    2022 Indian Springfield.

    To keep it short and sweet. This dealership is nothing short of awesome! I bought a 2022 Springfield from them. It was a very smooth and easy process. Their maintenance side is also very good. Granted only had one service with them so far(500mi break in service). The staff is nice, friendly, and dont mind joking around. They were also nice enough to give me and my friend a free shirt when we picked up the bike. Id definitely recommend sin City Indian. Furthermore i had to order some touch up paint from them. Polaris/indian sent the wrong color by mistake but rectified the issue as quick as they were able to and also called weekly through the process. Go figure the color i needed was hard to get(dirt track tan). Ill definitely be getting another bike from them down the line. In short, give them a shot. The entire staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and can answer/help you with any of your questions. Thank you Sin City Indian. Its been over a year since my purchase and i still cant stop saying good things about yall. THANK YOU!!!

    First day after service forks leaking.

    Location under staff. Called to set up service. Two days for a return call. To setup a ln appointment for a week later. Steve was a good person to talk to, easy to set everything up and transparent. Drop off my motorcycle on a Friday so they can fit me in early for my appointment on Saturday and not rush the tech. I did understand they were short staff, so I said I would pick it up on Tuesday and agreed that everything should be done by then since all parts are in stock at the store . Come Tuesday in late afternoon. Service still hasn't been worked on. I wouldn't have been disappointed if there was a line of communication. Steve and the parts manager offered to get the service manager involved, which wouldn't make any difference in the current situation , and it would be prolonged. The next day, Steve called me and said, "Ready for pick up." Transaction was smooth of payment and paperwork on file. Test it on the road, and breaks seemed to be more reactive than how I took it in. Found out when I got home that there was still tons of fuild for forks on it. So I cleaned that off. More inspection on it I am missing a reflector on the passenger side. Next morning, I see an oil stained from the fork. I wipe it off thinking, and I must be left over and breaking in. Week later, taking it to work oil is still leaking. I think I lost all trust and confidence in service at that location. Spending over $700 + on parts and labor. I understand short and under staff but pride of safety and service for the motorcycle community. I will try and contact service this week and will update review if problem is resolved.

    Welp.... I was riding from Pahrump, Nevada back to the hotel in Las Vegas and my check engine light came on. Called Sin City Indian Motorcycle and Harry told me since I was from out of town that he'd get my bike looked at as soon as possible the next day. Went in this morning and the crew there took care of business! They cleared the error code and when I went out to collect my ride, one of the employees, who had test ridden my bike was wiping her down (I had a ton of bugs from riding San Diego to Las Vegas). That's seriously great customer service and I told them as much. Truly a positive experience and glad to have visited their shop. The tech advised me what likely caused the error code and documented the visit into their system should anything related go awry again on the bike.

Finding mechanics to work on bikes older than 10 years is hard enough already but what a great place motozone is to get work done. Pricing is very reasonable too. FInding a rear rotor for my 08 GL1800 isnt easy unless i want to drop $912 for an oem one. But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. They dont price gouge anything he could have ordered it through ebay for me but told me if so there would be a 20% upcharge and was open and honest about it. I dropped a scooter off for my employer the Owner of IHEARTRAVES , and it was ready for pickup the next day. Both the drop off and the call back went well. But I had a personal emergency with a friend having to be taken to the ER and I had to take two personal days . It was my fault that I did not follow up making sure someone else picked up the scooter. I WANT the Owners to know that I did not have their number programmed into my phone , and as a professional Corporate Assistant I get a lot of calls that I must screen or I'd get no work done . IF anyone there had simply left me one single TEXT in 10 days I would have known that I needed to fetch the scooter . I appreciate you lowering the exorbitant and excessive storage fee , but the whole experience really upset me. If I were you I'd get better communications with your clients , and if "Everyone leaves their Junk" as you stated maybe you should get a better system of dropping off and picking up . I'm only bothering to tell you so that maybe you'd be Happier . I did not mean to as you stated " You made me wait so long , now you can wait". It's confusing how you can't imagine that I intended on picking it up the next day if I wasn't at the hospital for that day and the next two !

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience…read more I purchased my E-bike brand new in December and have had ongoing problems with it. I brought the bike to this shop expecting experienced service and a proper diagnosis, but unfortunately the issues were never resolved. After repairs were performed, the bike continued to have problems, including issues with the motor. Communication was poor, and I often felt I was not receiving clear information about the repairs, costs, or warranty options. I paid for labor and repairs, yet my bike was still not operating correctly. Because I lost confidence in the quality of the work, I took the bike to another company that specializes exclusively in E-bikes and has extensive experience working on these systems. Their technicians thoroughly inspected the bike, identified the problems, and are now making the necessary repairs. Most frustrating of all, the warranty that I was concerned about from the beginning is now covering the repairs through the new service provider. Had the warranty process been properly addressed earlier, it could have saved a great deal of time, frustration, and expense. As a customer, I expected expertise, transparency, and a working bike when the repairs were completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
