Btw, plenty of free parking. I didn't need a parking space since I walked here. There was one other customer besides me. I found it odd. Well, they were getting ready to close. Anyway, the staff was very welcoming and really nice to allow me to stroll around for a little bit. WOW, I have never seen so many different kinds of motorcycles in my life. They also sell apparel specific for motorcycle riders and other accessories that go with riding a motorcycle. I was in awe and fascinated for sure. I didn't want to leave without offering my patronage and support. I asked if they had magnets. I love magnets! They didn't have any, but they had poker chips with fun Las Vegas theme designs on them. I bought 5 chips. They were neat. I now have souvenirs from Harley-Davidson. Cool! If you haven't been to a Harley-Davidson store, it is time to visit one regardless if you're a motorcycle rider or not.

Special shout out to coach Ivan and Amy aka "Pineapple" for really taking the time to notice my particular struggles and help me through them. Michelle with sales took the time to walk the dealership with us and very patiently answered all of our questions. I truly felt a sense of family and made some great new friends. I brought the bike to this shop expecting experienced service and a proper diagnosis, but unfortunately the issues were never resolved. After repairs were performed, the bike continued to have problems, including issues with the motor. Communication was poor, and I often felt I was not receiving clear information about the repairs, costs, or warranty options. I paid for labor and repairs, yet my bike was still not operating correctly. Because I lost confidence in the quality of the work, I took the bike to another company that specializes exclusively in E-bikes and has extensive experience working on these systems. Their technicians thoroughly inspected the bike, identified the problems, and are now making the necessary repairs. Most frustrating of all, the warranty that I was concerned about from the beginning is now covering the repairs through the new service provider. Had the warranty process been properly addressed earlier, it could have saved a great deal of time, frustration, and expense. As a customer, I expected expertise, transparency, and a working bike when the repairs were completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
