Now,,, I am a devout purchaser of Baileys Original Irish Cream in the round brown bottle. Upon asking for it once more, they said it has been discontinued and is in the new blue bottle. Taking it home and opening it I saw that it was NOT the same. I brought it back complaining that I was misled and it was NOT the same. " You opened it,, we can't take it back" was her response. One week later going back to purchase something different I saw that,,,,, wow,, there's the Baileys on the counter you said was discontinued. I purchased it but felt slightly taken. Since then I have been to 2 different stores clearly well stocked with the Brown bottle Baileys. Now I have recourse by going back and telling them that it has not been discontinued and that I've seen it at 2 different locations. " oh no,, you're wrong , it has definitely been discontinued". So what's next for me. Now listen,, I am not an alcoholic, maybe just a small amount once a week. I don't drink alcohol otherwise as lemonade is my go to everyday. So what's next now? I googled Baileys and in clear print and video they post that they are in full production.

I just left there about 10 minutes ago, and the selection isn't what it used to be. Everything is IPA, weird craft flavors or fancy fruity style beers or your typical watered down beer that you used to drink in college on a budget. Or what you can find in grocery stores but with a higher price tag. I do appreciate the good cider selection, however, the prices are just out of control. They don't update the sticker prices on the six packs and when checking out, I was surprised that it was several dollars more than what I had anticipated on paying. When I asked the cashier if he would be willing to honor the price on the sticker, he flatly said no. I get times are tough right now, but a little customer service goes a long way. If you're not doing your end of the bargain to update your inventory and prices, then maybe don't mark the cans at all so that customers can confirm the price at the counter before buying.
