As long as I'm walking this earth my family & I will be clients if Harper Volkswagen if Knoxville Tennessee. Karen's VW Taos needed an oil change so she made an appointment & we went. The 2023 Taos has 17000 miles -the service representative noticed the head gasket MAY NEED replacing in the future.Harper VW ordered the parts & scheduled the repairs at a convenient future time. There was no problem & the vehicle covered u see warranty-rather than waiting until there was a problem or the warranty ran out HARPER VW looked out for the customer first. Well done folks well done!!

Sure looks like this wiper needs changing.

I asked them to check the wipers and change if needed. They were not changed. Car pops up a service due message at 5000 miles, it isn't due for 8000 miles. Has had several oil change due messages, all before 5000 miles, oil change not due for 8000 miles.

I am not sure why there are some bad reviews but I love Harper Volkswagen! I just bought my 5th Volkswagen from Harper and had a phenomenal experience in large part because of their salesman Andy Maxey. He has a lot of experience and knowledge on Volkswagen and provides incredible customer service! I can't say enough good things about our exoerI would highly recommend the new atlas and you should definitely ask to see Andy.

My wife and I were very interested in 2018 VW Atlas. We visited twice and taking a test drive with two different Atlas. We worked with Cris who was extremely nice and not pushy at all. The third time we visited we did negotiate and make a deal! We did trade in a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and they gave us exactly what we wanted for the trade in. As for the price of the Atlas, they also gave us a great deal on that to where we didn't have to go back and forth on the price but once. I was even able to negotiate cross bars for our cargo box that we already owned. Our experience was great! We had our handicap child with us each time we visited and they were so nice to all of us. They spoiled him with all the treats, snacks and VW goodies from the Harper Store! Our wife and I will be back for another vehicle when the time comes!

Where to start, holy smokes!…read more Inquired about a late model BMW X5, photos showed Bridgestone Alenza Runflat tires, vehicle description named "runflats" on multiple areas, even the Dealer description. We were sent a quick video taken by Jason Rosinni, quickly skimming past the tires. I got so excited about the X5 that I sent them a deposit and booked a flight to Knoxville. After my son, who is a tire expert, saw the video, he told me that they replaced the Bridgestone Alenza Runflats with Ironman Imove tires which are the cheapest tires on the market. After asking Mr. Rosinni about the switch in tires, he told me that the Bridgestone's were bald and they had to be changed. Ok, but why send me photos of Bridgestones valued at over $400 a tire installed, when they were replaced with a $143 tire? Also, the vehicle was originally sold with runflats and needs to continue to have runflats or provide a spare tire which Grayson did not. This is NOT the image BMW is striving for, and it makes me sick thinking about my experience with Mr. Rosinni. I had the most amazing experience buying my first brand new BMW in 2006, I just thought all BMW dealership were reputable, unfortunately, that can't be any more untrue. I got my $1,000 back from Grayson but had to eat my $500 airfare. NEVER AGAIN.

The only reason we found out about this is the check engine light came on and the car was trying to die on us. So when we got back we took it to Infiniti. Watch the video posted. The radiator is put up with zip ties. Very sad when you can't trust a so called reputable dealership.

Was told via email and by phone this spring that I had free services to use (e.g., oil change). When I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was told it was going to be over $200. I went to an oil change place instead. Last week I was told that my rearview mirror (which had popped loose) needed to be replaced and that they would order the part. They said it would take an hour to fix and be about $120. On the day of the appointment, I tried to move to an earlier slot and accidently chose the next day. When I called within 2 minutes of my mistake to keep my original slot, I was told "AI won't do it" and that they "might" be able to work me in. So the new part was there and presumably my opening had not been given away in two minutes, but they wouldn't book me because the computer said no. I went to another dealer that afternoon, and they put the original mirror back on my car. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I really don't know what to think about the situation, but I won't be back to Autonation. I keep thinking about my 2024 new car purchase from them, and the price I was given onsite. That onsite price was higher than the emailed price I had been sent an hour or so before by the same person I was talking to onsite. I showed him the email (sent from his email address), and he seemed annoyed, but gave me that price. It was the first of many concerns that I should have heeded a while ago.

