Small goat farm with friendly and passionate staff who seem to truly care about the farm. They sell items such as lotion, soap, cheeses, honey and more. Everything is a bit pricey but you pay for the quality since everything is produced right in the farm. They had over 100 baby goats when we went and we were lucky to be able to interact with them through the fence. We didn't go on the tour since it was sold out when we went but saw lots of people who were happy with their tours. They have a cute loft upstairs of the store with wine tasting. It's a small cozy farm but I highly recommend checking them out. We loved the tomato basil cheese spread!

Found this place unexpectedly in the way to Loma Mar. Busy place! We didn't dine nor wine taste as we just finished with lunch at Duarte in HMB. Lots of newborn kids, it said they have 200 new baby goats every year, whoa!! The store sells many goat product from lotion, candle, to cheese. Tasted freshly made ricotta and it was really great!!! Upstairs there is a wine tasting room which I didn't go to. There is picnic area beyond the parking space, bathroom is portable but kept cleaned. Plan to come back next time to have the whole experience.

Had the best time here!! I did a farm tour and it was so fun and educational! Our guide Rita was amazing and super knowledgeable. The tour includes a historical overview of the land and farm as well as tons of info about the goats and cheese making process. I also loved being able to try milking the goats! The tour includes cheese tasting, which was also very good Logistically, everything was great. There was plenty of parking, the tour started on time, the facilities were very clean, and the staff are all so friendly. If possible, I'd definitely recommend the earlier tour, since the later tour was much more packed.

I've been visiting this wonderful farm since 2012. I love goats, they are so therapeutic for me. I could watch them all day long. I can't pass by Pescadero without stopping to say hello to all these precious creatures. They have the cutest little shop where you can purchase many types of cheeses made from goats milk, honey from their bees and other delightfully fresh treats. I adore this wonderful place and what they do for the community.

My absolute favorite part about living on the coast is being able to take a quick trip down to visit the babies on this farm during kidding season. Even when the babies are not around, their cheese is worth every cent, especially the herb olive oil option. Use the olive oil once your done for the gift that keeps on giving. Also, don't sleep on their freshly squeezed mint lemonade which is as refreshing as any margarita I have ever had

I wish I was able to see the goats, or pet the goats, I'm reading other reviews and people said they did a tour to see them. So maybe I just need to look more into the services. Goat store was cool paid $55 for crackers, 2goat cheeses. Took it up to the wine tasting upstairs and he set up a board for us to eat them on and that was nice.

Adorable goat farm in pescadero which is one of the attractions of this lovely coastal town. It's free to visit the farm and see the goats, however the merchandise is quite expensive. They have a fantastic array of jams, soaps, cheeses etc, but be aware of the prices. It wasn't crowded when I went last Saturday, so it was nice to explore the grounds and see the goats. There were a few babies but I hear that there are many more in the springtime. It's a fun weekend activity, especially if you add on pigeon point lighthouse and lunch in half moon bay!

Nature, animals, delicious cheese, and fun farm facts -- this place has it all. I came for the baby goat tour and can confirm: cuteness overload! The goats were like puppies (both the babies and the more mature ones), vying for pets and attention (and maybe a little shoelace nibble), and it was so clear how well cared for and happy all the animals are. Loved learning about the farm itself -- a poignant reminder of how disconnected most of us have become from where our food comes from. The ambiance was idyllic: wildflowers, horses casually grazing nearby, barn cats napping in the sun, and a wine tasting space in the main barn's original hayloft. Even if you don't book a tour, you can still wander the grounds, visit the gift shop, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. But I highly recommend joining one of the tours for the full experience -- it's absolutely worth it!

Someone came all the way from Indiana to go to this goats farm. I had to see for myself. I was in the neighborhood. They have goat farm tour but you got to sign up in advance and it costs $59. I visited spur of the moment and no tour that day. It is booked in advance. I did see the baby goats that were 4 months old. Came at the right time because it was feeding time. They had this big paint bucket with 10 different spouts and the baby goats (kid) were sucking so fast at the same time. 5 min and that was it. One kid was jumping from spout to spout. He or she didnt get enough time to suck. The human kids were fascinated and was oetting the goats. There's a small store selling cosmetics, pots made in Columbia called La Chamba. Really cool. I got a small tub of garlic goat cream cheese, $16. Very mild goat taste, not gamey. Smooth and creamy. They have a upper room with a beautiful medieval wood carved long table. Very cool. You can rent that space.

