Started out rough due to the communication of pricing. I didn't know people cheated on gel nails lol - hands with gel toes with regular polish The mail tech who did my nails was such a blossom. For the same price of $75, I could get a deluxe pedicure anda regular mani with gel at my favorite nail salon in Northeast Florida which includes a hot stone, hot towel, exfoliating, and leg massage pedicure treatment. read more

The best nail salon I've ever been to! Super clean! Great color selection. The best staff ever I loved "happy hot momma" I had an awesome pedi. My daughter got a mani and pedi. The massage chairs give the best massage. I will go back every time I come to town. read more

Dropped our teenage girls off at the nail salon and after two hours we returned to realize Elegant Nails charged 172$. Bewildered by the amount we stepped into the salon and inquired into why the price was so steep. We were informed that Elegant Nails charged for the length of the nail, design, and shape. I inquired into if our teenagers were ever informed of the additional fees they were being charged for to which the ladies informed me they didn't share any information with them. After disputing the charges they were unwilling to accommodate or even work with us. The bottom line if you're a tourist and you're planning on visiting this location be prepared to ask plenty of questions or you'll end up being taken advantage of. read more

I had my acrylic nails painted black before I traveled to Florida and apparently they weren't dry. The color was literally goopy and melting off. I went to Tony at elegant nails and he thinned out my nails and made them perfect. Thank you Tony! read more

I walked out half way through the appointment due to how inexperienced and careless the nails techs were. Came in for a gel manicure. 1. Improper/lazy cuticle care 2. Cuticles were pulled and ripped off 3. Polish was not evenly applied and applied on to the skin 4. Nail tech refused to wipe it off and then loudly complained to her coworkers when I asked her to correct it. One of her coworkers stepped in to fix her mess and thought it would be best to use a drill file for the second time which I refused as my nails were already filled down. Then he asked me if I ever had a manicure. Well I have, and at this point I can recognize when someone with proper training and experience is doing my nails. I asked them to wipe off the mess they made on my hands, which resembled something a 5 years may paint as an art project and walked out after paying $20 for unevenly ripped off cuticles and hands looking worse than when I first walked in. Stay away unless if you are looking for professional service done by someone with experience and proper training. read more

My friends and I came to this nail salon for the first time while in town for a wedding. We were bridesmaids in the wedding so needed a specific color and nail shape. We chose our color and were directed to the pedicure chair. They have 4 different pedicure packages to choose from. I chose the basic spa pedicure for $27. My nail tech did an amazing job with my pedicure. Usually, I get a regular gel manicure with shellac because I do not like acrylic. However, because we all had to get the same nails, I had to get acrylic nails with a tip and the stiletto shape. I told the nail tech of my concern that the acrylic to damage my nail and she was reassuring. She did a great job with my nails. The other bridesmaids and I really did not like the original color we chose, so I informed my nail tech and she says she can change the polish for $22. Yet, my friend's nail tech says she can change her polish for $10. Once I learned of that, I felt like my nail tech was trying to get over on me. I informed her of the price discrepancy and immediately she said fine she can do it for $10. I did not like that at all. She changed the color and we all were a lot more satisfied. This place was pretty pricey, however I am pleased with my nails. read more

I went here two days ago before a wedding. The first picture is what I wanted vs what I got for my acrylics. They were thick and bumpy. Even my family at the wedding that day agreed they looked uneven. Since this place offers no refunds, I returned today to get them filed down and repainted (the last photo I'm attaching). It's closer to the picture, but they still left uneven shaping. I had a man and woman work on my hands (didn't get their names). The man was nice, but the woman was hostile and rude. The first experience I had with her was fine. The only thing I didnt like was that she didn't ask me if I liked my nails until she was already putting top coat on at the end. That's not usually the best time to speak up and most places will ask you beforehand. When I went in today, she told me that acrylics were meant to be that thick and that there was nothing wrong with them. No apologies were made and my opinion was disregarded, even while I was being patient and nice. She rushed through the process and repeatedly burned my nails with the drill. She had an attitude and said that I should have told them I didn't like it the first time. I told her that I was running late for an event that day, otherwise I would have stayed. However, with the way she was acting, how could anyone feel comfortable speaking up for themselves? She made me get up and go to the first guy I had before to repaint them. He messed up and had to call her over again. When he did, she was yelling in her native language and came back to finish my hands. She never asked if I liked them this time. I was told I was done and could leave. Fortunately, I was not charged for this bad second experience. I hate leaving one star reviews and planned to leave a good one for being able to come in and get them fixed for free (even though I'm still not completely happy with the outcome). However, the customer service was terrible. I guess when you're not paying, it means they don't have to be as nice. read more