I had purchased my 2022 Trailblazer from them back in 2022 and had a pleasant buying experience at that time. I've been to the service department many times for oil changes and routine maintenance, and for the most part I've also had good experiences. But recently the check engine light had come on and so I first took it to my regular mechanic to have it diagnosed. He said the code was indicating the water pump was likely going to need to be replaced, and that this was a big job and an expensive job, and he said it's still under the drivetrain warranty. So his recommendation was to bring it back to the Chevy dealer, which is what I did. I made an appointment and dropped the car off and was assigned a service advisor named Kane. I had a pleasant conversation with Kane when I dropped off the car and let him know that I wasn't in a rush to get the car back but I would like him to keep me updated on it. A week later, I had not heard anything and so I texted the number that Kane sent to me to ask for a status. I didn't get a response, so a couple days later I called the number and asked to speak with Kane. I was transferred to his line and left a detailed message on his voice mail including my call back number. I got no call back, so after a week I called again and explained the situation to another advisor. He said he wasn't sure why Kane wasn't responding, but that he'd route me to Kane right away. Unfortunately, that transfer again went to Kane's voicemail, and I left yet another message for him that went unanswered. The next day was now September 16, which was more than 2 weeks since I dropped the car at the dealer. I called the switchboard operator and explained that I am having an issue with an employee named Kane and I needed to speak with his manager. I was put on hold for several minutes, and was surprised when Kane answered the call. I told him who I was and reminded him that I have left a few messages for him regarding my car. He immediately went into a rude, and even belligerent status, and started telling me that he texted me a week earlier to pick up my car (which was not true) and that I needed to get there and pay the 200 dollars and take the car. I told him that I received no phone call and no text from him and asked him what was done to justify the $200 expense. He said that was the diagnostic fee, no issues were found and they turned off the check engine light. I feel it is unacceptable to charge 200 dollars to simply turn off the light and I'm certain this issue will resurface again; most likely after the warranty period expires. Kane then very rudely reiterated for me to pick up my car, pay the bill and then promptly hung up on me. Wow, that is not the type of service I ever want to experience again. Not ever, not from any company. I contemplated refusing to pay that bill, but it's probably not worth 200 dollars to immerse myself into additional unwanted drama. I will never be back to Beaty Chevrolet for any reason. Not to purchase a car, and definitely not for service. The fact that the manager didn't want to hear from me and routed my call back to the service advisor is also unacceptable. If a company has an employee that behaves that way, a leader of the company has to deal with those situations. It's not fun to hear from clients that are unhappy, and it's not fun reprimanding employees that are not meeting the company standards, but it has to be done. I will share this experience with as many review sites that I can.

And that he can get anyone and everyone financed regardless of credit. That he has every name brand and model in stock and just give them a call. So we did and he directed us to come visit him at Ole Charlie Motors. Which turned out not to exist. It turned out to be Ole Ben Franklin Motors. Us believing his story, that he had just purchased the dealerships, all of them, that he was waiting on the signage to be replaced; however, he definitely wanted to sell us a vehicle and was very forceful and demanding and wanting our personal information prior to even looking at a vehicle. We felt violated when he demanded our drivers license licenses, Social Security cards, proof of income, proof of insurance, and the like. Come to find out, there is no such thing as Ole Charlie Motors. He has misrepresented himself on every social media site there is. As we were walking around the lot, there were several unsatisfied customers who forewarned us to not purchase from this dealership and especially Charlie. Seven independent different people came up to us and said this. They even let us listen to voicemail messages of his constant calling which bordered harassment. All seven individuals had not had their vehicles for more than two weeks. One person only had the vehicle for two days and wanted to return the vehicle and get their trade-in back. Of which he denied and declined. This individual does not seem to be a manager; however, he is not in management at all. He is not an ethical sales person, nor do I think he has an ethical bone in his body. We were given his true identity by four of the seven individuals that approached us, they even stated that he is initially from Decatur, TN but told them that he recently moved to Knoxville, TN. It appeared to us and the other individuals that were there, that approached us independently, that Charles LoCicero was under the influence of some type of narcotic. We took our business elsewhere and are extremely enthused with what we purchased. We do not need subprime lending and we are so grateful and thankful to the people that approached us. There still are good people left in this world. My suggestion, do your homework in advance, and definitely go to a reputable dealership that carries many brands/factory accounts, for example, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Nissan, BMW, Land Rover, Jeep, Dodge, etc. If any of the seven people that approached us read this, we thank you so very much! We owe all seven of you and your significant others lunch.
