Came here for a pedicure . And they did not disappoint. I do have a acrylic on my toes so at first it seemed like it was going bad but i showed him a picture of what i wanted and he made it happen !!! So many times i go and get my toes done and they aren't the shape i asked for . But they weee able to do it which made me very happy . I love my toes short and square . I wear heels a lot so my toes are important to me!! At any rate my nail tech did an amazing job . If i lived here in Florida i would make this my permanent nail salon . Me & my stepmom were looking for a place to get our nails done.. so we came along Harmony Nails & Spa and thought we would give them a shot .. the lady that I had I believe she was the owner or manager she was so aggressive with my hands and trying to rush mind you we got there at 4pm & they closed at 6pm that day.. she was spilling all of the nail polish all over my fingers and told me to look for a color and when I showed her the colors I went she said that those are for gel only so she was not being helpful at allll .. she gave me the wrong color I wanted she was rushing as if she had to go somewhere .. and kept on trying for me to get gel after I clearly told her NO. I didn't ask for anything difficult .. we were both extremely patient and friendly , they can't even do basic nail art .. I was highly disappointed I don't recommend this place at all. read more

As for the service it doesn't matter what I'm getting my nails, a pedicure a full body wax the service is exceptional. Highly recommend the place. I love this nail salon, I came across this place when I was looking for somewhere close to my house. And since, I have been there a few times. Customer service is the best. And not to be funny... but most the people that work here, speak really good English. Definitely a plus in my book. Just sitting in there, you will hear the nail techs talking to the customers, and think to yourself "are they friends, are they going to hang out after work" ...they are just that type of people. They will talk to you, and get to know you if you keep returning. But I must say... There is this old guy that works there (the manager/owner told me he is on a temp/part time basis)... He is NOT GOOD. He did my nails, and every one of my fingers he hurt. He is one that does not speak a lot of English, and he just seemed aggravated when I told him he was hurting me. So why am I giving a 5 star review for such a shitty experience you ask??? This guy is 1 of many that work there... I wasn't even going to complain about him, but the manager/owner kinda drug it out of me, because he could tell that I was a little aggravated, and he talked to me, and told me that next time I come in he will take care of me. And I see the type of business they run, and I pay attention to the customers in there. And I can tell that this place works mostly on returning customers, not just people passing by and checking it out. So if you go here, I am almost positive that you will return time and time again, But remember... Watch out for the old guy (who knows, he might not even be there anymore) read more

I would not give the first star. It's VERY dirty. There is on women and two men. The technician didn't wash her hands after the client before me. Her Hands we're thick with fillings and sweat. I'm very ashamed I let her do my nails. When I could wash my hands!!!! No antibacterial soap. The smelly soap I used for at least 1.5! For the color application.... I don't know where it came from but I told her to go wash her hands if she wants to finish. She did. I was so absorbed by everything else I really didn't pay attention to the work. I'm going tomorrow to have things evened out. The health department needs to pop in on this business. Sign me Disgusting. read more

Unprofessional treatment: I chose a regular manicure from the price list. For some reason the operator kept asking which service I wanted. I repeatedly answered "regular" since the price was $17. The manicurist also asked what I wanted and again I stated I wanted a regular manicure. Then she asked if I wanted gel nail polish, I said yes not realizing the price would change from $17 to $27. She never made that clear to me instead she gave me an upgraded manicure without my knowledge. It was at checkout when she revealed the higher price to my surprise. Then, she showed me the price list again as if to say you should have read it better. MOST HONEST PEOPLE would have made the confusion on price clear before service to make sure the customer knew what the price and service was being rendered. Because this was so underhanded, I plan to complain to the BBB and consumer protection agency with the state. read more

never again the guy didn't know how to an almond shape or how to even paint evenly and when I complained the lady says she doesn't see anything wrong and then said oh it's because it's not gel , I always use polish never had a problem. They keep pouring paint thinner into dried up polish that's the real problem. Point is the lady in charge was rude and took no responsibility for her employee I'll be going back to Nail city I highly recommend it read more

It was a great experience the only thing is that a lady not sure if she worked there or was the owner but she laid on the massage chairs right across from me and was watching a movie or show on her phone and you could hear it (even though it was in another language) then she covered up with a blanket like she was at home in her bed!!! This was a horrifying experience. This place smelt terrible and was filthy. I wish I would have left the minute I walked in the door. I got a full set and the lady was so sloppy. None of my nails were even close to the same shape and the acrylic was so thick I looked like I stuck my finger tips into a cherry. I was a walk-in for and acrylic set. But decided on a pedicure too as I was very excited because the price was only $40 for both! My pedicure was fabulous! the lady I think went above and beyond when it came to the massage and lotions. It was a fantastic experience. for the next part in the reason the review is low please know I chose to go on a Saturday morning so I'd say this is partially my fault.... After my pedicure was done I waited about a half an hour and It didn't look promising that my acrylic nails were going to get done soon so I decided to leave. There were three people working and they had walkins and appointments. The lady that was supposed to do my nails had a current customer that was not near being done and an appointment in 20 minutes but they encourage me to stay stating she would do my nails. I know how long it takes to do acrylic nails and I was worried about the speedy job it lookEd like I might get. That does not mean they would do a bad job because I didn't stay to get it done. Maybe they are fast and fabulous but I didn't want to be the guinea pig for that and I had been watching the girl do nails while I was sitting there and it did seem like she needed time to get it done right. Plus I was already there an hour and didn't want to be there at least another hour. So I left without getting the acrylic nails done that I wanted at the start and the reason for the visit before the upsell. $22 for my pedicure. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. I told the nail tech how I wanted my nails and I should've walked out RIGHT THEN. I told the lady the whole time I didn't like my nails and of course she said I didn't tell her but I did. I told them at the end I wasn't happy at all and didn't want to pay $40 dollars for something I didnt like. Her and her husband both got very rude with me and refused to change the price. Then when I refused to sign my credit card slip they both got very loud and threatened to call the cops. HORRIBLE customer service!! I wonder why this place doesn't have a ton of reviews, I had an amazing pedicure here. It's very clean and sterile, organized and peaceful. Massage chairs are comfortable and the women that are doing your feet wear gloves and use sterile tools. They carry good nail polish like OPI, which I love. It was a good service the employee treated us nicely even though we waited for 2 hours but they did an amazing job on my best friend nails and they messaged her hand and went all out since we were the last one there. Don't bother coming here. They get to job done, but customer service is meh, results are meh. They are reasonably priced ($12 for basic manicure), but mine is too thick and is clumpy. When I pointed it out, they didn't bother to take the coat off and start again. Rather, she assured me they looked good and ushered me over to the drying table. I went in for a simple pedicure but unfortunately the tech that helped me did not know what she was doing. She failed to paint my nails completely. There was color missing from the sides of my toe nails. It was so bad, another tech had to repaint them. I been going to this nail place sense it open. I loved doing my nails with Scott. Today I went to get may nails and the place is under new management. No problem! I still wanted to give it a try. Man what a horrible experience. First the guy was complaining I wasn't relaxed and that my hands are to strong. Lol I couldn't relax because I was seeing the shitty job he was doing to my nails. I complain 2 times to him and he made excuses that all the issues was because of my natural nails. Well I been doing my nails for over 15 years I know how they should look when is done. The way he painted my nails it looks like I am do for a fill in. Horrible!!! After I paid I complain to the new manager and she didn't even ask me if she could fix it so I could leave happy.
