Came here to eat after the wait at Waffle House was going to be too long. We chose to dine in and waited in line for 15 minutes to order food. The other family with us stood in the line next to use for 20 minutes and then stood at the counter another 10 minutes being ignored. We made the cashier aware that their order had not been taken and they apologized but still did not take their order. The family we were with ended up leaving because they could not get waited on. Had we not already ordered our food we would have also left. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. We will not dine here again and would NOT suggest anyone else dining here. We could have easily dined at a sit down restaurant in less time then it took us to get a "fast food" breakfast. Then our order was not even correct. read more

Iced coffee at Hardee's?!? Husband and I went through the drive through to order a post morning church (mass) breakfast and I decided I wanted an iced coffee that was advertised on their window but didn't want to hold up the drive through so while he completed the transaction, I ran inside and ordered it. The woman took my order and I requested the "classic iced coffee." (The menu offers two types: classic or vanilla) She said, " so which kind do you want, the regular one or vanilla?" I said, "if classic is regular, then that one." She couldn't be bought with a smile or pleasantness, just looked like I was torturing her. I asked if it has any sugar in it and she said no just cream and I said great, could you add these three Splenda packets to it before you pour? (had gotten them from the condiment bar, that's how some Starbucks handle it and ask me to hand them the sugar substitute so they can mix it in) She straight up refused and said I can do that myself. Now, at this point I decided it just wasn't even worth explaining how it's hard to stir up a full drink with ice in it and get the sugar substitute to dissolve and distribute evenly, without making a mess all over me and the car and that's why I asked of it that way.... sighhhhhh... Sooo she comes over from the drive through with a cup filled to the top with ice... I want very badly to tell her to take some of that out because I'm about to have about 2 ounces of coffee, for three times the price of a regular hot coffee and a whole bunch of ice... when a fellow employee who was incredibly observant noticed and said to her, that's too much ice- he turns to me and asks me if I want that much and I said no, I actually was thinking the same thing when ms sour pants began her rant- her very loud and rude complaining about how if they are gonna be making them THAT way, they'll need to be upcharging... and repeated herself many times over as she prepared a whole new cup...instead of simply removing some ice... and I just stood there :/ ... being berated Over and over.... and she turned to me before adding the cream and said, is THAT enough cream or want more, as snotty as she possibly could, I said, again trying hard here, "No, that's perfect! :) Just more coffee... ."(because I can see the cup is 2/3 full) and she starts again into her rant about how they are gonna have to start charging more for light ice in these drinks.... etc etc - sorta talking to the young fellow worker who was so thoughtful but mostly just out loud for my benefit. I FINALLY decide enough and tell her that it would be ridiculous to upcharge for light ice when it's never an issue with any other beverage and I'm already paying additional for "cold brewed coffee." She simply shuts me down with letting me know I'm wrong and the amount of ice I want is NOT up to me. I get my drink and add my own darn Splenda and leave. I decided to share here where others can know what to expect rather than give her more of my time because unfortunately she was miserable and trying to make me the same. Iced coffee ultimately wasn't nothing special, no different really in a flavor profile than their hot coffee so don't expect much. *Pro-tip: skip getting iced coffee here and get it from the* Kroger Starbucks, cost about the same, service is better and coffee MUCH BETTER. read more

10/10 do not recommend.! Very disrespectful.! I asked for a moment at the window to get my order together and the little girl was getting upset and got smart.! IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO COME INTO WORK DONT! I DIDNT TELL YOU TO APPLY, PUT ON THAT UNIFORM OR CLOCK IN! I then pulled up to give my order at the window where the manager with nasty blue weave and eyelashes extensions that were clumpy and falling off got smart immediately because my order wasn't on the screen. I told her she didn't have to get smart and in return she spit on my car... at this point I didn't even want the food... I told her to give me corporates number and I would be on my way... she said she wasn't giving me anything and if I didn't leave she was calling the police.! This review is specifically for the breakfast staff on Fridays. Don't know if it's always the same. I was there on Tuesday for dinner and actually had a very pleasant experience. The girl I ordered with that day was great! However today I went to Hardee's drive thu for breakfast. I ordered an omelet biscuit, 2 omelet biscuit meals, a frisco sandwich meal with bacon added, 3 sprites , a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a prime rib biscuit. When I got up to the window to pay the woman was talking to her co workers stressed out for a good minute then turned to me and let me know her co worker gave our $32 meal to the car in front of us that just drove off. She asks me to pull off to the side and they'll make our order for us.. (also wanted to note that before the car in front of us pulled off the car in front of them was also asked to pull ahead and wait and ended up waiting until our food came out also) but Cool. Fine. Whatever mistakes happen. I say it's fine. She charges me and I pull off to the side. 15 minutes later they come out with our food and I decided to double check that everything was there... it wasn't. We were missing one bacon egg and cheese and our Frisco sandwich was missing ham... at this point I'm annoyed because you would think that after they made one mistake with us that they would pay extra attention to getting our order correct. I was frustrated so my boyfriend when in to show them the receipt and tell them the mistakes and the woman with the red and orange hair caught a major attitude with him about it. But gave him the food. Then we get home and the new frisco sandwhich is made the exact same way it was before. PLUS our 3 sprites taste like seltzer.( I'm assuming their machine is out of syrup or flavor or whatever) but still after all that we were very very frustrated so he called the manager... then the manager caught a major attitude. Telling him that he wasn't there and it wasn't his fault. He claimed to be the manager. As a manage he SHOULD be taking accountability for the people that work for him. What a joke. Wont be back here for breakfast and probably at all to be honest. read more

