Horrible Horrible. Horrible. I went to have my acrylics soaked off as I am joining the military and my normal nail lady couldn't get me in until after my ship out date. I let them know I want the soak off and possibly a manicure. They quoted $10 for the removal (okay, great) then $35 for the manicure. I asked what those prices entail and they would not explain them. I then told them I need to think about it because $35 is a lot for a simple polish (not gel) manicure. Then they came back a few moments later and said the actual manicure was $50 so my total would be $60. Again, I asked them to explain what this included and they would not explain it to me. I told the guy that I am just trying to understand what I would be paying for, and he began talking at me saying he understood me but I do not understand him. I agreed and told him I was trying to understand him but he is not explaining. He continued yelling and told the guy working on my nails to finish. Well. When they were finished, not even all the acrylic was removed from my nails. I am still actively peeling off chunks which defeats the purpose of me paying to get them done, an I did not tip (which is VERY unlike me even with horrible service) I think the drawing line was that this man was yelling at me and they didn't even complete their one job. 0/5 stars (annoyed that I have to give at least 1) Never go here. They are lucky I paid them at all. They also use dirty tools and I was praying they wouldn't cut me. Looking back at the pricing after getting home, it quickly became clear that they were quoting me for their most expensive manicure and not even offering other options. Even if I had chosen that my total should not have exceeded $55. read more

If I could leave a -20 star I would. My daughters and I recently had our nails done at this salon, paying $200 for what we hoped would be a quality service. Unfortunately, we noticed the technicians rushed the process, and just four days (pic for proof of date) into our vacation, all three of our gel manicures began to chip. When I called the salon to inquire, I asked the front desk, "How long do gel nails typically last?" The manager initially told her they last 2-3 weeks. However, when I explained our situation to the manager, he changed his story, claiming gel nails only last a week and up to 2-3 weeks. This inconsistency was concerning and pretty dirty. The manager then insinuated that we hadn't taken proper care of our nails. I assured him that we were relaxing at a five-star resort, not engaging in activities that would cause our nails to chip. Additionally, according to the photos, they don't clean their chairs, the neck warmer had a stain on it, and the equipment is beat up. They don't keep the salon clean and they rush you in and out. Had the salon taken proper care of our nails initially, this might have been different. I'm sharing this review to inform others: this salon seems more interested in making money than ensuring customer satisfaction. Attached are pictures for reference and I would never recommend going into this salon! NEVER! RUN and find a place that cares about you! Update: After my husband and I started reviewing videos and photos, we discovered that the nails started chipping the very next day after getting them done on the 23rd. My husband called and spoke to the manager again. Initially, the manager agreed to refund 50% of the cost for my daughters' nails. However, he later backtracked and offered only a $15 refund, which was frankly insulting. read more

the beginning of this experience was going so well for me, especially with the managers they were so nice and attentive. They offered a full set while i was getting my toes done and i accepted. The lady Nail tech with a grey sweater and different colored highlights then started to ask me about what nails i wanted , when i asked for a french i was looked at stupid for the length i wanted. I was then told french is gonna be extra (totally fine i expected that) but what got me was this women's attitude. she turned the vibe so quickly, i asked for a pink base and ended up with a brown base because "it looks better w my skin". I've gone here a few times, and every time they make sure to tell you how much extra you're going to spend for certain things. I think they definitely care more about money VS customers. My last visit was the final straw. I told the guy doing my nails that the tool he was using to take off my old dip powder hurt, so he tried to prove me wrong by putting it on his skin. I had noted that I wanted to add just a little bit of length to my big toes, and the guy doing my manicure and the girl doing my feet were speaking to each other in a different language and laughing when I said what i wanted. The girl gave me a ton of attitude and started ranting in her language again, when I kept telling her to go shorter with the tips (I NEVER said I wanted them long!) it definitely always feels like they're rushed, rude, and talking/making jokes about their customers. The attitude made it seem like they think I'm doing them a service, not the other way around. When they're done, they've always left a cut of some kind on one or several of my fingers. So this was my third time going here, I got a pedicure the first time which was good and a removal service. I recently got dip with tip extensions and the quality is phenomenal. The person who attended her was the manger, and he was awful, he would do three of my wife's nails and then go and attend someone else. Like I understand a manager has a lot going on but my wife is paying for the full 50 min service. To add on he put two different sizes on her nails (middle finger). Terrible experience. I went in to get gel polish removed and to get a basic manicure. I had to wait about 20 minutes even though I had an appointment, which didn't bother me since it was a Saturday and they were busy. What bothered me was the really poor service for the actual manicure. They cut my finger, which has never happened to me anywhere else. They also did the worse job on the polish, which was all over the outside of my nails. They did not bother to clip my nails, only a super rushed filing job that left my nails feeling very rough and uneven. I had an okay experience the last time I went, however, my boyfriend was with me and they cut two of his fingers, which I though was a one-off sort of thing...until today. I am only giving them two stars because they did a wonderful job with the painting part of our pedicure. The man who did my daughter's nails was short and unkind to my 8 year old daughter. When he was finished, I realized my tech hadn't done the massage and asked her to do it for me. I then asked the man who did my daughter's pedicure if she gets a massage with her pedicure. I arrived exactly on time but was told that he was double booked (I found out later that this was a lie from the lady who took my spot. She was an hour late for her appointment) and could someone else do my nails. I wanted to say no and I should have because Michael did a terrible job! The lady who got John thanked me for letting her have John. John should have sent her to Michael or someone else when she arrived so late and I arrived right after she had sat down.
