Horrible!!!! I'm giving them one star because I have no choice! First and last time here. Our waitress was rude and annoyed to serve us, we definitely didn't feel welcomed. When I asked her a question about the menu her answer was "I have no idea" well don't you work for this restaurant? Shouldn't you know? We waited close to 40 minutes for our appetizers to come out along with out entrees (we had specially asked for the appetizers first). Food was not good at all, the nachos were tasteless, the cheese curds had no cheese. What about the entrees??? Well let's put it this way Costco ribs are 100 times better!!! The ribs we received tasted like ash and were very though to eat, the sandwich instead was extremely salty...needless to say we didn't eat anything...we didn't complain because it was not worth it since our waitress didn't care! She didn't ask why we did not eat the food because she was too busy getting rid of us...our bill was at the table while our dishes were still on it! Don't waist your time and money here!!! read more

This place is awesome! We were a group of 15 today and could not have been happier. The friendly staff went above and beyond. Going to dinner with a large group is always tough--not today! Our food was hot and everyone's orders came out just as we asked! We had the animal style burger, buttermilk chicken sandwich... kids had chicken and fries. The spicy bloody Mary's were on point too! I got the mac and cheese burger, I always order my burgers medium rare, it came out hard as a hockey puck. They happily made me a new one and it was cooked correctly but the mac and cheese tasted like dry yellow butter noodles. So disappointing. read more

Thought the full menu lacked options and was somewhat expensive compared to other similar resturants in the area (Cryans, Finnegles, Riley & Jakes). Was surprised when they put sales tax on the alcohol. Usually when a drink is priced at $3.50 for example that is what they charge. read more

My husband and I had lunch here today. The pulled pork sandwich he ate was very good but was missing the cole slaw. Tried to get our waitress but she was good at not making eye contact. Even when trying to get the check to leave. He literally had to push his chair back to block her from zipping behind us after sitting for some time (15 minutes) while she checked with the people sitting along side us and behind us. Hate when you are done eating and sit waiting to get a check. Get a customer in and out. Sometimes it feels like you are being held prisoner. Two servers and 7 tables with customers. Our plates were pushed aside with utencils stacked. Garbage piled on one. While she was friendly, she used a how are we today, what are we eating, drinking, how is our food banter. I find that a bit patronizing. She talked that way only to us. Perhaps our age? A little annoying. I ordered the spinach salad and added chicken. Everything was fresh but some ingredients were sparse. A few small slivers of mango; intially I did not recognize them as mango, 4 blueberries, maybe 4 pieces of chicken about 2 inches long about a inch wide. I Don't expect a whole boneless breast but this was unsatisfying. There was lots of spinach, radiccio, walnuts, adequate strawberries and tiny crumbles of goat cheese. $16.99. The dressing was nice. The restaurant opened at 11:30. We were seated before noon, but the ladies room already had no toilet paper in one stall, another had a huge ball of unflushable tp in it. I guess no one checked it upon opening. Didn't look like bathroom that had been cleaned the night before or that morning. I reported the toilet paper and other problem to the woman at the hostess station. This is a new restaurant. It should be working to impress customers and get them to come back. The woman at the table next to us was pointing out the dirty salt and pepper shakers to her companion and had an issue with her order. Wrong item but she was hungry so she chose to eat it. Not impressed and we were hopeful when Harper's Table opened. You have some work to do. read more

Buzz Aldrin wants people to go and live on Mars. Why do that when you can enjoy an out of this world experience at Harper's table? The food is fantastic and the staff makes the environment fun and lively - especially Brooke. Brooke is hilarious and you will for sure want to come back to see her. I come back about once a week as the food here is insanely good too. My go-tos are the wings and the animal burger. read more

Had dinner tonight at Harpers Table for the first time and had a great time. Bar was a bit slow but our waitress Kaylee was awesome. She mentioned that it was her Second night and you would never know it. She was very attentive and personable. Despite a few issues with the kitchen she corrected everything quickly. Disappointing as it is a brand new restaurant and I would expect some interest in allowing the customer to "explore" the menu a bit. Promptly cancelled my $50+ take out order. The food here is actually quite good. I especially recommend the fried pickles. However, the thing that this place really lacks is atmosphere. People apparently don't understand the concept of acting civilized in a restaurant. This may not be the restaurant's fault, but when you're sitting next to a table of 10 screaming at the top of their lungs, it's kind of hard to enjoy the food. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff very welcoming. Started with the Greek wings and I would go back just for them. Followed with the uncle Mike's steak sandwich - incredible. We live so close that I wish this place was better . We tried it 3 times since they opened giving them a chance to improve with time , but low and behold it's still the same . Food is nothing to write home about and the service is the worst in the area . Very poorly trained . We tried last week for our 4th and final attempt and it was worse than ever . We did a walk up and were quoted a 20 min wait. We then asked if we could get a drink while waiting . The hostess responded yes . After about a half hour of nobody coming for our drink order along with reminding her several times we finally just left . The hostess's are clueless and the bartenders from our previous trips there were the worst we have ever seen . Took forever to get our first drink each time we went there . We will never return . There are too many places around that are 10 times better . They need to take lessons from the staff's at Cryans or Finagles read more

