This is absolutely my go to place for Poke Bowl. But it's always a hit or miss. Today, it was the worst I had. There was so much rice and it was hard and lumpy. One of the ingredient was missing. There was no sauce on it. The salmon and tuna was not fresh. It seems to just depends on who packs it. I went three hours before they closed too. I am disappointed. I ordered the Lanzhou Noodles and Pan Fried Chicken Gyoza for take-out and both were delicious. Although the broth was pretty light I still enjoyed it. We stopped by here while passing through the city. I was very impressed with the quality of the hand pulled noodles! Be sure to add the chili oil they provide on the table. It isn't too spicy but definitely adds extra flavor. I ordered the lan zhou noodles and my husband got the beef stew noodles. Portions were very generous. This place is definitely worth a visit. Pretty good ramen spot. Me and my gf went and had some appetizers (shishito peppers and dynamite shrimp) and a couple entrees. They brought us out a whole extra order of shishito peppers on the house which was a little unnecessary since it was 2 of us and we already had 2 apps and 2 mains but appreciated all the same. The two dishes we had were great and tasted very authentic. Two reasons for the 4 stars 1. they ran out of the miso broth and I couldn't get the spicy miso I wanted and 2. I ordered roast duck rice noodle and never in the Description mentioned spicy, yet the whole broth was red and extremely spicy. Same with the crispy pork sweet potato noodles. The broth was red. So spicy you choke and cough from the first bite till the end. The sweet potato noodles were some wide and some like spaghetti shape. Then the house special la-main, again red spicy broth. If every noodle is same spicy broth then why is there one claimed "spicy la-main"? Stop making broth spicy for every dish!!! And the house special with the beef stew beef tendon beef brisket, they were all size of a fist and hard and cold. Terrible customer service also. No greetings. Cant understand people on the phone. This will definitely be my go-to spot for Chinese noodles. You can never go wrong with starting a meal with garlic beef shanks. By the time your mouth stops burning from the garlic and complimentary boiled peanuts, you'll be ready for noodz. You will never regret with going for their Lan Zhoul La Mian or the "Spicy" Sauced Brisket La Mian. Standards I'd expect for whatever Taiwanese noodle place. A tad on the pricier side, but it's not like they have a lot of competition in the area anyway! They still have my patronage. read more

Yelp described this place as "Asian fusion." With this in mind, and seeing the decent star ratings Yelp users gave it (but not having actually read any of the reviews), we decided to go here. It is in the same strip mall as the Saddle Up club and some other questionable businesses near the Castleton Square Mall, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon walking in, I was relieved to see it was very clean and modern, and most (if not all) of the employees and other customers were Asian, which suggested to me that the food was probably authentic. On looking at the menu, though, it appeared that everything except the appetizers was ramen. One could argue I should have gathered that given the "Meet Noodles" name, but in my defense there are plenty of Asian non-soup entrees that are served with noodles. The person I was with doesn't react well to things with really high sodium, and usually tries to stay away from soups for that reason, so it was disappointing that there were really no options for him. He was also disappointed that there were really no substantial meat options. He ended up getting ramen, as did I. Our meals were decent, but we probably would not have gone there if we'd known it was just a ramen joint, and probably won't return for that reason. After the fact, the person I was with looked through reviews and saw pictures suggesting there were non-soup options for entrees, but we did not see any on the menu, nor did the menu contain pictures of the menu items. Overall, this was a decent place, so please don't take my review as a complaint; I'm more just offering it so that others considering going here know what to expect, and as feedback for the business that an all-ramen does not appeal to most men and that they may want to consider branching out and adding some dishes that are not soup-based and/or that contain more edible meat. read more

This is our FAVORITE restaurant in Indy! We probably go in once a week because we love the food so much. My go-to is the teriyaki noodles, and the portion is big enough to take home half for leftovers. My fiancé always gets ramen, and loves that as well. I'm a noodles and dumplings girl all day everyday! I was immediately drawn by the hand pulled noodles offered here. Their menu offers both Chinese La-Mian (hand pulled noodles) and Ramen. It was a delight to discover that although unexpected, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. My wife had the chinese beef noodle soup (the name escapes me but it was the first on the list) while I had the tonkatsu ramen. Both were absolutely delicious and possessed a surprisingly large serving for the price. The staff was attentive despite the number of customers and the late hour and we look forward to visiting again soon to try more of their varied dishes.
