I brought in my (new to me) Indian FTR and the service department was excellent. As with most motorcycle owners I know, I was concerned about any scuffs or scratches that may happen due to this warranty work they were completing. So weird experience. I was there for demo days and rode three bikes. I found the one I loved and the dealer had that bike. Why one star? I literally couldn't get anyone to help me. I was standing there playing with the bike for like 45 min. Several sales persons came by and ignored me. He walked by again and I asked a couple questions but he seemed annoyed to answer my couple questions then he left me again. I couldn't get anyone to come back to help. Looking at reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened too. This happened at Reno Indian also. There is a balance between aggressive and helpful. Indian seems to be only the unhelpful side of sales. I just scheduled a test ride at Harley tomorrow, I am sure they will be more helpful. read more

Great group of people work at Sin City Indian and they do a good job on servicing your Indian motorcycle

To keep it short and sweet. This dealership is nothing short of awesome! I bought a 2022 Springfield from them. It was a very smooth and easy process. Their maintenance side is also very good. Granted only had one service with them so far(500mi break in service). The staff is nice, friendly, and dont mind joking around. They were also nice enough to give me and my friend a free shirt when we picked up the bike. Id definitely recommend sin City Indian. Furthermore i had to order some touch up paint from them. Polaris/indian sent the wrong color by mistake but rectified the issue as quick as they were able to and also called weekly through the process. Go figure the color i needed was hard to get(dirt track tan). Ill definitely be getting another bike from them down the line. In short, give them a shot. The entire staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and can answer/help you with any of your questions. Thank you Sin City Indian. One Star - Worst Dealership Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. Sin City Indian has been, hands down, the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I walked in ready to buy--with all paperwork in hand, knowing the exact bike I wanted, and fully prepared to take it home that day. Despite this, I was completely ignored by management and any staff with the authority to discuss numbers or finalize a sale - even withascheduledappointment. No effort. No engagement. No respect for my time or intention to purchase. The ONLY reason I'm writing this review is because of Jason--the one and only person who showed even a shred of professionalism. Unfortunately, he's working for a dealership that clearly doesn't value its customers or support its own sales team. After being disregarded yet again, I left and went straight to Red Rock Harley-Davidson. Within minutes of walking in, I was welcomed, helped by multiple team members, tried several models, and met with managers, the business team, and parts staff. I placed a deposit and am picking up my new Harley on Tuesday. This is not an isolated issue either--my husband had an equally poor experience at Sin City Indian earlier this year. We're done. We'll never consider buying an Indian motorcycle again as long as we live in Vegas. To anyone reading this: if you're looking for a new or used bike, avoid Sin City Indian at all costs. Location under staff. Called to set up service. Two days for a return call. To setup a ln appointment for a week later. Steve was a good person to talk to, easy to set everything up and transparent. Drop off my motorcycle on a Friday so they can fit me in early for my appointment on Saturday and not rush the tech. I did understand they were short staff, so I said I would pick it up on Tuesday and agreed that everything should be done by then since all parts are in stock at the store . Come Tuesday in late afternoon. Service still hasn't been worked on. I wouldn't have been disappointed if there was a line of communication. Steve and the parts manager offered to get the service manager involved, which wouldn't make any difference in the current situation , and it would be prolonged. The next day, Steve called me and said, "Ready for pick up." Transaction was smooth of payment and paperwork on file. Test it on the road, and breaks seemed to be more reactive than how I took it in. Found out when I got home that there was still tons of fuild for forks on it. So I cleaned that off. More inspection on it I am missing a reflector on the passenger side. Next morning, I see an oil stained from the fork. I wipe it off thinking, and I must be left over and breaking in. Week later, taking it to work oil is still leaking. I think I lost all trust and confidence in service at that location. Spending over $700 + on parts and labor. I understand short and under staff but pride of safety and service for the motorcycle community. I will try and contact service this week and will update review if problem is resolved. read more

This is hands down the most difficult review I have ever written. Let me start by saying I loved the buying process. The sales team over at Sin City is amazing! Service is another animal. It has literally been one of the worst experiences of my life. The endless times that they tell you that they are going to order a part and then don't, the constant turnover in representation creates a feeling of absolute unaccountability, the "we'll call you back," that never seems to happen, the weeks that my bike has been in the shop because of something they did, and today I was told that the tech was pulled off my bike to work on something else. Whoever you are, I hope that you know that you are more important than me and the weeks I have been waiting to get my bike back due to a service error. Welp.... I was riding from Pahrump, Nevada back to the hotel in Las Vegas and my check engine light came on. Called Sin City Indian Motorcycle and Harry told me since I was from out of town that he'd get my bike looked at as soon as possible the next day. Went in this morning and the crew there took care of business! They cleared the error code and when I went out to collect my ride, one of the employees, who had test ridden my bike was wiping her down (I had a ton of bugs from riding San Diego to Las Vegas). That's seriously great customer service and I told them as much. Truly a positive experience and glad to have visited their shop. The tech advised me what likely caused the error code and documented the visit into their system should anything related go awry again on the bike. read more

