and ordered a simple meal of a five piece chicken tender and a big hardee. After waiting 20 minutes in line when only one car was in front of us we get up to the window and the meals total was $22.34. Not such a big deal for good food. Before leaving the window I checked my sweet tea to make sure that it was actually sweet tea because times before that it was always unsweet. We pull away and I take a bite of my ice cold fries and my burger. The burger had no lettuce on it, and the bun was freezer burnt with the meat barely cooked. My girlfriend on the other hand also had ice cold fries and when she went to eat her chicken tenders they weren't cooked. At all. Basically raw meat with seasoning was given to us. I will never go back to that Hardee's again after the continued negative trips. read more

This morning on our way to the little ones 15 month check we stop at the Milford Hardee's drive thru. Placing the order over the speaker I was explained, "I can't hear you". I restated my order this time practically yelling. Once at the window to pay a drink and straw was tossed out. My change was discussedly put into my hand follow buy my bag. I wasn't give even a second to request ketchup for my rounds. Please consider keeping disgruntled employees. This was not a pleasant experience. During a very long drive from CT to Ocean City, MD; me and my husband decided to stop and get something to eat. I haven't had Hardee's in years because there are none near us. When I started to see them in passing I got excited. After about the third one we passed, I got hungry. I said "The next Hardee's I see I'm stopping." A few minutes later, there was the one in Milford. We stopped and ordered. Hot ham and cheese for me, a childhood favorite; and chicken tenders for my husband. We waited for a bit for the order, but that was okay because they were in there making EVERYTHING fresh just for us. Usually, you go to a fast food restaurant at night and everything has been sitting there for hours. Not here! We received the HOTTEST french fries I've ever gotten in a fast food restaurant. Everything else was perfect and delicious. I didn't even care any longer that we had an hour and a half more drive to our hotel. I had just finished the best meal of the week. read more

The month of May and April Hardee's gave me 3 free sandwiches and a free Red Burrito. Everything we got was great. The ham, egg and cheese biscuit, both burgers and the chicken taco salad. The Milford locations was quick, clean and had very nice employees. We will definately come here for the burgers and taco salads they are the best. read more

Stopped here on a whim and haven't been to a Hardee's in years but remember it as being very good which it was on this stop . Expectations were realized cause yes the food was good in fact very good for a fast food restaurant but the help here needed to be put in their place . Ordered sodas and a meal and charged me for two extra sodas and refused to take them off at the end of the bill when I complained that they charged me for a total of 4 sodas. Waited 25 minutes after again complaining that we never had fries delivered to our table that we paid for and people behind us on line already had their food eaten and left the restaurant with the meal but when I did speak up about the fries they would not even acknowledge me that I was complaining till I asked for a manager who heard my complaint and refunded my money for extra sodas and made sure we got our fries. Managers did us right but cashier and server did not who were both the same person that took our order for food and then was delivering food did not respond to our complaint. I will go back to Hardee's again cause food is good but just not back to this one in Milford , delaware. I'm complaining cause what was done was executed on me deliberately and not a mistake. I'm a paying customer and expect to be treated with respect and not a fool. Again managers were okay but it was the cashier who treated us badly and done dirty to us on purpose. The low end of the QSR in Milford. This place needs a good cleaning.Signs are all over the windows advertising specials,but many are not honored. On 7-1-14 I asked for the 99 cent all beef taco and Dashalyn claimed the price was now $1.29 so I paid on check number 10093.Go some where else and you will not be duped. read more

Mushroom Swiss burger is FANTASTIC! Great customer service at this location too. Wish there was a Hardee's closer to King Of Prussia, PA!
