My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. This isn't in the policy btw. This very unfortunate because I won't ever get the opportunity to experience this service by them. So I hope anyone that books with this company understands they aren't accommodating towards rescheduling and are more interest in taking your money than your business.

I was a new customer so after trying a few minutes I decided to text her at 2:11 and she called me a few min later and said she was at lunch. I told her no problem , I would wait for her or come back - she stated IF* she was able to see me I would have to repay. PASS. I don't do greedy. Takes 3 minutes to sugar underarms and such a minimal amount of $ - so yes, that's greedy. I suppose I assumed it was okay to be a few minutes late because she gave me that message at my first appointment when she was late for me - and took a phone call during my service. In which I do not mind at all - I'm very easy and understanding. I am big on referrals and ironically the morning this happened I had just referred a few gfs to her. I am very friendly. I tip well and extra on holidays. I'm understanding with timing. Etc. for her not to accommodate me with a slap on the wrist as a new customer, was my sign to move on from this place! I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit. Because I'm human and stress does that. :) I hated that I had to use that card but it was honestly the truth - still no compassion! Sad. As for her work - she does do great work. Absolutely. Very clean and flawless job. That's my honesty!! But I'm a full package kind of customer - without kindness, I see right past your work.

From booking to communications after, the whole process was so easy. When we arrived, we were provided a space to securely leave our clothes and belongings, given comfy robes (which were more than large enough to accommodate us), and taken to our therapy room. The full body scrub and mud mask we received left us feeling cleaner than ever before. The therapists very excitedly showed us how much dead skin was coming off our bodies. While my wife's therapist was a trainee who wasn't as vigorous with her scrubbing as mine was, both were still very thorough and attentive to every inch of our skin. When they say your skin will glow after, they don't lie! Our skin looked and felt great after about a 90 minute session. The delicious baklava and tea after the session was a nice way to enjoy a moment more of calm together before we left. This facility is entirely service based, meaning there are no lounge spaces like hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, etc. All the same, this was a great experience to have before our special day.

When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.
