You cannot access this except for one ramp that actually on both dangerous to use for handicap people. How can a mobility equipment store that services handicap people be inaccessible or dangerous to access in a wheelchair and still be meeting legal to operat? when I tried to tell the staff about my struggle to get into the facility, a very young employee noted that they bought the business that way in a very rude manner as if she was personally responsible for it, and took offense at me being struggling to get into the building. This is unacceptable for a business that specifically sells mobility equipment for handicap people or people with injuries.

The staff continually lied about receiving documentation (I was BCC'ed by my provider and insurance company), and was quite rude when questioned about. My provider had to send documentation up to three times, my insurance responded within hours of the request however the staff claimed they never received the documentation and asked to have it resent 2 weeks later. I would recommend any other company, or means of acquiring your equipment than going through Rotech. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had my power wheelchair for almost three years, with my birthday coming up in September, and it has already been serviced 12 times. Right now, it's out of commission because the joystick has stopped working. I can't bring the wheelchair in for service because of the door size; my chair is 35 inches wide, while the door is only 33 inches wide. While Numotion doesn't own the location, accommodations must be made for wheelchairs that aren't the standard size. The ADA regulations need to be updated, especially regarding timely service and parts acquisition. I'm currently waiting for in-home appointments because the last time I attempted to visit the shop, I accidentally broke the door frame trying to exit. It's simply unacceptable that there are multiple ATPs (Assistive Technology Professionals) and only one wheelchair technician servicing all of Eastern Washington and most of Northern Idaho. Numotion must do better; this situation cannot continue!

This is the worst Durable Medical Equipment company in the Spokane / CDA area. I have taken my…read moredaughter's chair (which we originally purchased from them) to replace the batteries. After 4 + years they now refuse to work on the chair because I have "modified" the wiring. I reconnected wires their technician broke during a previous repair. They were notified of the broken wires but have failed to acquire the correct wiring harness to repair the damage. They now refuse to replace the batteries until I put the chair back to 'factory condition'. I filed a complaint with the BBB. their VP in charge of "customer satisfaction" called and informed me that he had responded to my BBB complaint (i still have not been notified by BBB that he responded), and told me that he had talked to his technicians and everything was totally MY FAULT. The technicians at the company have lied to him and he, in turn has lied and insulted me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. All of our future business will go to Bellevue Health Care in CDA Idaho.
