When I told this to the desk staff on my first day I was told that it was a problem with my computer. It wasn't. I had stayed here twice before and never had a wifi problem. On the third day I finally learned from the handyman that they installed a new wifi system three weeks ago and some Apple computers can't access it. I managed to sometimes access the wifi from the Quality Inn next door, but the signal was weak. Wifi was my biggest problem, but not my only one. The breakfast was meager. No eggs, no fruit, no yogurt. I had to ask for housecleaning to vacuum the carpet in my room on the first day of my stay because it hadn't been done and there were cookie crumbs and assorted other goodies on the floor. I also asked that the filthy carpet in the hall be vacuumed. I was told that the hallway lights are being replaced and the hallway will be vacuumed when the job is completed. I asked when it would be completed and was told "in three days". That should give you a sense of how this place, which was never great, has gone downhill. I asked for a refund for the two nights I paid and didn't use and was told that I wouldn't be getting one. Their customer service can be summed up min one word: TERRIBLE. Don't stay here!

The motel stays quiet and safe around the clock. I felt comfortable leaving all of my things in the room while I went to work too. The wi-fi connection worked great with plenty of bandwidth as well. There's cable tv too but I don't watch it. Also there is a motel 2 blocks away that is the complete opposite kind of scene: loud noise, people arguing, drama, cops, drugs, and prostitutes 24/7- I happen to work across the street from the bad motel so I see it everyday. The people that want to be crazy tend not to stay at the Your Motel and they usually opt for the one down the street. The rooms are reasonably priced at "Your" and I always recommend people to stay there!

The one maybe downside is that I do not think any of the rooms have 2 beds. Our 1 bedroom suite had a king bed and a pullout sofabed. I think you need the 2 bedroom suite to get 2 beds (not a sofa bed). But all in all very good and convenient for North Campus. There are other hotels closer to central campus but they were twice the price during move in week or sold out.
