I truly regret having to leave this review because the staff at Harley-Davidson of Glendale have consistently treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Over the years, I have purchased multiple motorcycles from this dealership, including my most recent 2025 Road Glide CVO ST, and I have always appreciated the efforts of the sales, finance, service, parts, and apparel teams. They have earned my loyalty through their hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been overshadowed by repeated interactions with Daniel, who represents dealership leadership and management. Rather than feeling valued as a long-time, repeat customer, I have experienced what I believe to be a pattern of unnecessary personal criticism, confrontational behavior, and accusations that left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. One of the most disappointing accusations was that I was somehow interfering with motorcycle sales. Nothing could be further from the truth. The group of riders I regularly ride with and bring to the dealership on Saturdays has always encouraged fellow riders to purchase motorcycles, accessories, and services from Glendale Harley-Davidson. We celebrate new purchases and have proudly supported the dealership for years. To be accused of harming the dealership after investing so much into it was both surprising and disheartening. Customer service begins with leadership. A dealership's culture is shaped from the top down, and when leadership demonstrates a lack of professionalism, respect, and appreciation for loyal customers, it inevitably affects the overall experience. No customer should feel intimidated, personally attacked, or disrespected while visiting a dealership they have faithfully supported. Despite these experiences, I want to emphasize that this review is not a reflection of the employees. The staff continues to do an outstanding job despite the circumstances, and many of them have become friends over the years. They deserve recognition for their commitment to customers and for representing the Harley-Davidson brand with integrity. I have invested a significant amount of time, money, and loyalty into Harley-Davidson of Glendale because I genuinely wanted to support the dealership and the Harley-Davidson community. It is disappointing that the conduct of one member of dealership leadership has caused me to question whether I want to continue doing business there. My hope is that this feedback is taken seriously--not to damage the dealership, but to encourage meaningful change. When I picked up my bike over $600 later there were several NEW issues. - no key needed to start the bike. Wha??? - wires hanging out of the exhaust system - wires hanging out of the wiring harness - they didn't tune the bike. Road 10 miles and burned 50 miles of fuel. - throttle now sticks - 7. Yes SEVEN BCM error codes - bolts missing from rear fender - blown fork seals that were repaired just prior to towing to Glendale They had the nerve to try and charge me just to look at the bike to even fix all the problems they created with shoddy work. So I returned to the Harley Dealership in the Jewel City (yeah...Glendale peeps really call it that) to pick out a new helmet, and Stacie expertly guided me through the various options. We narrowed it down to a Shoei full-face helmet (although I have a face that only a mother could love) but I was unsure between the Shoei GT-Air 3 traditional shell and the Shoei Neotec 3 modular model. Stacie pulled a few out and patiently went through all the different features. I tried them on and was impressed with Stacie's ability to avoid mocking me as I fumbled around with flipping up the chin bar on the Neotec 3 while figuring out how to lower the damn sun visor. Anyway, we decided on the Neotec 3 modular model and I think it's going to be perfect for my needs. I also ordered the Sena SRL3 Mesh Bluetooth communication system, and Matt rang me up and promised to install it when it arrived. Had a great test ride on my new Livewire with Mae. She is very knowledgeable and the ride went very well. Ended up purchasing a new electric motorcycle. Mae was very friendly and responsive to my all of my questions, and I asked a lot of questions. Courtney in finance was very helpful but please remember to go over all the items if you do decide to purchase a bike. The process is similar to purchasing a car, so be vigilant when you review your contract. Courtney even reached out on her day off to clear up some questions I had. She is very professional and excellent at her job. She made the whole process as enjoyable as it could be. As I already stated she is really amazing following up and being there for questions. Being a Harley Dealer they have a ton of branded clothing, shoes, and extras. Everything is well made, some of my branded items I still have are still in great condition, but the prices are on the higher side. