My selection was Pollo Hawaiiano, a dish popular in Colombia. It consists of grilled chicken, bacon, melted cheese and pineapple sauce. Refried beans and rice were the sides. The dish itself was fine. The chicken was two thin pieces and a slice of ham cooked well with melted cheese on top. It was interesting to have pineapple sauce covering the protein. I believe it was my second time having a Colombian dish (first being 2012) so I had to get used with all the ingredients coming together with every bite.
