We were in town and needed to get pedicures before our family trip. We called ahead to several places asking about accommodations for six people with some pretty rude responses or none at all. Celebration answered and told us come right in. When we arrived, they got us seated. The place isn't big but it was easy to find and clean. The bathroom was clean! There was soft Christmas music playing and the staff was friendly. We had two children being serviced and the staff's patience was amazing. Our service was great and we would highly recommend!! I did a spa pedicure and eyebrow wax. The spa pedicure was typical but the technician broke or cut off too much of one of the toenails (I didn't see what happened) and just tried to superglue it back on and then painted over it. As you can imagine it did not last and broke off in a day or two prompting me to just cut the whole nail extremely short to make it even. The color stayed on a long time even though I did not get gel. The eyebrow waxing was perfect and I'd go back just for that service. Best. Pedicure. Ever. It was truly magical. Lots of massaging, gentle healing for my tired legs and sad feet. I felt like I was walking on air as I left. And no drills on my natural nails! I hate those. All hand done with files, buffers and skill. I got the #3 and (no stones or wax because I don't like that, but they do have that option) and it was blissful. I love this place. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately twice I walked in as I am local and was able to get off work (I am part of the Disney work family), a few hours early so I was hoping to get just a basic pedicure. The first attempt, I was told it would be a little wait and was seated. 3 other people walked in and was taken to do manicures, while I was still sitting there. I had been there an hour waiting, so I left without service. I went back an hour before closing in the middle of the week, they said they were too busy and declined to render services. They only have 3 nail technicians and do not have the bandwidth to render services beyond 3 customers. I went down the street and walked into another nail place that had about 20 nail technicians and they were able to assist me. My recommendation would be make sure you schedule an appointment at this place, as they dont have the staff to accommodate walk in's. read more

I came in an hour and a half before closing and I was not expecting to get a manicure; just my eyebrows waxed. I ended up waiting a bit maybe like 10 minutes for someone, which is fine but I ended up adding a regular gel manicure on as well. I have never done gel before so it was needed. Prices were decent- eyebrow wax was 10$ and regular gel mani was 36$. Keep in mind if you come here and pay card there is a 1.75% fee for that! Only thing I wish they had was a menu or something on a wall with all the prices because I hated asking how much everything is constantly. They attended to me nicely and everyone was sweet. No complaints. They have really comfy seats by the way. read more

Jane is exceptional as is the other young lady that works there! Stay away from the very grumpy male that works there. however and is rude to both adults and children. Walked in for a pedicure at opening and was instantly seated with another girl who asked for the same service, a spa pedicure ($31). I started realizing discrepancies between our services: 1) My nail tech did not put blue salt into water for my feet soak while the other nail tech did so for her client. 2) My nail tech did not want to help find a polish color that matched my manicure. Told me "no matching color, go look at wall." I've never had a nail tech who refused to assist with color matching lol. 3) I picked out two colors that seemed to match and asked for samples before committing. My nail tech shut me down real quick and said, "what? you want to try both?" as if it's a major inconvenience. 4) My nail tech did not use a brush dipped with acetone to clean up the sides of my toes accidentally stained by polish. I see the other nail tech patiently cleaning her clients toes. 5) My nail tech completed her work and told me to sit and let my toes dry. She never came back to check on me. I didn't know if my service ended or if I was waiting on something so I just paid and left. For $31, I'm really appalled with the service especially since Yelp reviews seemed great. Stark difference basically shows that Celebration Nails & Spa has no standardized SOP. It's that or my nail tech was just lazy. I have just moved to town and was looking for a place to get a manicure and pedicure done. This salon is located next to Buca de Beppo and is easy to find via GPS. There's plenty of parking in front of the building. Masks are to be worn inside the facility and everyone entering is asked to use the hand sanitizer that is provided at the front check in desk. I had an appointment and was received promptly upon entering. The pedicure chairs aren't the most comfortable ones I've sat in, but they were the massage chairs with the option to turn on while you received your pedicure. The manager of the salon was also the person doing my nails, and was in charge of answering the phones (which rang constantly) as there didn't appear to be an actual desk staff person to answer the phone or receive/check out clients. My services (both mani and pedi) were interrupted multiple times during my visit due to the phone ringing and appointments being taken. This was frustrating, and luckily I didn't have another appointment to make immediately after getting my nails done, or I might have been late. I didn't complain about the multiple interruptions as I was trying to give the business the benefit of the doubt and just assume they were short staffed. I am happy with how my manicure came out (French pink and white), however I felt that the gel polish on my pedicure could have been painted closer to my nail bed. read more

