The drive thru had one car in front of me . They still made both cars pull up bc they obviously lie in addition to serving harmful food . My order was $35.03 . I have a newborn who has to be back in North Chas . ASAP ! Otherwise I would have immediately turned around. Ridiculous they don't even deserve a 1 star. Whoever is in charge of this location should have their lack of leadership and failure on basic principles addressed or let go immediately. All burgers are inedible and why would anyone trust the ham and ugly cheese they threw in the wrap . In addition they are out of milk so no milk shakes guys . had us pull forward to wait on the fries. which were not piping hot when they came to us. Forgot our drink and the gal who brought out the food loudly asked the window gal you gave them a drink did t you? you didn't? and hubs had to ask if we could also get a receipt (loudly you didn't give them a receipt?) when we paid they took the card through the outside swipe--several swipes. didn't places get rid of those because it's too easy to scam the cards? None of this would have given it only one star but as we pull onto the freeway which is right there--the burger was already cold. Not warm even. Cold. and the fries of hey were freshly done we're disappointingly not hot. the hot ham and swiss was the only redeeming thing about the food. This morning my family and I were departing from South Carolina and stopping to pick up some breakfast before a long grueling drive. We were met with potentially the worst customer service one could receive. While ordering our food the lady behind the drive thru payed zero attention to what we were ordering or what we had to say. While trying to order our food there was no acknowledgement to what we were saying and multiple times there was a *noticeable* sigh when asked if there was anything else and continued to order. The line this morning only consisted of two other cars in the drive thru (something you would expect to be manageable by the AM crew). In this case we decided to leave because this restaurant was not at all worthy of our time, money, or rights to a decent review. This restaurant hardly deserves a star from me. After grieving the loss of a loved one this was the last thing we wanted to have to experience. If possible to find this employee, she needs to be heavily reprimanded or fired as she's obviously incompetent and can't even provide a simple service at a job that requires no education. read more

The staff were as friendly as to be expected from southern hospitality. I was a bit amused watching a door being repaired, as we received our food a bit faster than I anticipated. I was also amused by pictures of area from way before, although I doubt they'll let us buy a burger for $0.15. When I have seen reviews on this location, I was a bit befuddled about how it got purely negative on one site but more normal balance on another. We were traveling back home to North Carolina when we decided to stop here for breakfast. I am a manager of a restaurant and I have to say the service was Horrible! Our visit was between 9am and 10am (we didn't receive a receipt and neither did any of the other guest waiting with us) the lobby and drink area were FILTHY and the cashier had a poor attitude. I don't mind waiting because I understand first hand about being short staffed, however when the hospitality is poor AND it's dirty along with a long wait no one is going to want to revisit this place. Our order was wrong & the woman at the window was extremely rude about it. They asked us to pull forward (where 3 other cars were also waiting). After 30 minutes of being in the drive thru and waiting while we pulled up, someone came out and said we'd have to wait even longer if we wanted our biscuits because they weren't cooking any at the moment. After changing our order to cheaper biscuits, we were not offered any refund whatsoever and the new girl who brought the orders out said she had no idea what we were talking about and she couldn't do anything.
