After ending the massage early, I went to the front desk told them that I had to stop the massage and I wanted to just cancel my services for the day and without asking me a single question or telling me any company policies or referencing my experience (like with human empathy), Andrea told me that she would just waive all of my fees due to "all that I had been through." 30 minutes later and still before my scheduled facial, someone texted me and said that they planned to charge me for 50% of the fees because the manager didn't approve to waive them.... And I'm like, what does that have to do with me? After Andrea cancelled my appointment, my agreement to do business with your company ended so it's unethical to charge me for policies not communicated, after our business has ended! Then, Andrea sent me a dozen rude text messages gaslighting me, trying to troll me into an argument, not taking any accountability, and asking me to email her manager- and I'm like, for what? Why would I call him? Why wouldn't he call me to be the bridge in customer service or understand what went wrong here? She accuses me of not giving her the $100 bill. She said I only paid $40. I reassured her that I paid.
