He then asked "would you like me to get it?" The item was there next time I stopped in, and considerably less expensive than I was used to paying. I'm a big vodka guy, and every single vodka Ralph has recommended has become on that I buy regularly. All of the staff are very friendly, and I make it a point to hang out and talk if it's not busy. Unlike many stores, Ralph knows all of the products intimately. Not just wine like most places. Along with all f his vodka recommendations, he knows the grain the vodka is distilled from, and can compare the taste to other popular brands, too. All of the above applies to bourbons that he's recommended. I'm not a huge wine enthusiast, but the few I've tried based upon his recommendations have been exactly what he described.
