It was a single hard, cold patty with cheese on it and no ketchup. Why give options if you're not going to read them and toss what ever you want into the delivery bag ?? Avoid this location when job hunting. The food is what you'd expect, the younger staff is amazing. the management has been an issue for a while however. I personally had an interview, was even hired on the spot by the GM John himself. After not hearing anything back after filling out paperwork, I tried calling inly to be told that he just didn't seem to be in every time I call. Today after a couple months of having been hired and waiting to hear about when to start, we are told they don't know what I'm talking about or even who I was. the man who interviewed me, said he had no idea. To fill out another application and see how that goes. Only getting this answer after months of run around by management. I have to say, I had a really solid experience at this Hardee's. First off, the person working the drive thru was really courteous! Very polite and very patient with me wanting to use a coupon. Great guy and left a great impression. The food itself was solid as well. I got the 10 piece chicken tender basket and I was surprised at the size of the chicken tenders! Nice, long, and plump; these tenders were golden brown and delicious! They were nice and crispy with just the right amount of breading on the outside but super tender and juicy on the outside. I also enjoyed how they were full size tenders, not like some places that might take a single tender and split it into two and give you thin and skimpy looking tenders or places that overbread and you end up with chicken tenders that are more breading than chicken. Might as well call those chicken flavored breading at that point! But they do a great job here with their proportions and the quality of the tenders is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. The spicy dipping sauce that comes with it is great as well. Almost like a mix between a spicy Buffalo sauce and a ranch dressing, this dipping sauce has both a good amount of kick and just the right amount of zing. Really tasty and great with the chicken! I was SUPER impressed by Heather's customer service, attitude, and friendliness when I visited this location two days ago. So VERY often, when using a drive-thru at any restaurant, the employees are either poorly trained, or simply do not care how customers are treated and/or how they are viewed by their customers. The lack of friendliness, kindness, or any kind of effort to create a connection with customers is - so very often - disheartening. Heather was the exact opposite of this description. She was engaging, professional, and friendly. She made me feel welcome and as if SHE was pleased to be doing what she was doing. Bravo! Man, how bad can it get. We pulled into Hardee's tonight, ordered 2 thick burgers and a large fries. The person serving us did a great job adding to the order by selling us an apple pie for $1. We paid, then were asked to pull forward and wait. After a few minutes our order was delivered and we headed home, no more then 5 to 10 minutes away. Burgers and fries were just warm and no apple pie. And thick burgers are no longer thick, I didn't even finish mine. Called several times to provide feedback, no answer, one time busy. Sad, the wife loves Hardee's but over $15 for 2 burgers and fries that suck is a bit much. read more

The Frisco was ok..the bread wasn't really toasted and the fries were cold. The apple pie...well I attached a picture...there's no way I can make this crap up folkes. If I could give no starts I would. The customer service was horrible, from the minute of driving up the worker had such a bad attitude. When we asked for a minute to look at the board she responding in a snarky and condescending way. When we asked for a sprite and water and had miscommunication in the way we asked for it we apologized and she said "well it's the way YOU said it" in possibly the most snarkiest way. The food was poorly packaged and the fries where freezing cold. I thoroughly understand if someone's having a bad day and something comes across wrong but the attitude,customer service, and overall tone was horrible. We have tried this location several times over the last 6 months. We might get food from here once in awhile. Every time we go, after we walk to the counter it can take up to 5 minutes to place my order and then it can take 20 to 25 minutes to receive the order. When telling the shift manager we were given the wrong sandwich the day prior, the "breakfast manager" kept over talking the two of us stating their company policy. The shift manager was kindly handling it but was also over talked by the "breakfast manager". We did not want anything for free, we even stated we were not asking for anything free but instead letting them know of the mistake as we drive several miles out of the way to enjoy the only Hardee's in our area. It's a shame that one negative, rude employee will make us rethink our next trip to Hardee's. I sent an employee to pick me up lunch at 12:00 PM . 1st for being a fast food hamburger chain, I wasn't aware that I had to wait 35 minutes for my employee to return . He said they had to remake my order twice. It looked like the bun was used twice. Then after receiving my order I opened burger to notice the disgusting so called burger inside. I proceeded to call the store and let it ring 10 times and then went to fax. It gets worse Then after work I drove the nasty burger back to Hardees. I drive up to the restaurant at 4:45 PM and notice the cook and the manager outside front parking lot Manager sitting on curb smoking cigarette and cook standing smoking cigarette with truck door open listening to music. I then took a photo I walked in the restaurant and she walked in and I said are you the manager she said was and said she was having a smoke because no one is in restaurant. I explained to her the situation about this being the most disgusting burger I have ever had. Burnt burger, burnt bun . I have never written a review or called a fast food chain ever. This one took the cake , I mean burger. Mgr said can I cook you another one and I said no thank you ,I just want you to know that I am going to contact upper management about this situation. I then walked outside and the cook outside still smoking said to me "Nice Picture" then took his hand up to his face like he was twisting his finger like an insult of crying.