Went through the drive through. I really do not have incredibly high expectations for fast food, I expect to be quick, correct and easy. Well none of that here, after a 25 minute wait in the drive through I finally get my food. I go to check it and there is bag rolled up inside of the bag.... so when the original bag tore, they rolled that bag- with the food in it- into another bag, then bagged that. Took me a minute to find the food and I think they did it on purpose! I ordered a biscuit and hash browns. The biscuit was quite crunchy and brown, while the steak was cold and the cheese had not been melted at any point, telling me it was all cold when it was put together. Fed it to my chickens because it really was inedible. The hash browns were not just cold- they were not fully cooked. Brought them home, spread them on a pan and finished cooking them before feeding them to the chickens. Save your time and money- very bad experience here! read more

Thomas was working drive through & front counter tonight (around 6:30) and he was so patient and hardworking. It seemed as though everyone was stressed out, with rude drive through customers and a lot of them, but he was calm and helpful. He was buzzing around like a bee! His positivity is something that should be valued by his employers & managers. He is definitely an asset. read more

By far the worst Hardees. There were 9 vehicles in the drive thru, so I decided to run in and order. When I got inside there were only 2 customers in line, I was #3. I ended up waiting for 26 min total. When I left all the drivethru vehicles were already long gone. By far the WORST service. At 1st notice, I thought maybe the manager was mentally handicapped because she was moving so slow, BEYOND SLOW. However, I discovered she's not, she just really sucks at her job. I've never seen someone so slow and carefree be a manager. The restaurant was dirty, the staff was playing and goofing off, wait time to order and for food was through the roof, all while, the so called manager could care less. She just continued to bag up food slow like a sloth. After all that wait, for a simple breakfast, my Frisco sandwich had a HAIR in it. What a waste of time. The Hardees Company and upper management definitely need to do something about this Hardees and their horrible manager. read more

I AM A LONGTIME BREAKFAST CUSTOMER and have been got many years. 7:03 AM this morning (Sunday), we pulled in. No lights on in the dining room, no cars in drive-thru, Terri parked in space closest to door. We just kept going to Bojangles. We like Hardee's....that's why we have continued to come all these years. We have many friends that we meet and visit with there. They are also concerned with how things go when Terri is on in the mornings. Many have waited in line too long or seen the rudeness and left and went to Bojangles. One of our friends texted me to see if Bridgett was back yet because they weren't coming back as long as Terri was on the front counter. read more

Usually a wait if you sit inside. They bring your food after you order though and it is made fresh. They seriously have a good chicken sandwich. I won't be going back to Wendy's for chicken going forward:) read more

Went there this morning for sausage gravy biscuit was very impressed with the order not with management she was more worried about the sage and the inside cashier and no one was waiting on me. Went to this Hardee's at 0930 on a Saturday morning. They left the egg of my ham egg and cheese(yes I was charged for it) and they did not give me a spoon for my gravy. Super frustrating. You know, sometimes you call and they say they will make it right and give you the correct sandwich. I'm already down the road on the way to work eating my eggless sandwich and licking the gravy from the bowl. Make it right when you hand the order out. Hardee's breakfast is great, that's why the line for it is always wrapped around the building, but please take a little more pride in your service. When I was about to write this "Yelp" advised me to take it consideration that the restaurants have been dealing with Covid. Well sorry, but haven't we all. I am emergency room nurse working over during this and I was on my way to my second job and trying to get breakfast. Take consideration for my dealing with Covid. Now I'm about to walk in to work for 12 hours not satisfied because of the missing egg and gravy all over my face. read more
