Very cool people here, it feels like they actually care about each patient. I went in as a new patient and I had a cleaning and filling. I was concerned because I had just swapped dentists and my previous dentist said I was good to go. They were able to go into detail and show me scans of the treatment area to help me decide if I wanted to go with a filling or not. Also, they were using some really cool technologies that I had never seen in a dental office. 10/10 will be coming here every time for more dental work. read more

I dislike leaving a one star review, but it's best to share my honest opinion. Overall, I've had a good experience at this office. So much so that I recommended a dear friend. The reason for the one star is Dr. Blessy's push to sell the antibiotic irrigation as "the" solution. A quick AI search with details about my wife's dental condition confirmed that there is no benefit that she'd see - statistically and clinically. This is what lead to this one star review - I dislike dentists who sell services just for the sake of it, and it's hard to find one that doesn't. Just beware of their recommendations. Avoid this business. I came in for a chipped tooth on December 18th of 2025. I had previously had it repaired in June of 2002 and it lasted 23 years. The December repair came off only weeks after (February) getting work from Harper's Preserve Dentistry. I called in to let them know. MOST Reputable dental clinics stand by their work and will gladly repair when it happens this quickly. Harper's does not. Their team did attempt to gaslight me by stating its a sensitive area prone to chipping. I explained the last repair lasted 23.5 years. She said it will be full charge to fix. When repair work like this comes off after weeks, its due to moisture getting in during the procedure more often than not. Not the patient's fault. As I said, the MAJORITY of Dental clinics stand by their work. Its already inconvenient for a patient to have to return to get work done again after a few weeks but I was only seeking to have it corrected. As many Dental "businesses" this is another squeeze you for every cent type of establishment. Not a patient first. So would you trust their assessments? PATIENTS BEWARE. read more

Buyer beware I would get a second evaluation before you do dental work at Harper's preserve dentistry this happened to me the doctor replaced my 17 year old bridge with a new one the new bridge had to replaced due to cracking after only six months it was still under warranty. Fast forward 18 months later and it crack again I called and asked if it was still warranty as I was told it was a 5 year they now claim its a1 year warranty??????I also was treated for supposedly gum disease which I think is suspicious now???? I will have to pay out of pocket for a new bridge if my teeth are salvageable I have an appt set for that!! Not a happy client at ALL! So if you choose Harpers preserve dentistry you maybe redoing the work done! read more

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!! I went to this office b/c I have new insurance and this was in my network. I have regularly had my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I was really surprised when they told me I had to have a deep cleaning and then would need to return every 3 months after that. Also that I had stage IV gum disease and bone loss and should consider having my wisdom teeth removed. I went ahead and schedulded my appointments for the deep cleaning b/c I was not prepared to have a long appointment that day. After contemplating why my teeth had deteriorated in such a short amount of time from my last appointment I called my regular dentist for a second opion, even though I was going to have to pay out of pocket. My dentist office told me over the phone that sometimes there are objective differences between dentists. I went to my regular office and found out that there was no need for deep cleaning, no gum disease and no reason to remove my wisdom teeth. I feel like just b/c I have insurance they were going to get as much $$ from me and my insurance company as they could. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone and feel like I could have been scammed for $$ and procedure that were not needed!!!! PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!! read more

Went for an initial cleaning. Started with a rude office manager, Brittany, who was combative regarding getting x-rays and also heard her yelling at another staff person. Then after the dental exam, it was explained to me that I have gum disease and needed a deep cleaning which is what they told my husband. This is their schtick since the don't make money on regular cleanings. My gums never bleed, I am a flosser so I was surprised to say the least. Quoted me several hundred dollars and told me I also had a cracked molar and that was going to be another 6k (after dental insurance). I got a second opinion, and guess what, no cracked molar and my gums are just fine. Stay far away from this place! It should be criminal what they are doing. read more

Horrible dental practice. Today was a shocking experience. When I said that I did not want to do the optional deep cleaning that was not covered by insurance, I was told I would not be able to schedule another appointment. I will gladly find another dentist. The wait times have continued to increase over the years and it is clear to me that they are looking for patients that are willing to pay extra for unnecessary treatments not covered by insurance. read more

They billed my insurance company almost $2000 for X-rays and a cleaning. My last dentist charged me just over $200 when I didn't have insurance. They tried to upsell me so many more things that weren't needed, told me that I was 100% covered and then still billed me another $50. read more

Staff is nice and doctors do a good job so I can't give them 1 star, BUT they have no respect for a person's time. I always try to shedule the first appointment of the day. Yet somehow I still always have to wait at least 30 minutes to a hour. Today I had the 1st scheduled appointment at 8:00. Al I was doing was getting an x-ray. After much complaining they finally called me back at 8:40. I was the 6th person called even though they tried to claim they didnt have 6 appointments scheduled at 8:00. I know there were 5 called before me because I was getting more angry with each one. All they were doing was an xray so why wouldnt I be called first? I understand they only have one xray machine. THEN DONT scheuidle 6 peoiple for xrays at the same time. ts a shame because i like them, but I have to work too. When Im told several times I will be in and in 10-15 minutes that is what I expect. I know they dont really caere about losing a patient because they have plenty, but my hopes with writing this review is that they may take notice and start doing a better job scheduling. read more

If you are looking for a dentist, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Here is why. I normally have my teeth cleaned every 6 months and have had a lot of dental work in the past. On my last appointment for cleaning the dentist informed me I had two small abrasions that needed filing and that I needed a deep cleaning. for slight bone loss on X-ray. At my last dentist 6 months previously, there was no mention of abrasions or bone loss. The hygienist and dentist stated I had bleeding in my gums, but I was on blood thinners and told them so, but they still stated I needed the deep cleaning. I have been trying to get back in for at least a cleaning but every time I call, I get cancelled and have to wait up to 3 weeks . This has happened 3 times !!! , I have been trying to get in since June and it is now August. Just yesterday the office was mysteriously closed and no one answered the phone. I had an appointment for August 3 but was called last night to tell me the doctor was unavailable. This practice seems to be poorly managed and is closed more than it is open. They just seem to be having issues with coverage with staff and Dentists and it seems a bit shady. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that is actually open, run well, and has good staff! read more

The staff did a really good job at making me feel comfortable and coming up with a plan to get my mouth where I want it to be. They are extremely informative and professional.