I am updating this review due to the poor communication of the Title Clerk. I was issued a temporary tag (good for one month) on April 2nd 2022. I was told the bikes title would be sent to DMV and then I'd be able to register it and pay the sales tax (I'm in CA). A month came and went. My tags expired and I had not received the title from Sin City. I called a little over 2 weeks ago on multiple occasions to see what the hold up was. Every time I called, I was told that my info would be left with the Title Clerk and she would be reaching out. I was seeking temporary tags which the manger and sales associate said would be mailed out asap. They were never mailed. Not only did I never receive a phone call, but I found out that the title was in their possession (I'm not sure for how long). Why didn't you ever return my calls? Seriously. You guys need to tighten up the ship. Side note: engine has a knocking sound that was not disclosed during the sale process. I am pretty upset. read more

I called back during regular working hours and the operator told me the used bike was "Just sold," and yet the advertisement for the bike has been up for quite some time routed from Autotrader, and the ad' remains. After I called this business, I started getting spam calls from all over- My best guess... They use vicarious means to get your personal information, which they then immediately sell when you dial the business, much like car dealerships, although this business goes a bit further and actually tries to sell you another product other than what has possibly been falsely advertised. Buyer beware- Don't dial the phone unless you want to become a victim of their marketing schemes. read more

Went here for the ladies demo event on 9/28/23 and it was such an amazing event! Amy Pineapple and Sin City Indian put on such a great event for the ladies. They offered demos to ride different models and provided food and even a painting class. I hope they do more of these in the future. A lot of dealerships in Vegas are not very well reputable but Sin City Indian knows how to take care of their customers and hold fun events. read more

This dealership has hidden charges! The price they show is not the final price. This is my biggest pet peeve. Show those fees up front for all to see, unless you are just plain dishonest. Dont be dishonest. Other than the hidden fees, we got along great with all the personnel and staff. read more

I had brought my Scout in for a service which Harry and the team did a great job by the way. I saw a 2023 Challenger Limited I really liked and started asking questions about it. David worked with me and invited me to participate in the Demo event that weekend so I could ride one on an extended route to get a feel for the bike. It was a done deal for me. Great ride and looks! David was super helpful and great. The rest of the sales team did great to finish out the deal. David reached out to me to check on how the ride home was and if I had any questions. From the beginning, Tom and Erik proved themselves to be great sales staff, as they answered any questions we had knowledgeably and truthfully. We loved the no pressure environment that the dealership provided. The general manager, Steve, really drove our experience home during our talks while explaining the numbers we were seeing. We really appreciated that Steve did everything he said he would do, while going out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable moving forward, which is so rare in our experience with other dealerships in the area. This was an almost entirely different experience than any other Ridenow dealership we had visited, as far as actually being able to take test rides and open lines of communication and we'd love to see Steve's approach transfer over to other dealerships in the area. My test ride with Tom was easy and he made it very comfortable. He was very encouraging and never made me feel incapable of riding. I'm 5'2" so the original reach and foot controls were too far forward for me but the guys at Indian really worked their magic the first time around because they adjusted them perfectly for me!! Best dealership buying experience ever. Right away I have to thank Steve the GM, and the entire team at Indian for making what is normally a long difficult process into a fun and memorable one! So he made a deal with Steve, picked out his bike, said what he needed, and he and I went down to pick it up. Walking into the beautiful sales floor I was immediately struck by their limited edition top of the line Chiefton in bright red by the front door. After talking it over with everyone we decided to switch bikes from what was originally chosen, and get this amazing one of a kind bike. Not blinking an eye the team went to work to make our dream bike become a reality. After a couple hours in the shop and some fast maneuvering from Steve, my husband and I left with a dream bike that we wanted!! I had visited Sin City Indian today for the first time. I wanted to compare the indian to the Harley Daivdson. I met Sven Mead, very professional and knowledgeable about the Indian. He answered all my questions. Sven treated me like I came in to actually purchase a motorcycle, there was no pressure and crazy sales tactics. Just provided all the answers I needed to make an educated decision. I still have to wait a few weeks, but definitely will consider the indian motorcycle as one of my top choices, if not the choice. My husband and I bought a motorcycle from them for him in April and we have had nothing but problems from start to finish. Their customer service is a joke, they don't follow through on any of their promises and their title and docs department made several mistakes on the paperwork. It is so disappointing that they claim to treat you like family but I certainly don't feel like family. The only saving grace for that place was Sean and the guys in the parts department, they tried to make up for the issues we encountered but there are some things that just can't be fixed. I will never give them my business again which really sucks since I plan to buy a new bike for myself in the near future read more

My partner brought his Challenger in for a service in early/mid February 2023. He couldn't properly shift into 2nd gear. From then until the end of June, his bike had sat there in the shop, completely untouched- despite constant assurance that it was either being worked on, or about to be worked on. Whenever we called for an update, we were told that someone would call us back- which never happened. This left him with no choice but to drive across the city to get an update. This also meant that he had to take my car to work for almost 5 months, leaving me without a vehicle 5 days of the week. When he finally got tired of waiting, we went and picked it up. The bike was in worse condition than it was when we dropped it off, his custom leather seat had been destroyed and dried out from being left outside the entire time, AND the only thing they had done was give him a new battery because they killed his brand new lithium battery from charging it wrong. The shift forks were also worse off than what it was when it had been dropped off to be fixed. This left him with no choice but to trade the bike in- and when Sin City found out, someone reached out to the new dealership to try to get the sale cancelled. All of this, along with the fact that both of my partner's reviews have mysteriously disappeared off of Google, demonstrates repeatedly abhorrent behavior from everyone who was involved. Where is the accountability? How could you even think stringing people along for nearly 5 months is acceptable? And then to read another review of the company doing the exact same thing to another person? Is this what this location thinks is good service? read more