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful The parts department staff were all very friendly and helpful. Service staff also was nice but I have not had service yet so I can't comment yet on the process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I visited the Harley dealership in Glendale today to look at a used motorcycle in person since they don't list pricing online. None of the used motorcycles had prices displayed, including the one I came specifically to see. After waiting quite a while for assistance, I decided to call the dealership while standing outside the bike I was interested in. Only after calling did someone finally come out to help me. On the phone, I was told pricing wasn't available yet, even though the motorcycle was already on the floor. When someone finally assisted me, the experience didn't improve much. The person in charge told me the bike was "thirteen and some change." When I politely asked if there was any room for negotiation since it's not a very popular model and other dealerships have it priced lower, he responded by saying he "can't move mountains" and that "they go for thirteen all day here," then simply walked away from me. I've purchased 8 motorcycles over the past 5 years 3 from dealerships and 5 through private sales and I've never felt disrespected until walking into this Harley dealership. The entire experience completely turned me off from the brand. At this point, I'll likely be looking at a different motorcycle brand altogether just to avoid dealing with Harley dealerships in the future. By the way, once you book the classes online for the Riding Academy, Mae sends you a personalized video intro of what to expect including what gear to get and what classes might be like (she's not one of the teachers but is very helpful and knowledgeable on any questions you might have about the classes). Then she'll schedule a quick 5-10 min practice session on an H-D Street 500 that's bolted down and on dyna rollers so you can get acquainted with the controls, upshifting and downshifting. Mae checked in on me and my son to see how our riding progress was going during even after we've left the course! I don't think that's what she's paid to do... SHE'S JUST THAT COOL!! Glendale Harley Davidson treats me like a "Rock Star" every time I come in to shop. Whether I'm buying parts for my bikes, clothes, or coming in to ask for some help at the service department I get THE BEST SERVICE you can imagine. I live 6 miles from Laidlaws Harley Davidson and I drive down to Glendale Harley Davidson because of the amazing service and competitive pricing on all their products. Do not get service here. I was completely scammed. I came to this specific dealer because they had a Harley certified master electrician on the roster who was trained to use a very specific tool to chase down a specific problem I was having in my wire harness. I told the service counter multiple times I only wanted that one guy working on my bike, since he was the one trained to handle this electrical gremlin I was chasing. Lo and behold when I get an update, it is a tech sending a video sarcastically referring how they had chase down how to remove my seat (custom bracket, single bolt completely visible even when someone is seated) and they charged me for 2 hours where they put a novice to "work" on my bike despite having assured me that would not happen, and he literally did absolutely nothing. I did not know this place would charge you for their employees not knowing how to work on Harley's, but that's how they stay open I guess. In the end, I paid over $600 for them to do a job that the requested master tech could have done in half an hour. The sheer audacity to assure me they would assign the tech I requested, and not put a novice on it, then to do it anyway is the worst way to do business, and they have lost my trust forever. Not to mention the tech complaining about a single bolt holding a seat on! If you work on Harley's, have you never seen a single custom bracket before? I guess if they don't have manufacturer directions, they take an hour to figure out a single bolt. I have never felt so ripped off and betrayed by a shop before. I attempted to speak to the service counter when I got my bill, and was pretty much (politely) told to f*** off. The only reason they will get two stars from me is because the guys at the parts counter are knowledgeable and helpful, and the sales staff are as well. But the service side of this dealership is the sneakiest underhanded scam I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend anyone with a Harley to go here, and instead I bring my bike to an indie shop that is open and honest about all work done. And I am not the only one who has had this kind of experience with Harley dealers. Apparently this is standard practice. Well, if you guys are trying to run yourselves out of business, this is exactly how to do it. I actively avoid this dealer now, and so do all my friends and family, which sucks because of how close it is to us. But I would rather be inconvenienced than ripped off. read more

I went in solely for the clothes. They are well made and comfortable. I can afford to get what I want from there so all the different ladies who came up to me, no idea why there were so many in such a tiny retail space, were given ample opportunity to help me as I said what I was looking for. First girl didn't even know the inventory. The next girl was a bit more helpful but all in all they were just annoying. Apparently the mirrored window I was looking at to test the clothes was someone's office, and they came out and stood there looking at me like I was bothering them. Seriously? I moved to the dressing room, only to be told I needed to leave my purse with an employee. That was the final straw. Everything had inventory tags, they counted my items, and honestly, I can afford to pay for anything I wanted. I could buy a motorcycle if I felt like it. I ended up placing the clothes I was going to buy on the counter, but as I watched them ring up, I thought better of it. If this is how they treat customers before a purchase, I can't imagine how they'd act if something didn't fit. Also -- maybe train your team not to pair off and whisper behind