I used to walk by this dealership often and was genuinely interested in their UTV's. Recently, I noticed a change in how their parking lot is set up. A large overflow area far in the back that was previously unused is now lined and blocked by cars near the entrance with tow away signs warning anyone going in, they also freshly painted white parking lines on the ground in front of the entrance to create artificial resistance. At the same time, the adjacent coffee shop consistently has far more customers than available parking, and people had been using that overflow space without affecting the dealership. Seeing the space restricted made the overall environment feel less welcoming and less community-friendly to me. Because of that, it changed my perception of the business, and I no longer plan to purchase from here in the future. read more

On a 27k-mile service or even a Dealer Inspection I believe the dealer should test compression. If you pay for this service and later find out there is a worse issue. The engine is burning oil and the intake is full of oil as well as the air-cut off valve. The dealer wouldn't know this but would charge you to replace and buy services costing thousands and get down the road burning oil with a whole different problem. Not to mention leave the valve cover gasket leaking, empty coolant, and missing button screws to the bodywork. Update: 06/29 performed a compression test and leak down test on my own. 95psi mean, 97.7% leak down test mean. The valves must be timed wrong or else this engine should've never been serviced. read more

Had two different people there tell me it needed to be cleaned and not seem to listen to problem I've actually been having, they went ahead and cleaned it and charged me for that. First trip out my problem is still present. I call them and let them know they say bring it in and they'll figure it out but shouldn't they have don't that the first time. It took them 1 week to reach out to me after filling out a credit app and making contact with a salesman. It took me reaching out to them multiple times for them to even start the process. The finance manager would not even reach out after numerous calls. The salesman wouldn't reach out after calls and texts. This dealership gave me the cold shoulder and don't care about selling me a bike. I would not recommend doing business with a dealership like this. After several months of no action I removed the bike and took it to Proshop Motorsports in Henderson where the exact same work was completed for $2,216.53. EXACTLY THE SAME WORK. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Do not come here if you are looking for a good deal. They don't value their customers, sales manager and sales team are all very rude. We were looking to buy a couple R1s, 1 2025, 1 2024. They tired bumping up the numbers more and more after they had already told us the numbers they day before. Once we called them out on it they got mad and hostile. On top of that one of the sales person is shady, told us they didn't have a 2025, talked to the owner and found out they did, sales person was trying to save it for his buddy. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. We called the Powersports dealer down in St George, we got an out the door number that was almost 4.5K grand cheaper for a brand new 2024 R1, so we got up left and put a deposit down on it. If you are trying to save some money and want good customer service then I would suggest making the hour and a half drive there instead of here, it was well worth it to us! Terrible sales manager. I wanted to buy the only r1 on the lot Monday jun 17th. Offered cash or finance wanted the bike. Denied from selling under a confident contender. I respected that. I called the next day wanting to buy the bike. Was told they couldn't get ahold of the initial buyer figured he was working. Again wanted the bike I'd buy right then and there. Gave up on them late tues the 18th when I didn't hear from them. Heard late wed the 19th bike was still not sold. Hopped in my truck thinking hell yeah I got this thing. Half way there was smart enough to call about the bike. The sales manager who's I spoke with gave the potential buyer another 2 day hold to talk with his wife while I was 100% in. I spoke with David my first two times trying to buy the bike. Def seemed like he was on the same page with me let's get this thing sold. The damn sales manager is a dumbass. I feel bad for his employees. Bike would've been sold that Monday. I do believe that bike is still there 7/3/24. To the owner I believe you have an extremely incompetent sales manager. read more

Names have been changed so people's feelings aren't hurt too bad. Take your chances here if you want. By the looks of the other reviews on here, it looks like it's 50/50 of good experience to horrific. I went in with the purpose of "just browsing". A 2012 Harley-Davidson soft tail slim was in the showroom and it caught my eye. Salesman Penelope approached me hyping the bike up (as they normally do). When I asked about pricing. He was surprised to find that it was sticker priced at $7999. I asked if he could put the numbers on paper for me. Upon his return, he informed me that someone messed up bad and that it's actually $10,500. However they would honor that price to me as he handed me the paper showing outgoing price of $10,385.83. I told him I needed to think about it. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't purchase the bike today, the price would go up and that the person in charge of the website is already making the changes. I stated that I would then take the day to think about it and get back to him on the same day before store closes. He then replied with "I'll give you until 3pm to decide or else it's going to be at $10,500". Sales techniques. I left the store at approximately 11:30am. At 2:30pm I called Penelope and told him that I would go for it. He sent me a link to me so that I could input my information for financing. A friend of mine met me at the store to look over the bike since he was a former Harley-Davidson mechanic. My friend stated that the bike looked like it wasn't serviced and barely inspected based on findings of his knowledge of where he would have worked on. He asked Penelope about it and Penelope was confident in saying that it was serviced/inspected and good to go. My friend then pointed out that the tail light and turn signal were out as well. Penelope, probably embarrassed at this point, responded with "The bike will be looked over and serviced before leaving the store." Moving forward, Penelope was no longer the enthusiastic sales person he started out to be in the beginning and limited his presence to us. He went on to other customers and even sat at his desk whenever not busy. I had to walk over to him if I had questions. Finance department came back with the result of me having to have a co-signer. My friend who had purchased cars, bikes, and a home was willing to co-sign for me. But then they told us that his account was "too new" and that he doesn't qualify to co-sign. At this point Penelope is informing us of all this. We were confused. I asked what if it was my friend purchasing the bike in regards to wondering why would he'd be able to purchase it but not as a co-signer but Penelope interrupted and stated "not going to happen". WOW! Guess he had the last word. (Blue falcon) 3 days later I checked their website and saw that the bike was still priced at $7999. Coming up with a solution to purchase the bike. I called Penelope to see if it was still available and hoping I would be able to get the same deal. He informs me that the bike is currently pending for a friend of his boss. I really do appreciate his honesty as a customer. Finance department Rebecca said I should had put a deposit on the bike that day, but due to my sh!*ty credit, things just didn't work out (his words). At least he said sorry that things didn't work out afterwards. Lesson learned. Sh!*ty credit, bad service. I can't blame them. read more

