Nice roomy fridge and freezer combo, plus microwave and mini coffee maker. Breakfast had a nice variety. Pool looked fantastic, but we were not able to swim during the pool hours that it was opened. Nice quiet atmosphere and relaxing even though the hotel was full. Nice staff and guests. Beautiful little town with really nice bike trails and some cute little shops nearby. Would have liked to explore, but our arrival and departure was bad timing for those places being opened. I would rate this hotel as a 4.5 or 4.75 star hotel.

They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

They quickly assessed and tested the plumbing and found no other leaks. I am having the concrete skirting around the pool removed and fresh concrete poured. The know issue is being addressed and Scott and Conner made sure no other problems exist. They even offered to get a quote on the repair of the skimmer, which I took them up on. He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.
