Before injecting, Dr. Pham did not ask me to smile or move any facial muscles to evaluate my anatomy. Two weeks later, I have lost movement in the lower right side of my mouth. My speech has also been affected, especially when pronouncing "S" sounds, and it now sounds like I have a speech impediment. I contacted the office and returned to see him after one week. I was told to wait another week and it should get better. Since then no one has followed up, and there has been no improvement. I know there are risks with Botox, but I also know that with an experienced injector, these problems can be avoided. I did not feel my treatment reflected the individualized approach or patient care described on the website. I would not recommend this practice to others seeking careful, attentive cosmetic treatment.

Upon entering, if you have ever been to this location in the past, you'll notice a great design difference. Furniture is high-end and lush. It's very bright and calming. I was welcomed in immediately despite the counter taking care of another customer. I waited on the sofa and was greeted by Tim, who shared the service menu. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. The acrylic is also very thin, which makes the quality even more concerning. The pedicure was just as bad. My toenails were cut and filed way too short, to the point where they're uncomfortable. What really upset me was the lack of professionalism. The owner/manager asked how I liked my nails, and when I spoke up about my concerns, she just said "aww" and giggled. That response alone told me everything about how seriously they take their work and customer satisfaction. On top of that, the salon itself was not pleasant. The smell was very distasteful, and the sink area was not clean, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. So I had 2 skin blemishes. One on my arm & one on my calf. I went to get a hair blowout & the…read morehair dresser saw my arm & told me it was skin cancer and that I needed to go see my Doctor immediately. I called Doctors office and let the nurse know what was going on. She said there is no way a hairdresser can diagnos skin cancer. They gave me a name & # to call and make an appointment. I called that dermatologist only to find out that they do anti-aging treatments but not cancer diagnosis or treatments. I went to Yelp to find reviews & recommendations. I called the 2 companies with the highest scores only to find out that they too are not for removing or testing skin spots. In the interim my favorite Aunt called me & I let her know what I was in the middle of. She lives a mile from us & recommended Sienna Dermatology. Bingo! I called & was asked if I wanted to see the doctor or an NP. I didn't care, just wanted someone that could take a sample & send it in for testing. Location and how soon I could get an appointment was my priority. The NP at Sienna was great & said neither spot was cancerous and that no biopsy needed to be done for that diagnosis, she could tell by site that I was okay. By this time I'm a little panicked & telling her the hair dresser freaked out & saw the same skin issue in another client that she told to get checked & he did have cancer & jokes about her saving his life all the time. So the NP at Sienna Dermatology froze the blemish on my arm & removed the skin tag on my calf. All the same day! I was of course thrilled to have that concern behind us. Especially before Summer! Every Summer the blemishes bother me but I never want stitches or open wounds in Summer so continue to put it off. Now the arm blemish looks the same except it's a little darker color now & I was told it will fall off like a scab. The tag on my calf looks pretty gross without a bandage. You can see a hole where the skin they removed is supposed to regrow & repair itself after a few weeks. So I am extremely happy with my experience and will be even happier this Summer since I won't have to worry about any yuck water getting in my sores. I highly recommend Sienna Dermatology and hope you have a great experience with them too!
