I took my truck in for an oil change and front brakes to get ready to go on a road trip. The…read morebrakes were a little high so i asked them to just do the oil change. The lady at the front desk worked with me on the price so i went ahead and proceeded with them doing them. When it was time for me to pick my truck up, I noticed I was charged for rotors when I did not need new rotors, my truck is new. A man whom im not sure if he is the owner or a manager, came out and talked to me. He told me that it is standard practice when you change brakes, you change the rotors too ( no matter the condition) I didn't agree being that I knew my rotors were in good condition. He was a little aggravated with me but in the end refunded me for the rotors that i didn't originally need. It won't deter me from going to this business again because even though there was an issue, it was fixed and I have never had previous issues.

They actively refused to take any responsibility for it and were rude and combative after they destroyed our van. AWFUL; DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Epic failure from vehicle service to actual service. Took it to them twice and they charged me out the yinyang and totally ineptly failed to fix the problem and refused to take responsibility for it. We only used this shop in desperation due to no other scheduling option and paid the ultimate price when finally the dealership told us about the incompetence and failure that led to the destruction of our van with only 75K miles on it. Saddest was the awful attitude we got when we made contact - total denial of their failure and rude, rude, rude.
