Customer service: non-existent. I actually think they don't know what it is. The two people in the front where talking when I arrived and of course they had to finish their gossiping before acknowledging me. One single smile or welcome or greeting couldn't come out of their face. They actually look annoyed for being there and that definitely is conveyed to costumers. I mention something about his address on yelp and that their special on yelp says $25 for mani and pedi not $28.. With her very obnoxious attitude just said is $28 and pointed to the sign outside... Let me tell you if you care for your business take care of your costumers... You should honor the price you advertised, because that's what brought me there in the first place... Is not the 4 dollars or the prices, it's their attitude that is repellent. The person who did my nails was nice but judgmental, she just kept saying: pues a donde has ido a hacerte las uñas? (Where have you gone to get your nails done?) I've been to so many different places and I understand every manicurists is different with a different technique and that's okay but yeah I have never encounter one that painted the side of my fingers to clean it up later.... The owner of this establishment lacks customer service skills. He is egotistical, defensive and blatantly rude. I tried Harmony out when they were in the old location across from Latin Cafe. My experience was not bad with the nail tech but the atmosphere was not what I was looking for. My girlfriend saw they had opened a new location and asked to try it. I agreed. It reminded me of a child labor camp. The nail techs are afraid of the owner. Fearing if they don't do what he says they will be fired or not given clients. (told to us by the techs doing our nails). That is not a good sign or of concern to me while I am getting my nails done. I paid the bill prior to our nails being done as I don't like to have to dig in my purse once my nails have been done. The owner was not at the front when I paid. When we left he chased us out the door screaming that we had not paid. I ended up telling him he needed to learn how to treat customers and that his attitude was horrible. He cursed me out and we haven't been back since. If you would like to be treated like shit then go to this place. Otherwise, there are many other salons that would be happy to service you with a SMILE not with a nasty attitude! read more

Just went for the first time for a mani/pedi with my sister who has been going for a while.. what a great experience!!! They have a great special from mon-weds, so I paid $45 for gel mani and pedi, which is an excellent price in the Miami area. I was greeted by a super nice guy at reception, who introduced me to my nail tech, Dayany. She was very sweet, and offered me something to drink, they had many refreshments available. She was also extremely patient and helpful when selecting my color... I tend to over analyze and spend way too much time there!! Let me tell you, my nails were a mess!! She was super efficient, yet very thorough and worked diligently, I was there for 2 hours for mani/pedi. She listened to my request and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted. Mani was excellent as well, at one point she gave me a small cut but was super apologetic and to be honest I didn't even feel it!! My nails turned out amazing and I will definitely be back! This is by far the most disgusting salon I have ever been to in my life. As u walk in for my appointment you have 3 employees with there hair in foil as if they just finished getting highlights so because of this I waited 30 minutes to even start washing my fair fOr my blow dry appoInment I arrived 10 minutes early for. Once I finally get my hair started I have the manager/owner come up to me to tell me my nephew was disturbing the other guests. It was strange to me because my sister was outside with my nephew because she realized he was being a child and children do sometimes become a nuisance so she took him out of the salon to prevent others who are getting services dOne wont be bothered. On this yelp review it states that this salon was kid friendly but hen you get here they treat you otherwise. The manager owner is the rudest most unprofessional person and is disrespectful and obviously hates kids. So if you are expecting a good experience here especially if you have kids. DREAM ON. Harmony Salon is like my second family! It's my second house from Leo,Lucero,Ana,Alicia,Tesoro,Carolina,Norah,Miriam and Malu they all know me and treat me as family. The nicest, cordial peolpe in a salon you ever meet! They always treat you as if it were yourr first time, they get to know the customer and customer service is their number one priority and for me that's GOLD! Its small,convinient and comfortable, I don't like making line or wait so fir me that's a plus! They are all great professionals from head to toe! It's very difficult to find a clean, neat, friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced salon in the Edgewater/Brickell area. Harmony Salon meets all these needs! I can't attest to the hair services as I've only done manicures and pedicures, but I can say that the nail department is great. They've got the latest nail polishes, the pedicure chairs are large and comfy and have amazing massage features, the nail technicians are timely and concentrated, and the tools are always clean and sterilized. If you're wondering who you should make your next appointment with, try Kirena; she's great! Don't forget: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesday are $25 mani/pedis! I would highly recommend this salon. I was referred by a co-worker of mine that is a regular customer. I saw how beautiful Isabel, the hairstylist, had done her hair so I made an appointment right away. As I arrived I was greeted by the owner who was extremely polite and attentive. Soon after Isabel introduced herself and I was escorted to her chair. As I explained to her I am a cancer survivor and before my cancer I had long fine straight hair. After losing my hair to chemo it grew back curly and very unmanageable. I did the Botox treatment with her and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's so beautiful. I would recommend this salon and my hair stylist or any of the hair stylist for that fact. I drive all the way from the Kendall area and have no regrets. read more

Really disappointed about the service . Leo the owner or whatever he is , he damage so bad the image of that place . He is really rude and disrespectfull with his employers and his customers . He gets rid of the employers that they do a good job and very professional . This guy in front of me he fired an employer sending her home with such a bad attitude. Harmony salon is great, they give you a great service for an amazing price. Leo, the owner, and the whole staff are always willing to please you. I always do my mani/pedi there, have tried with all of them and they are all very good. Leo tries to always keep a stock of my favorite colors. I also do my hair there with Lucero and last time she suggested me to have the Keratin treatment done, something that I had done twice in the past in very famous salons and were a complete failure, since they had burnt my hair; however, I decided to trust her and had it done. WOW! It was great! My hair is like silk now, I don't even need to bow dry it. I highly recommend this place to everybody! read more

Today i went to get my nails done as usual to harmony salon. When i got there i noticed the owner a little bit angry screaming at a worker in the back part where the bathroom is and i could notice he was drunk or something. When i get back to my table where i was getting my nails done police arrived and started talking to the owner and then went to the worker to ask her some questions. He was super drunk all the workers looked so scared and had face of panic. Thats lack of respect to hes customers and workers, the police should've took him so he learns how to be a man and respect woman. I will never go back to this place again and don't recommend it at all!! read more

Last saturday i went here to do My nails, when i got there the owner was the one who helped me and i noticed that he was drunk i believe and was talking to a customer in a súper rude way because she was complaining about a job done wrong. It's always spotless, the prices for nails and hair are super affordable, and they use excellent products always thinking about taking care of their customers. Worst salon in miami! I came in to get my nails done and the owner was treating me bad! He even looked like he was drunk! When i got to sit with the lady to get my nails done all i could hear from the workers is how some of the workers there got positive for covid and place still open? Thats not good! I love the place and the service is amazing. The manicure and pedicure were perfectly done. I love the people there, they are all ready nice and are always trying to make you feel comfortable.