Wow, I'm so glad I accidentally found this place! I'm in town on vacation and went into a nail salon nearest to my hotel but they couldn't take me so I called Celebration and they said they could so went there instead. My basic pedicure was done by Alex (or Alice? Hard to understand when I asked ) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. She took her time and was careful and precise with the polish. She took her time with the massage and it was heavenly! I got an SNS manicure by "T" and was so impressed. She's such a pro. You can tell by how quickly she works without cutting corners. She's very precise and has good taste. I wanted a coffin shape but she told me my nails weren't long enough. I asked her to do a shape that was most complimentary for me and she did a beautiful almond shape- something I wouldn't have opted for but I really loved how feminine it looks! I wish I was a local so this could be my go-to spot! Minus 1 star for the below reasons: *Limited (regular) polish selections. I didn't see any Essie. *No prices listed anywhere. I hadn't asked beforehand of the costs and was so scared of what the charge would be. *I wish staff had name tags. So impressed with this salon. I usually get a dip manicure and a regular pedicure, and have never been disappointed. I will say the space itself isn't super "inviting"... music is just ehh and there are tv's but it's just a photo collage with random photos that are usually on so I'd suggest bringing headphones. Went with a friend to get out nails done, and decided to go here because it's where my friend's been coming. Even though it was more expensive than getting my nails normally is (~$40), it was well worth it because they turned out so good! THY did such a great job! She was very delicate and detailed with all my hangnails and imperfections of the full set. I got a full set of tips with dip in an almond shape for $56 in about 1 hour. I had three very nice gel mani/spa pedi/waxing experiences here. As a part time resident I thought I'd found my pampering home. The techs were friendly. The salon appeared clean. I enjoyed the international YouTube features playing on the screens. Atmosphere upscale and pleasant. Always offered water even when treatment included an optional glass of wine. I was happy with the options, felt the end product was attractive and honestly got the best treatment of my callouses here of any place I'd ever had them treated including my podiatrist's office. So I'm sad I can no longer recommend Celebration Nails & Spa and will not be going back. Two things happened on my last visit. Mistakes are one thing but I can't overlook poor customer service. So what happened? First was an honest mistake. As I was paying I realized the tech had forgotten the paraffin treatment. That is a key part of keeping my callouses in check. I'd already called my spouse to pick me up, gotten shoes on, etc. so rather than bring it up I just tipped 20% instead of my usual 30%. I figured I'd mention it at my next treatment. When I got home I realized I didn't have the insulated tumbler that I constantly drink out of. A week before I'd splurged on a brand new larger one to replace the tumbler that had been my constant companion for over a year. Thinking I'd left it in my car I used the old one for the night. When I went to get it out of the car in the morning and it wasn't there I realized I'd left it at the Spa so we took a ride over. I recognize that a business is under no obligation to safeguard a left behind item but what happened next was awful customer service. I walked in and asked if anyone had found my tumbler. All the techs fell silent and the gentleman I believe is the manager told me in a very rude tone 'It spilled all over there. It made a mess so I threw it in the garbage.' I was flabbergasted at his demeanor as he spoke to me and finally managed to say 'I'm sorry' and walk out. This is a non-spillable tumbler with a guarantee. I've dropped my older one on the NYC subway, out of the car, on an Amtrak train...never a spill. So if my new one had failed I would have contacted the company to invoke their guarantee. But I can't do that without the tumbler. Nor can I reconcile how that person spoke to me. I won't return and recommend that anyone who values customer service not risk being treated harshly by that individual. read more

I picked this salon based on yelp and google reviews. Being on vacation we didn't have an appointment but they said they would take us as a walk-in. The wait was not bad - maybe 20 minutes before they put us in the chairs. My husband sat in the chair for an additional 20 minutes before they stated on his service. I got a fresh acrylic set and gel polish plus a gel polish pedicure. Quite pricey $122 for both. My husband got a regular mani/pedi no polish for $52. They did a great job and took their time. Overall I loved the service but if I lived here I would probably find another less expensive place, but was happy with the service we received. read more
