Employee today (1/18) got into my face. He decided to kick me out of the store for no reason. Inviting me to go outside and handle whatever situation he thought was happening. I'm seriously giving this location 5 stars mainly because this Fremont location IS OPEN!!!! I've been eyeballing Harley Davidson locations in Las Vegas on Yelp AND Google and both have mentioned this spot is closed?! WTH.... ok... So, I browsed on line secondary locations to visit while in town. Fremont location is literally 2 blocks away from the hotel we're staying at.... So, while walking Fremont on a Monday night- I spot the iconic Black & Orange sign a few feet away (and inside- my heart did a happy dance). We've made it a tradition to buy HD gear for our special someones in our lives whenever we travel. And SEEING that this location is OPEN was such a relief. So, obviously- visiting from out of town & not renting a car- this Fremont location worked for us! Staff was wonderful, great merchandise to choose from, location can't be beat. read more

Love Fremont St. They have this cute little HD shop I found the prices steep, but if you love Harley's or Harley gear you already know the prices!! They don't have bikes there all the time, but they do sometimes... and when they do they are pretty cool ones... If your there pop in&enjoy! read more

Just killing some time popped in this Harley store just because, it is never a bad decision. When I walked into the store one can feel the power of the Harley and your need to be one with the road. The staff was very helpful and greeted me right away. This is a smaller store but it is stocked properly all the same with the right merchandise. The abundance of ladies clothes here is awesome. So many summer shirts, perfect for the hot summer days ahead. One of the great things about this location and others on the strip it might seem that there prices are really high but it is not true. Since even at the Harley Store across from the LV sign, and at RedRock Harley there prices are the same. I can feel good knowing that the sparkly Harley T-shirt that I did buy for $68, is the same price at the Harley Store across from the LV Sign (I checked)! When I did pay for my purchases the sales clerk was so helpful and friendly. She even offered the twins a mini size water for free. Such great customer service and amazing clothing. It's a win win! read more

With its great location, I don't understand (if you are a Harley lover) how someone could walk by this spot & not pop in. Being I was in Las Vegas twice in a month, I stopped by the Harley Davidson location twice (one time was because apparently all shops off the strip close at 6 p.m. on a Saturday night - gay - and this one was still open at 6:30 p.m.) The service representatives are super friendly here, as are the cashiers. The store is kept well, despite all the drunks walking in from bars across the way. The prices, well, they are just about average that you would find at a Harley Davidson shop (if you have been to one before, you know that their stuff can run a bit steep, as you are paying for the HD name). $122 later, I walk out with my hooded sweatshirt (that was more expensive in Philadelphia), a t-shirt for a friend, a patch for their vest, and some free candy (as it was Halloween). So, if you are ever in the area and are passing by this location, pop in and say hi. You will not be disappointed. read more

Nice small shop, get your hd stiff on, no bikes just clothes and gadgets and hd gear. I rarely wear hd clothes, just ride the bikes, Right next to white castle hamburgers. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received in any Harley-Davidson store I just moved to Las Vegas and I wasn't the Fremont and I asked the gentleman which Harley Davidsons cell helmets and he says because I moved to Vegas I should already know he was absolutely crude if you're ever busy in the Harley-Davidson are Fremont this is not the place to go his name is Rob and he is the worst customer service Harley-Davidson person I've ever met definitely will tell other bikers never to shop at this store I hope they close them down he's not a good representative of Harley read more

I rode in from Los Angeles and needed a bubble shield badly for my ride back. I stopped by the dealership before baker and they didn't have it but wasn't worried because I was staying on Fremont and figured that this HD store had gear. Wrong - its just a retail shop for tourists. Should have called ahead. Heading to the red rock dealership now. read more

Great shop! The employees were super helpful and friendly. I was more annoyed that I messed up several perfectly folded t-shirts than they were while trying to find the perfect ones. The only reason I give it a four star rating, instead of a 5, is that it definitely needs more women's tank tops. They have a small section of them that are blinged out and looked like they're from 1997. They need to update those and get some more modern selections, maybe ribbed tanks or beater tanks. I bought several things for a male friend but got nothing for myself. At least my buddy will be happy! read more

All around excellent service! My brother-in-law and I were walking by, I wanted to stop in for gifts and something for me. The store was closed, door locked, but there were still a few customers inside. They gladly let us in, we browsed, they didn't hurry us. I made my purchases and left. Good service at the counter, good selection of items. Got home to Northern California, and two of the shirts I bought as gifts didnt fit. I called to see if I could make arrangements to exchange them by mail. I spoke with Alex who was friendly and helpful. He said no problem, I could exchange them for the same items but larger sizes, or if they were out of stock, he mentioned a few different options for that. He said they would call when they received the items. I shipped them UPS, with a return label included. A couple days later I get a call from Alex, just as he said. They had items in stock and would ship out to me asap. When the items arrived, they were exactly what I wanted, correct styles and sizes. I was very surprised to see, included, a hand written thank you note on a Harley Davidson note card. Alex personally thanked me for being a loyal customer, and said to contact them anytime for whatever I may need. I want to thank Alex for his excellent customer service! The whole process took a week. I was very happily surprised! read more
