Dr. Aduddell is my 2nd comprehensive pain doctor over 3 yrs. I have received 2 spine ablations…read moreover a 2 year period from him. The first doctor did unsuccessful epidurals. My spine surgeon recommended Dr. Aduddell who than pinpointed what he recognized as the problems and within a few weeks performed a bilateral ablation on multiple areas of the spine. I am able to enjoy physical activities including playing golf. This is the second time that he has performed this minimal invasive procedure with precision and the results have been phenomenal. Activities are enjoyable again. I am in my middle 70's but feel much younger and active. I highly recommend him.

I was a patient of Dr Aduddell's for a couple of years. I initially went to him for back pain. I…read morethought it was odd that he offered me a 5 dollar Starbucks gift card to post a yelp review. But I blew off that red flag. When I broke my ankle, in 2023, my surgeon released me and advised me to go to a pain management doctor. So I naturally went to Dr Aduddell. He had a really nasty attitude about helping me with the pain from breaking my ankle and surgery. He doesn't have the ability to empathize. I never went back to him. I have since needed 2 additional surgeries on my ankle. And thank God I found a great pain management doctor who has helped me tremendously. Dr Harpavat has personal experience with broken ankles and understands completely the relation between back and ankle. Dr Harpavat diagnosed me with CRPS. Just remember when choosing a pain doctor - you have a choice!

Explained the pain was 12 on scale of 10 and need some relief. Was assured that office would call back shortly. The call came the following day at 12 noon and was told I could not get a steroid shot nor pain medication before my appointment on Wednesday. I asked if I was supposed to endure the pain until Wednesday and the rude woman responded with "Let me finish" In her finish she did not ask about the pain nor suggest anything for it. If you want help with your back problems it will be when they get around to it. FYI, by late Thursday, the day of my call, I could not walk for the pain.

I can't believe I am writing this review after 3 years as a patient here. However, Jessica Hess, PA…read moreis apparently allowed to make up Practice Policies as she goes that a patient hasn't signed. Apparently they have a new policy that isn't posted anywhere, nor is it in any written Practice Policy that I signed, that states that if you are 10 mins late, she can up and decide to reschedule your appointment. Even the office manager said it's a new policy and not in writing nor have they notified their patients of it yet. So after driving 45 mins on toll roads from Fort Worth to Plano, I fell victim to some random "policy" that I wasn't aware of because they don't notify their patients. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with Jessica. She likes to make up policies as goes.

I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing…read moredoctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. She does ART (Active Release Technique), which means she digs into trigger points to help release adhesions in the muscles. It is painful, but totally worth it!
