But after looking through some gently used units and going over which one would be the best Cody took the time to help check them out and advise me which one. ( i know nothing about brakes and rotors and dint want to buy something that potentially had something i couldn't recognize to be bad). So kudos for the time and effort despite how busy they are to help me make sure i purchase the right part even if its not through them. They dont price gouge anything he could have ordered it through ebay for me but told me if so there would be a 20% upcharge and was open and honest about it. He was awesome and knowledgeable about the bikes and made the transactions smooth, and the best is he is no pressure at all. Didn't get my bikes serviced there since I do that myself, so I can't comment on the service dept. I also like that they don't bother you much when you're just browsing, I hate being asked a million questions when I'm just trying to sit on various bikes and make up my mind. I WANT the Owners to know that I did not have their number programmed into my phone , and as a professional Corporate Assistant I get a lot of calls that I must screen or I'd get no work done . IF anyone there had simply left me one single TEXT in 10 days I would have known that I needed to fetch the scooter . I appreciate you lowering the exorbitant and excessive storage fee , but the whole experience really upset me. I used to walk by this dealership often and was genuinely interested in their UTV's. Recently, I…read morenoticed a change in how their parking lot is set up. A large overflow area far in the back that was previously unused is now lined and blocked by cars near the entrance with tow away signs warning anyone going in, they also freshly painted white parking lines on the ground in front of the entrance to create artificial resistance. At the same time, the adjacent coffee shop consistently has far more customers than available parking, and people had been using that overflow space without affecting the dealership. Seeing the space restricted made the overall environment feel less welcoming and less community-friendly to me. Because of that, it changed my perception of the business, and I no longer plan to purchase from here in the future.

He did a couple of things, checked out the bike online, the cost, the value, and called his buddies to help him go check it out. There he met Mike, who ended up being a great resource for us to check the bike out multiple times in person and also call and ask questions, and also think about it for a week. It's also a local, family owned business, which was great for me! The first thing Mike did was show my brother the work that the All Powersports staff had done to the motorcycle, and also the inventory they had on hand for the shop. He found out what type of motorcycle he wanted, why he wanted it, and what he needed it for. After they got to know each other more, they talked price. They made him an offer, and even let him sit on it for a couple of days. Being his sister, and also wanting to see what the bike looked like, Mike waited for me after hours so I could go and see the motorcycle, its body, the price, and their other inventories. He was friendly, patient, let us decide what was best and also stood with us for about 2 hours AFTER CLOSING talking about motorcycles, Vegas, the winter, and other stuff. He was so patient, kind, understanding and answered all the questions I had about every single thing I asked. We ended up with his motorcycle, and he was prepped with all the paperwork needed, all my little brother had to do was sign everything. They were okay dropping the motorcycle off at his place the day after and seemed very grateful for the purchase.
