It has been a long time since I have been in a dentist office. Luckily I choose to come here. They…read morewere kind and helpful through my entire appointment. So I will break down my experience. Since I was a new patient I came in to get my teeth x-ray and examined due to my wisdom teeth. I talked with Daniel Krenz in his office about my teeth and he had one of his dental assistants take me to the x-ray room. She was very helpful with the x-ray and was gentle with the tools that I had to bite on for the x-ray procedure. Afterwards I was escorted to the exam room where Dr. Krenz would go over the x-rays and problem spots in my mouth. He would also explain all the options and processes for each procedure. Once everything was explained to me the main question I had to ask was the cost of it all. Dr. Krenz was more than happy to send Ellen, one of his employees to come and crunch numbers for me. She was very thorough with showing me what the cost were, and what my insurance would cover and how much would come out of my own pocket. Ellen went above and beyond in terms of help. She would go over all the bases for payment plans and cost. Once most of the financial stuff was done and I knew what I was going to spend, it was time to get to my actual teeth. So the first thing that was done was to clean and treat my gums. I was escorted t another room where my cleaning would be done. Dr. Krenz came in to administer the shots to help numb the bottom of my mouth during the treatment. Getting shots in the mouth seems like it would be the worst thing ever, but it was surprisingly not as bad as I imagined. Once my mouth was numb they began to clean and treat my gums. They did a very good job as I never experienced any pain or discomfort. The entire process went by pretty quickly. Overall I had a great experience at Spring Smiles Dental Group. And I will be going back for more work while also looking forward to going to the dentist! Thank you all for your great work!

As you can tell from my previous review, there's no way that was happening. So I now unfortunately have to pay for an entirely new crown from another dentist in less than 2 years. Uyarıma rağmen, hiçbir açıklama yapmadan bilinmeyen bir ilaç verdiler ve tamamen bilincimi kaybettim. * Sakinleştirilmeden önce onlara açıkça "Bana ne veriyorsun? Emziriyorum ve uzun süreli sedasyon istemiyorum" dediler ama uyarımı tamamen görmezden geldiler. * Basit bir 4 diş çekimi ve temizliği için 4,5 saat sedasyon altında tutuldum ve eve döndükten sonra bile saatlerce tam bilincimi kendime getiremedim. 2. I guess they wanted to get to the expensive items! She was given a $300 3D scan of her mouth that she did not ask for but they have everyone do, so that they can pay for their expensive machine. She was told by Dr. Asha that she had "bacteria in her mouth above her implants" which had been done several years prior by a different dentist. She was told that her 2 baby teeth (which have perfect roots and no adult teeth behind them) needed to be removed and implants done. Dr. Asha also said she needed several fillings done. Unbeknowst to me, my daughter left the office in tears, thinking of the enormous expense. After relaying the message to me a few days later, I told my daughter I would make her an appointment with our very trusted and wise dentist of over 20 years in our city and state when she visited in a couple of weeks. Now for the good part: My daughter and I saw our trusted dentist a few days ago and had the report from Dr. Asha along with a copy of an xray for her to see. Our trusted dentist said that there was no reason whatsoever to remove the baby teeth until they would get loose or give her problems. Our dentist said that she had a patient have a baby tooth until she was 70. The surgical procedure for implants and implants themselves would easily be $15,000-$20, 000!!! No thank you! Bacteria?! Our trusted dentist just laughed and said we ALL have bacteria in our mouth. Our trusted dentist found no cavities and said my daughter needed no large fillings. She said that my daughter had 1, possibly 2 teeth that have a small amount of erosion where she would fill in with a small amount of resin. Run from this office!! JUST RUN!!!!!!! It makes me so angry that they would do this to a young pregnant woman knowing how expensive all this would be. She left this office in tears!!!! Complete scammers. Run from this office!!!! Upon arrival I was told they would NOT do my cleaning g and check-up unless I did an expensive "deep gum" cleaning. I told the office manager I couldn't afford it, but they refused to even do a basic check up unless I gave in to their extortion demands. It is one thing to recommend a procedure, it is another to refuse service for other unrelated issues unless you give in to their demands completely. Come on YELP and read many other reviews about the same issue. Something has changed in this office and their practice. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE PROPONENTS OF MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AMA.
