Received a detail inside and out but when I paid they never asked until several weeks later if I was satisfied. I would have mentioned it on my way out but they were too engrossed in speaking Spanish to each other. That was nice that the owner bothered to call later. I told him the work was marginal or so-so. He didn't ask why. They never cleaned the carpet on the drivers side as there was lipstick glaring that was never touched. I wouldn't go back, work was not worth what I paid. read more

Horrible service. They charged me for an inspection, didnt pass my car because they said the damage to the bumper made it not passable. Verified with two Worcester Police officers it should have passed and I took it to another service provider and it passed without any trouble. Gabby and Fernando are both gone all new faces and back to old tricks. Charged me $400.00 to turn off my check engine light which wasn't the problem, it was Brake/ABS/Traction control lights. Which are still on. All the diagnostic charges for nothing. Well I am pretty sure it's a broken sensor, I'll find it my self and replace. They also told me I should clean my engine as an animal has stuffed cotton in it. Yeah I'll get right on that since I am paying for advice now. read more

I requested a interior detail and oil change for my car. When I picked up my car, the seats were still damp. The air bag light on my dashboard was on even though it was off before I brought the car in. I asked Mcfee about the light and they told me none of the work they did would have caused it to go on. They even told me that I probably hadn't been paying attention to my car and it had been on before I brought it in, which was not true. I have to go to a different car center now because I do not trust and feel comfortable going back to Mcfee. read more

My car told me this morning that there was low tire pressure in the right front tire and that the pressure was different in all four tires. I brought it to Mcfee Auto Center where all tires was checked and inflated without charge. Plus on this rainy day they left my car in the bay, facing out, so that I would not get wetter and would not have to back out onto West Boylston St. Thank you! read more

I have never been here for work on my car, so I can't speak to that, but I came in recently for an inspection. The place is so disorganized and the front desk girl didn't seem to know what she was doing. I waited an hour for my car to be checked when they told me there was just one other person in front of me. Everyone there is constantly speaking Spanish to each other around you, like you're not even there. I was interrupted multiple times while I was paying with phone calls and other employees coming in to talk to the front desk girl. Just overall very messy and disorganized and not a great environment to wait around in. read more

The one time I lost track of time and needed to get my inspection sticker stat, my regular garage was unable to do inspections, due to a recent fire. While driving around town searching for another place to get my car inspected, I stumbled upon McFees's. The wait for inspection wasn about average for end of month. Unfortunately, my car did not pass due to an issue with the emergency brake which did not surprise me. I'd been hearing it squeak while backing down my driveway for some time. Despite being super busy, they guaranteed me that my car would be fixed that day. When I received the call that my car was ready, the mechanic even apologized for the cost. Mind you, it was well within the average price range for this type of repair. The staff was polite, accommodating, and professional. I'll certainly return for my inspection sticker moving forward as well as any time my car is in need of repair. Knowing your car repair is in good hands provides such peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Mcfees auto center for any body work. Someone backed into my driver side door and my paint is a 3 stage so it's very hard to match the color. I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in today for an interior detail and the job McFee did was outstanding ! Practically every crack and crevasse cleaned! Even the space in between the seat and console where all the pennies and dropped mints fall was cleaned. The windows were so clear, you couldn't tell there's glass. The seats were 99% dry also. My car smelled so clean and fresh! I've had a carseat in this car for over a year and it's the main vehicle we use to transport our son. Even his seat was so clean after all the spilt milk/ formula/ gold fish/ cereal/ yogurt.... and we had no carseat protector. The rims, tires, and outer windows and mirrors were cleaned too which was nice. I think they also washed my car because it seemed more shiny. Gabby at the desk was nice too, and gave me coupons for my next visit. With a starting price of $75 for interior, I think I got more than what I paid for. 5 stars! Absolute worst place I have ever been to. I dropped my car off 3 different times to get my AC fixed and each time they said they fixed it. It was NEVER fixed. After getting completely fukced over by the Reservoir Garage in West Boylston a friend recommended these guys. Put my car in late Saturday night and they looked at it on Monday, first thing. I had a hood latch and cable installed which had to be ordered, new plugs, oil change, O2 sensor, rewiring done on the engine and some welding on my exhaust....Oh and an inspection. The car was ready on Tuesday. I could not ask for better treatment, fast service and it was done right !!!!! my car runs like a Swiss watch !!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. What happened to this place? Over the past number of years I have been at this shop several times with various cars and they always did a great job....a bit pricey but solid work. After a period of time of not needing their services I went back for some rather benign brake work...but (1) they could not find the appointment made on-line (2) when calling on the phone, the person answering could barely speak english so it was almost impossible to have a conversation (3) when brining the car in for a checkup of the brakes and front end, the guy at the front desk wanted to have very specific information as to what was wrong....DUH...Thats what I came in for, get it?! For these guys to inspect thing and then to tell ME what was wrong - not the other way around. Well, they did some work on the brakes, however, when asked about if everything else was ok, the guy ringing me up could not answer at all since he could not tell from the paperwork if anyone actually had inspected anything and he obviously was not willing to check with the meachnics in the back....give me a break, guys!...whatever, too bad that I have to look for a different shop now. read more
