I went back and forth to his office in the past 5 years because the dental partial did not fit and the crowns on the partials were falling off including the magnets supposed to attach to the post!! Be careful with this cosmetic dentist. He does not adhere to his suggestion during consultation!! Dental Partial is cheaper for him place on my mouth than dental IMPLANTS. That was my experience. I AM UPSET UNTIL NOW!! $15,000 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME!! I will report my experience to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND BOARD OF DENTISTRY. SORRY, DR ESHOM, I FELT SCAMMED!! I was finally moved to a different room and got my teeth cleaned. I had to had ask the hygienist if I had any cavities and told that I probably didn't if the dentist didn't say anything to me which she didn't. But did try to sell me on invisiline which I declined. When I got to the receptionist I found out that I had 3 cavities. And when I asked to have the dentist explain them to me the dentist was too busy and the receptionist had to walk me through the cavities. I later came in to have the cavities filled and found out that they weren't actual cavities but staining on my old fillings which could indicate potential decay (not definite signs of cavities). Additionally when getting my cavities filled the dentist was late every time and the dental assistant would be assisting multiple clients. I'm summary the practice is incredibly unprofessional, double books patients, not transparent will billing, and their work is subpar for the costs. I recommend finding a different practice.

His work is impeccable, as proven by dental work done over 40-years ago, still in place and as good as it was when it was first done. In addition to Dr. Harmetz's professionalism, he has been successful in recruiting and maintaining a highly competent and well trained staff of administrators and professional assistants to meet his patients needs. He has also partnered with another friendly and professionally committed partner in the dental practice, Dr. Kim. While my interaction as a patient has not been as long with Dr. Kim, he has demonstrated himself to be personally committed to his patients and willing to go out of his way to meet their dental needs. During COVID, we had made a trip to attend a memorial for a family member near Portland, Oregon. A dental emergency arose which required professional attention. We contacted Dr. Kim and he was able to put us in touch with a couple of dentists contacts who he knew personally who had practices in the immediate area. I have been especially impressed by the level of training displayed by the dental hygienists and technicians in the office. In addition to providing professional service, they go out of their way to explain the details of the treatment you receive, willing to share information about dental anatomy in a manner which enhances the patients understanding of how proper dental care contributes to dental health. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for finding an excellent service providing trustworthy, highly skilled, timely and friendly, pain-free treatment for both routine and specialized dental care.

Because they use the best possible equipment in dentistry, they have optics on whats going on in my mouth that my traditional dentist apparently doesn't. Through this comprehensive consult, they discovered a pretty big abscess/infection in the back right of my bottom jaw through a CT scan in a tooth that apparently doesn't have any nerve pain currently. (I would never have known! Not even my dentist saw this with traditional x-rays. What the heck!!??) Jennifer and I discussed a treatment plan to address ALL concerns and I just realized, through her help, that the incredibly severe Trigeminal neuralgia (facial nerve) pain that had me in tears a few years ago over the course of 3 months that NO DENTIST or root canal specialist could explain and that disappeared just as fast as it appeared. It was highly likely related to the abscess that they discovered last week because of the specialized equipment and overall focus they have on addressing issues from many angles. My body was crying out for help 3 yrs ago after God knows how many years of that infection being there and no one could explain except for this practice. I want to cry. So grateful to now make it all make sense. Highly recommend their expertise! They truly are "comprehensive."

He corrected the problems and every subsequent procedure has been right the first time. Most years, I needed nothing except cleanings and X-rays. So, he never pushed unnecessary, expensive dentistry. He is a fantastic dentist, has much training and expertise, and multiple specialties. He never referred me to anyone else because he is an expert at just about every dental procedure. I love his entire staff who stayed with him over the long run. He doesn't allow any pain. I was always comfortable and trusting to go to him every six months. I had bilateral reverse total shoulder replacements last year. I went to Dr. Griffiths office for…read morea porcelain crown this year. I told him my orthopedic surgeon had recommended 2 gm. of Cephalexin one hour prior to dental procedures. He proceeded to tell me that this was not recommended by the ADA because Staphylococcus aureus does not reside in the mouth. S. aureus can occur in the mouth as well as other bacteria that can be carried in the bloodstream to the implants (which do not have a blood supply). Of course I continued to take the antibiotics prior to my dental appointments to prevent any potential infection of my implants. Why would a dentist who is only licensed to treat the mouth advise patients what they should do OVER the advice of a board certified orthopedic surgeon? I am a veterinarian for over 30 years. I am well educated about the medical field, including dentistry. Veterinarians have to practice on the mouth, skin, abdomen, including dental work and dental care. Subsequent to having my permanent crown installed, I began having severe, acute sensitivity to cold. It persisted for more than two weeks. I called the dental office and never received any call back from Dr. Griffiths. His receptionist sent my X-rays to an endodontist. The endodontist's office called me immediately and told me that they wanted to first try a medrol pack since the crown was recently applied. This is a potent anti-inflammatory drug. They called the prescription into my pharmacy. I took the 7 day course of this drug and the pain completely resolved with this prescription. The receptionist at the endodontist's office called me back to see how I was doing after I had finished the prescription. I told them that the tooth was totally pain free. Still no calls from Dr. Griffiths. At my veterinary hospitals, we routinely called every client who had a dental procedure or a surgery to see how the pet was doing after the procedure. I never received any call from Dr. Griffiths or his receptionist with an offer of an anti-inflammatory course of medication. I have transferred my records to a younger, more informed dentist. Dr. Griffith's is not an MD and should continue to work on the area he is licensed to treat. I felt his advice not to take antibiotics over the recommendation of my board certified orthopedic surgeon prior to my dental visits was difficult to comprehend and very unprofessional. There are many articles by orthopedic surgeons on line stating that taking antibiotics prior to a dental procedure or colonoscopy is indicated following total joint replacements to prevent inadvertent bacterial infection of the implants. Also, all his pictures are completely outdated. He is no longer located at the locations pictured and no one in the pictures still works in his office. Michael W. Weber, DVM