The animals are great. Be sure to go early spring to see baby goats. They are like puppies and are very soft to touch! Check out the store for some cheese, honey, lemonade, and meat. It's a small place and frankly you don't get to cover much ground without touring it. But the merch and cheese are worth driving to if you're in the Pescadero/Butano area.

Goat cheese and baby goats galore! We've been coming to Harley farms for at least a decade and never get tired of it. It's so much fun to come in late winter/early spring and see all the baby goats. We came the first week of spring this year and over 120 babies had already been born, with about 70 more expected. They have a pen of the young goats that you can stop by and watch and pet them. It was closed for entrance to visitors this time but in the past you've been able to go in and get up close with them. Aside from the goats they have a pig and lama, the lama when up close enough to see is Sumer fun to watch. Sometimes if you're lucky the barn cat will also make an appearance. Near the parking, which is plentiful, there's a pond with some picnic tables around it. You can get limited snacks in the shop or bring your own picnic - I recommend bringing them supplementing with some of the goat cheese. A tasting room also recently opened on the property, a nice addition to extends your time there. It seems every time we've gone the last few years the layout of the store has changed and they've added a new product, this time it was rosemary salted almonds. Goat cheese prices have increased quite a bit over the years and they no longer have cheese samples like they did before Covid, but one can't help but be mesmerized by all the offering they have. From olive oils, to honey, soap, lotions, and just about any variation of goat cheese you can imagine, it's hard to leave that shop empty handed...though it was even harder when samples were a thing.

It's a cute farm with cows and goats. Little baby goats definitely attracted crowds. Petting goats were not an option here and the area they make cheese were somewhat closed to the public view so the store was pretty much the only area we can browse. Unfortunately I didn't feel the welcome vibe from the person working at the store and the cheese was priced somewhat "higher." We got goat cheese with chives and Apricot/Pistachio Goat Cheese (both were good with crackers) Overall this is a place good for quick stop for little ones.

Little Billy goats everywhere! My heart explodes with happiness for this unique experience of nature, at this beautiful farmstead and local gem. If you're planning a trip, make reservations in advance, since the tours fill up quickly. You can visit the property without a tour, however. We we given the opportunity to join in the baby goat tour with the mamas and babies, on a beautiful Saturday morning. This gorgeous working farm has acres of natural beauty, and is just a short jaunt from Half Moon Bay. Walking into their pens with them surrounding us, and being able to learn about them, and give them extra love. All the while them trying to nibble our laces, jackets, and anything they could get to. It's literally joyful. Hannah, our guide, was a lovely and knowledgeable woman about all things goat related. She took on a tour of the property, coupled with opportunities to hold the baby goats, and meet and greet the others; their pens and milking areas, and more. Other animals were also found throughout our time there, including their farm dogs, and their alpaca "Jimmy". We didn't greet Jimmy, as he is protective and can spit a nasty game. Steered clear of him. At the conclusion of the tour, we opted to venture into their shop with fresh goat cheese aplenty, along with oalliebery jam and nectar. Since they are a Farmstead, all is made in house from the bounty found on the farm. Absolutely delicious, and so fresh. Thank you for the experience. We cannot wait to return.

I absolutely loved the slow drive in. I was greeted by a super friendly golden retriever when I stepped out of my car. I was looking for wreaths that I saw on their Instagram and found beautiful succulent filled pumpkins and other treats instead. I am looking forward to adding this stop to my Pescadero day trip itinerary which includes Fish tacos at the gas station, artichoke bread from the deli, and Harley Farms goat cheese.

I loved the arrangements, the prices very affordable, the simplicity and elegance and the pretty factor of the cute stand with the (of course) super cute florist dressed in what I suspect and adorable modelito from Anthropology store (I might be wrong but she looked like from one of their catalogs). Even her tattoos were a total match in this ensemble. No wonder there is always a long line of people trying to get their bouquets there and by the end of the farmers' market time (around 8 pm) you don't find anything left.
