When my order was ready it came in a cute reusable bag with their logo and info on it. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. The dipping sauce I selected had the Raising Cane's vibe which I love. Great portions too. FYI, there's no drive thru, so you'll need to order inside.