We love this place, I went once with the girls and once with my hubby. I eat fish tacos almost everywhere I go, and these are at the top of the list!! I also tried a turkey or chicken wrap, it had the best pesto mayo, I usually take half my meal home, but not this time. Hubby had the ribs, let's just say, there was no time to speak, nom, nom, nom. I've been there a couple of times (one for lunch and twice for dinner). The servers were attentive and fun and the food was always good.

Now this is a place to go to when you are hungry. There burgers are A1 and the service is wonderful. All nice young people who manage to get the food out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

After reading the positive reviews, we had high hopes but left a bit disappointed. Service was just OK, never asked if we wanted nor received a refill on drinks and our food took 30+ minutes to get to the table and wound up being luke warm at best. We suspect it had been sitting in the window and our server was overwhelmed. Seating was a bit cramped in the corner, I felt as though I was sitting on top of the table next to me. Would give it another try later in the year when they work out some kinks that still appear to be present. read more

Awful. I don't get the hype or the crowds. Went there for the first time to pick up a take out order and had a long wait. Finally got half my order, but they messed up placing it in full so I had to continue to wait. I ordered a cheeseburger, wings, and tacos. When I got home the food was already cold and the chicken "wings" were what looked and tasted exactly like those bagged frozen Tyson boneless chicken nuggets. They were mostly bread and hard as a rock in the edges. This was really disappointing considering 1) we ordered actual wings and got nuggets, and 2) they were gross like microwaved frozen food. The tacos were flavorless, cold, and dry. No sour cream, no seasoning, the corn tortilla was cold and rubbery like it was pulled from a bag and was never even heated. And no cheese!. The rice pilaf that came with it tasted just like those microwave pouches of Uncle Ben's. Just totally gross. My son's burger and fries are ok, according to him, but looked basic to me. For $50, it was like a processed precooked meal just reheated. We will never go back. I'm not sure who is cooking back there, but it all tasted like the crap you get from the processed frozen section. read more

I visited Harper's with my family this weekend. We have four kids and we heard that this place is kid friendly so we gave it a shot. The owner (Adam) was kind enough to come over and ask us about our family and how everything was going during our visit. He was really nice and genuinely cared about what was going on. We waited a bit for our dinner but everything was really good. Big salads (I had the Ahi salad which was unique and delicious), very good burgers and the kids liked the Mac and cheese which was obviously homemade. The best fried pickles I have ever had. I would definitely recommend for a quality meal with a little something for everyone, a good beer selection and a very caring owner and staff. read more

I was so hoping it would be good. We arrived and asked the hostess about happy hour. We were told to sit at the bar or the high tables by the bar for the happy hour specials. Our waitress came and said there were no happy hour specials. We then ordered drinks. They were out of Coors Light on draft and in bottles. Not good. The drinks we did get were very expensive compared to other local bars. We then ordered appetizers. We were told that 6 wings came in an order so we ordered a double order to get 12 wings. We only got 9 wings for $12.99. The wings were not bad and the pretzel appetizer was o.k. too. We then ordered our dinners. One entree did come out wrong, but she quickly fixed it. The waitress was fine. She kept apologizing for the problems. The food was average. It appears that the owner is new to the bar/restaurant business. A good manager is needed. We finally got to check out the new restaurant in the area and had high hopes. Sadly, the only thing exciting about the meal was the cheese curds. They were delicious. When it came to the two burgers we ordered, the PBJ and bacon burger and Harpers burger, they left a lot to be desired. Both of the burgers were over cooked on the well side rather than medium. It took too long for them to make it to the table. The "truffle" mac and cheese that was on the burger was dried out and flavorless. There was a very tiny hint of truffle oil, but it wasn't enough to redeem the bland taste of the burger meat itself. We went in when there was very few guests and hesitate to return during a busy weekend evening. The decor of the restaurant was beautiful and very clean. Our server was very friendly and for the most part available when we needed something. The place has potential but needs some attention to detail in the flavor department. read more