He doesn't have a job or credit and the sales guy said well he didn't tell me that. But why would he need to tell them that when he has cash? Then after 30 minutes the guy comes back with a ridiculous amount they want for the motorcycle. Oh and they wouldn't give us a copy of the proposed bill of sale. They said we could take this pic. The reason why I reached out to this dealership is because they are listed as an authorized seller/service department for scarab boats. Day made my appointment for two weeks out and then when it was time for my appointment canceled and schedule it for additional two weeks. She explained to me that they are brand new scared dealership and they are not authorized to receive parts. They are working on their application. The reason why I am giving them a one star is because they should never have made my appointment If they are not authorized to order parts or do not have the capability to work on scarab boats. I purchased a jetski last year and the process was very frustrating especially since I was coming from out of state. They gave me a bill of sale and said I could only pay with a cashiers check. Once I got the check, I called in advance to let them know the date I would be there to get it. You would think with advanced notice that they would get their ish together and have the ski ready to go but apparently that's asking for too much. I arrive on the date I told them and the sales guy said he didn't actually think I was coming and almost sold the ski out from under me even though I had given a $1k deposit. Anyway, I give them the check and after about 30 minutes of waiting they tell me that they can't get in touch with my bank to confirm the check. They never told me that they had to confirm a cashiers check and my bank was closed on a Saturday. They tried to tell me I couldn't take the ski until it was confirmed which would be Monday. I almost lost it on them as I drove 8 hours and had to be at work Monday. Finally they figured out a work around. However, they never even prepped the ski and made us wait almost two more hours for them to "thoroughly" look at the ski which is an absolute joke considering it had less than a quart of oil in it. As if that wasn't enough, they wouldn't give me the title or registration AFTER they took my money and had me there for a few hours. They made up some BS story and said it would take a few weeks to get it back from NV dmv which ended up being a complete lie. After over a month and no word from them, I call and follow up and the girl says she has my paperwork sitting on her desk. She said that she still had to send it for registration in NV and I reminded her that I live in CA so I do not need it registered in NV. Seemed to much for her to comprehend so she said she would have to call me back and did not. I had to keep following up and finally got a different answer and another lie. They finally sent me the title and it was not even under their name. They had the ski for months and never transferred title to their name and made me wait over a month and a half when the ski was expired so it was a risk to use it. Completely unacceptable and horrible business. Lastly, they charged me for several things they never ended up doing such as a setup fee and registration, and things I did not ask for such as a Bs warranty. I've asked for a refund and no surprise they haven't returned my call. Super shady business with horrific and non existent communication. read more

Came in with our bike today. Had an appointment . We called way ahead of time and called to get quotes around town. Quote was $384 for valve adjustment and spark plugs. I needed labor only as I had all the parts. I can't press enough how many time I clarified this ! On the phone "are you sure it's got both these things, the labor for both" the girl said, yes the spark plugs are easy and right there. It's not about the price it's about the fact that they wasted my time and quoted me the WRONG price . Yes it's a quote but they literally only gave us half of what they charged AT THE APPOINTMENT time , wanted over $600 for the work. How about give an accurate quote or at least come in close instead of wasting peoples time. It's a pandemic and people need to save up money to get the work done which is what we did to be able to pay in full for their services. read more

Probably the worse experience I've had at a dealership. I went in about three weeks ago to finance a can am, went ahead and submitted my application for it. Throughout the whole waiting process not once did I ever get a phone call from Steve first regarding anything. I had to reach out to him numerous times, he even said he'd call me early morning the next day but I didn't get anything from him even gave him an extra day after the weekend, still nothing. Last time I remembered I was trying to buy something from them not the other way around. After the couple weeks of waiting they told me the can am I wanted had been sold because a gentleman had applied for it a week before I did. If that was the case why don't you remove that vehicle from your website or set it aside as a pending purchase before having other customers apply for it and run their credit when you know it might be sold. Huge shout out to Dave! I had a question regarding a yz250 carb float measurement (carb was pissing fuel issue). I had brought the carb in just in case and he confirmed it was definitely off and that I needed to clean the carb due to the green residue indicating it needed a dip. They were out of the yamaha dip but I ended up grabbing some from O'Reillys near home. I changed the spark plug, cleaned the carb and adjusted the float height to 6mm and assembled with my fingers crossed. Yay no fuel leak and got her up and running!
