One of the brothers in my club had a shock that went out on our way to Vegas. At Harley Davidson the only shock they had was $1000. We find this shop and they had a used air shock for $100. Not only that but they welcomed us in, let us look at all the bikes they were working on, and let us work on the bike out back for no charge. Two of our club members are bike mechanics and they were impressed with the work the mechanics were doing. I know I speak for many in my club in saying we will definitely make this place our go to in Vegas. A+ all around for o school! read more

2001 Ultra Classic Electra Glide purchased as project. Needed so much work, but after calling around finally found a shop I felt comfortable with. Being a diesel tech for 6 years and automotive tech for 2 I knew Adam the owner wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. He priced out everything I knew I needed/wanted and also what he recommended. Didn't push any service on me, he let me choose what I wanted to get done and what I wanted to wait on. My repairs were *Dirty Air Ride Suspension *Shift shaft levers that were stripped out *new fishtail pipes *2 passenger seat *upgraded to s&s carb *ignition Switch repaired *recharge cable fixed *cable adjustment (throttle didn't snap back) *brakes adjusted (front 2 much bite, rear gone) * rear passenger pegs and bracket * New Ignition switch/bag lock & keys *3 hole drain & fill. *Installed my radio I brought in *They gave me a clutch lever they had laying around since mine was broken in half. Great shop to take your bike to, we had Nick do the custom paint on two bikes and they are flawless! I get looks everywhere I go! The detail in his paint is perfect! I highly recommend going to Nick for any custom paint. On one of our bikes we had ordered the 124 S&S motor and had the O school shop had done the motor swap and they did a very fast turn around and a great job with the install. Do not bring your bike here. Techs/ owner are careless and driven by their feelings. Had to point out the leaking transmission seals, the damaged mainshaft threads myself after they tried to turn the bike over to me & a $900 bill. Then after It got put back together I had transmission problems, in the tranny they said was good to go. Now I have to tear everything down and find out what's wrong internally because they're techs didn't want to do the job right, not to mention I had to come to the shop 2 days in a row because the bike they said was ready to go wasn't. If it's not their bike they don't care. And now they won't call me back specifically the owner Adam.. lmao never again. spend your money wisely read more

Best motorcycle shop I've ever taken my bike to and unfortunately I have taking my bike to a lot of places. These guys know their motorcycles, they put S&S cams and a Vance and Hines tuner on my Dyna and now my bike flys. I've been burned by a lot of shops in the past So it's was Little scary for me to do some engine work, But again these guys know there Motorcycles. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Worst experience ever! Lied to and cheated! Repaired an oil leak, started leaking again from the same place. Had to pay another $600 to have Harley fix it correctly. Never responded to my requests for a refund. I was actually told that my 2014 street glide was "supposed to leak". Morons!!! read more

Don't, just Don't, They had my 95 Ultra for 2 months for an oil leak. Called me to pick up the bike. I thought $1150 was a bit much for a leaky oil sender, but there was a fine crack at the base. So OK it took time to diagnose. I paid it. I rode the bike 1/2 mile and noticed no oil pressure on the gauge. And the Rpm after enrichment was 3000 rpm. Took it back, Oil was overfull, AHH no one checked the oil level? After fixing an oil leak? I Left it for 2 more weeks. They couldn't get the gauge working so put a manual one on. No labor charge but I now have an oil gauge in my thigh and $60 bucks more. They told me the carb was bad and changed the petcock(I never had a problem before) Now the carb pisses fuel all over. The idle was fine when I took it in. Now the carb is bad?? So now I had time to run the bike, (Easier to tune if it's warm.) I got 12 miles down the road and the oil cooler spun off the bike(inline filter cooler) Blew all the oil out of the motor On Hwy 15. I got lucky I had a hammer and chisel and was able to tighten the cooler back on, and a Dirt bike riding by stopped and had a spare quart of oil. No way I will ever go back, and there is no way to make this right. read more

Dropped a restoration project off in Feb of '18, was quoted roughly $8-10k and about 6 months to complete, gave a $5000 down payment to get started. The entire first year of them having it, they never called or contacted, I had to physically drop by to check on the status, and kept getting told "project bikes get worked on when they are slow" but apparently they are NEVER slow. OSC still has my bike to this today, and the only contact I've had with them is contact I initiated, they have never attempted to call, email or contact me in any way since I dropped the bike and down payment off over 2 and a half years ago. read more

I was referred to go to o school to get my fork seals done only one leaked the very next day both leaked when I took my bike he said I dont know what could have happened he had done thousands of forks but he said he would make it right so we set up a day after he called Harley to make sure the right amount of fliud had been put in after he had the bike in the shop a second time he said my down tubes were scored and that he had missed it the first time he had them apart I said you should be able to use 800 grit sandpaper and oil to fix them he said it would make them chrome weak . Now keep in mind they have to be ordered and he knew I had no other means of transportation even I had to replace 1 didnt really make sence but he said I needed both his words if you going to do it you should do right hum. So i asked if he could ordered them on that fri and how long would it take 5-7 days .So on the following Mon I called to put them on a credit card the following mon I called him because he didnt call he said he would check on my tubes he didnt call back I had to call him Tuesday he didnt call I showed up picked my bike up at dark the following day inspected my bike found several scratches scraped on my lower portions of the forks also took my tubes to two other mechanics and they both said that they could have been rubbed with the 800 grit paper and that the marks on my lower fork was caused by a vise a prying over all o school is not honest and has no regard for his customers sad to say and just saying you are not going to charge labor for something you missed doesn't really make it right read more

Great experience with these guys, have taken my chopper to multiple Harley shops, Arlen Ness, etc. These guys did the work they said they would do and my bike has never run better. Adam and his crew got my bike running top notch and was able to match my ghost flame paint job without changing the tanks and charging me way more than they could. this is a terrible shop I ordered a roller kit from them for my first build I never got all of my parts with this kit and some of the parts where used instead of new like they should have been when ordering a new roller the chrome was chipped off of the springer front end in places I was missing parts on the front end the risers didn't work on the front end the bars where 1" the risers where for 7/8" bars the wheel where supposed to be 40 spoke front and rear they came 60 spoke for both I told them the frame needed a 3" maximum rear wheel they got me a 5" rear that wouldn't fit in the frame so they had to get another rear it came in as a 40 spoke and they said they would get me a 40 spoke front and change it with the 60 spoke they never did they where to busy building their own bike to worry about me and getting the things that I ordered to me and probably used my new parts on their bike. read more
