He was sure to check his work often and make corrections where needed. I would 100% come to him again and I have already told so many people to come to him. Highly recommend. Even when I wanted it in a brow ink that was far more difficult than expected and didn't have the best saturation he told me if things need to be gone over again just to come back and he would take care of it. He held good conversation and was easy to talk to quick session could have been several hours and it would have flown by. While the piercer had the earring halfway through my ear another lady came into the room and was distracting the piercer while she was working, making it super stressful and rushed as they had other clients. I was super disappointed in customer service as well, I had called ahead and they told me to walk in and nobody came to the counter to talk to me for at least 10 minutes. Having been to multiple piercing establishments, this didn't feel well run. I ended up having to pay about 70 dollars for basic jewelry and my ear was super irritated by the end of it. Again, I'm grateful for them changing my earring but honestly this could have all been avoided if they just looked at the earring I had brought in and told me it was too small. I was also put off because they didn't have paper on their chair and just had it wiped clean.