SO LADIES, I've been getting my nails done for years now, and never have i received better service! I had called ahead 15 minutes for an appointment, and they had taken me right away. the staff here was super friendly and sweet! i showed them a photo of the nails I had wanted, and left with even better than I had expected! I felt so comfortable and they did an amazing job at taking their time to really do my nails right. at the end of my set, my nail tech took lovely photos of my nails! Deluxe spa pedicure... My left toe nail broke so totally not their fault it's a length difference. It had been way too long since my last pedi and Lee did a great job! I definitely recommend them. Visiting from out of town, I was badly in need of a pedicure. This place is located in a shopping center. It's not a glamorous place. But I was pleasantly surprised. The lady did a meticulous job on cutting my toenails and ingrown nails. Probably the best I had in a while. The massage she did wasn't out of this world but still relaxing. This place is not worth your time. They charged us for gel, messed up our nails, made us wait 2 hours after having a scheduled appointment, had cockroaches, and were extremely rude speaking about us in a language they presumed we didn't understand. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There's no way they should be rated a 4.8 out of 5 stars. I went with a friend to get pedicures yesterday and even though the lady who did mine was nice, the job she did was awful. I asked for French (white tips), which I ALWAYS get. The lady said okay, and then over an hour later says she can't make them work because my nails are "too short", obviously I'm annoyed so I don't say anything. She gave up trying to do the white tips and says full white will look better. What a joke. The top photo is how I always get my nails done, and yes those are really my feet not some stock photo. The bottom is what she did. Mind you, she charged me $57. HOW? I'm currently at MC Spa & Nails in Dr. Phillips getting my pedicure redone and none of the nail techs can believe the job she did or that she had the nerve to charge for it. You should probably call and ask if they're open before wasting your time here. Their hours on Yelp, Google Maps, and even on their store window say 09:30-19:30 on Saturday. We got here at 18:30 -- plenty of time for 2 men's manicures, but they said they were closed and turned us away. A waste of a 20 minute drive, and they've lost my business forever. read more

I had a miserable experience here. I'm from the north east so it's possible NJ and FL salons operate differently, but omg this salon is so slow.... Don't come here if you're in a rush... my regular pedicure took an hour and a half. Yes, they were busy, but the reason they're busy is because they move soooooo slow. Cutting and filing nails takes 1-2 minutes and they took 10 + minutes to cut and file my nails during the pedicure. So bizarre. Also, whatever happened to standard Essie and opi polish ? Why do they use gel polish for a standard non-gel pedicure? Again, so weird. Also, I'm used to picking my color before I sit down for my manicure pedicure. They didn't have me pick until I was in the chair getting filed and cut. And they give each person different colors to pick from so I wasn't even given the complete variety. Also no nail dryers? I regret coming here. read more

Awful experience. Went for a full set. They said it cost $40. Walked out paying $80. $5 to take off nails but I didn't have fake nails- only regular polish on. I had different colors but the same amount of product. She literally just had to switch bottles and she charged me $5 extra dollars per color. That's $15. Then $10 extra to file them. That is supposed to be included in a full set. Then an extra $10 for who the heck knows what. On top of that, she did an awful job. One nail was glued on crooked. The and she wouldn't redo it. The polish was thick and chunky. Complete scam of a place. Do yourself a favor and don't go. read more

If you want to pay to get your nails ripped off..continue to read... I came in, with an appointment, and got seated. After 15 minutes, a woman started working on my nails, however I have dip acrylic powder on my nails, instead of soaking them gently off. She proceeded to rip them off along with my actual nail. I no longer have a pinky nail, because of how aggressive she was, and quite painful. After she ripped off my nails, i was ignored and wait OVER AN HOUR for her to finish. This is my SECOND time coming here and now my last, regardless of whether they give a cast member discount or not. So unprofessional and pathetic. read more

I had recently went to Elegant Nails and I somewhat enjoyed my visit. All of the workers were very friendly and 'Hot mama' did a great job on my pedicure making sure to really clean my toe nails and shape them very nicely. She also gently removed my hang nail that had been hurting. The only thing I would complain about is that my nail polish has already started chipping A LOT after the first day on my nails and toe nails. I am disappointed. :( read more

I went to the salon back in 2005 -2009 and now that I have freedom to do my nails for a little bit I went back and I am not disappointed one bit! Met Lee yesterday! She was awesome professional and knowledgeable!! I made an appt with the service I wanted and got an email confirmation with the date and time, with that confirmation was a price and the amount due at the time. I got there waited about 10 minutes. The lady that did my nails asked what I wanted and proceeded to quote prices that were higher than the price listed on the email. I showed the lady the email and she said that is for regular polish not gel..... I said to her that should not be quoted when it will not be honored. I then told her the shape I wanted is square , length of my nails medium length. My nails are a little longer than I want and the shape is not square. I do like the color but that is all. read more

They have wine, champagne, water, coffee, tea etc available as well which is really nice. I fell asleep during the renew my sole massage because I was that relaxed. They have a huge variety of services such as full body massages and facials as well. It's extremely spacious inside and they try to separate everyone so that each individual can have some relaxing privacy which is really nice. Today I didn't have the best experience in my massage and when I mentioned it to the staff they were kind enough to give me a small discount which I really appreciated. Didn't ask for one I just honestly answered their question in regard to my experience. The place is clean and they have so many nice colors for choosing. My nails were done by the gentleman and he did such an amazing job. Like wow! The shape is simply perfect. He was gentle taking off my old full set and building new one. The quality of service and atmosphere was just perfect for Vacation.
