However, as usual this was a very good experience. The food was good. Although I'm not a big fan of chicken or chicken fingers, I still enjoyed it. Another lady asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited. This was very nice and unexpected. Then, when the food was ready, she offered to carry it out for me! While I carried it out my self, she still followed me to the door to open it for me. Great customer service!

The burger was cooked perfectly--fresh off the grill, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The toppings were spot on and balanced just right. When a burger is dripping with juices as you bite into it, you know it's done right. Nobody wants one of those dry, Sahara-desert burgers where you need a sip of water after every bite. This one definitely wasn't that. If the burgers are cooked like they were today every time, this place would be slam packed 24/7. The service was great too--quick turnaround, friendly smile at the register, and good food on a Sunday afternoon after church. I also noticed a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich on the menu that looks like it might be fire, so I'll definitely be back soon to give that one a try. Great job today, Freddy's. Keep turning out burgers like that and you'll keep me coming back.

I ordered 6 beef burritos, 6 enchiladas, and 2 crunchy tacos and waited over 30 minutes for my food. For a $60 order, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. The enchiladas had very little cheese inside and were burned, as if they had been microwaved too long. The burritos were poorly filled with very little beef, making them dry and lacking flavor. They also did not make them extra hot as I specifically requested, which made them even more disappointing. It's frustrating to spend that much money on food that clearly lacked care in preparation. I have always looked forward to stopping here when I'm in town, but this experience truly let me down. I hope management takes quality control and customer loyalty more seriously moving forward.