a customer's back when your entire store is lined with mirrors. For new riders they have the HD Academy you sign up to and get your licensing & safety skills corse through (MSF) If you want a beginner bike then I suggest you check out the nightster, put it on rain mode and gradually learn your way up to sport mode. After that go back and trade it in for the Harley of your dreams, but in the beginning of your journey the abs brembo brakes and traction control, slipper clutch on the nightster will help you a great deal. People say the sound sucks but you could always put on a s&s exhaust like I did and wake up the neighbors. But if you must get on the bike of your dreams from the get go and you don't want yourself a "girls" bike then they have that for you as well. The most important part is that you see Tommy in the gear department and get yourself some real protective gear that can potentially save your life. Since I'm sure Jay and Courtney saved you some money on your bike deal, use your savings here. It's probably the most important money you'll ever spend. (KLiM) gear suggested. Whoever manages this place has it running like a Swiss watch and I don't say this ever about dealers especially not motorcycle dealers. ***Buyer Beware*** I will never pay a visit or attempt to make a small purchase at this store for whatever reason. I was in the market for a 2023 Lowrider ST. Found they had a pre-owned one and inquired about that. After speaking with the sales manager (Ian I believe) he stated that (at the time) there was more negotiating with a new Harley versus pre-owned. I took his advice and we negotiated a deal over the phone for $24,500.00 out the door on a new HD, and said I will be there next day to do paperwork. Fast forward to the next day (09/30/23). I get to the store, met Ian and told him let's get this deal started. He immediately gets a pre approval app going for me. He brings back on paper after running my credit (score: 839) and a monthly payment of $474 for 60 months with $5,000 down payment. I quickly did the math ($474 x 60= $28,440) told him no way. What happened to $24,500 out the door. He then comes back and says he can do the deal for $26,000. Again, I said no thank you because I came for the $24,500 deal. Nevertheless, they never committed to their $24,500 deal. It was all a scam. Through all of this I was assured they wanted my business and wanted me to have the best experience so I would be back and tell my friends. One thing I will say was, Hell Yeah they gave me an experience that I won't forget. I hope other people read this and do their homework before walking into this dealership. They will take advantage of you faster than $2 prostitute. read more

Glendale Harley Davidson service put a quick shifter on a Pan-American December 27, 2024. Three days later I almost watched my Nephew get hit by a speeding white honda accord on Big Tujunga Canyon Road. On December 30, 2024. Approximately 80 miles after the quick shifter was installed the screw that held the quick shifter together fell out of the Pan American. Four of us had spent the last hour and a half zipping through Angelus Crest Highway. After Newcomes ranch we started making our return back on Big Tujunga. Towards the end of our ride, We were stranded in the Canyon where 60 miles an hour is the normal speed. Having to push the Pan-American onto the side of the road the four of us got off our bikes and began searching for the missing screw, and the tools to reattach. After finding the screw, we saw that there was no evidence of Loctite put on this vital part. Once we screwed the parts back together and insured, the shifter was working. We went to pull out of a blind corner. Upon pulling out of the dirt parking area a speeding white Honda came from the blind corner and left 60 plus feet of rubber on the road as my nephew was pulling out and had to drop his bike to avoid getting hit by the speeding vehicle. Fortunately, the driver was able to cross a double yellow lines and miss the motorcycle and my nephew. This was caused by the unexpected stop. ONE screw that some mechanic was either too lazy to put a drop of Loctite on or not aware of how critical this screw staying in its place could cripple a bike, thus causing the ongoing breakdown in a chain of events that almost left a rider crippled or dead. No Sure how Glendale Harley can fix this. ONE screw, 200 in labor to flash the computer to allow the quick shifter to work and a couple twists of a wrench and screwdriver. No loctite No Excuse. Please make your "mechanics" aware of the consequences of a break down in any circumstance that involves 2 tiny patches of rubber meeting the road. Against the 2 tons of steel riders have to face on a daily occurrence when braving the LA roads. Just a missing dab of blue loctite on a screw could have been tragic. read more

5 stars Came here for the dog costume contest and took a look at some motorcycles while I was there. Motorcycles all seemed really big/long for me, even the small bikes had me leaning forward in the seat. I'm 5'2", so I kind of expected that. The used motorcycles placed outside didn't look used at all! They were very well kept. The employees all seemed nice and helpful, too. The dog contest was fun! Parking was easy and the dogs were too cute. Event was hosted by Tommy's and they gave you a burger, fries, and drink. I haven't had Tommy's for years, so I definitely appreciated the re-intro. The dogs that won best costume came with humans who were also dressed up to a matching theme. Now, I know the criteria for winning! read more
