I've been to Harrah's Laurel Lounge twice now and I have no complaints. Currently, they're open Thursday-Sunday at 2:00 PM. I was fortunate to be able to go right at 2PM on a Thursday and it was not at all busy or crowded. The buffet-style food is designed to appeal to a large audience. For a small lounge, the variety of food to choose from is surprisingly vast. There are hot and cold items available, from simple soup and sandwiches to gourmet meats and pastas. Consistently, there is a salad bar. Also, a huge variety of desserts to finish off your meal. The lounge also touts two bars inside. My drinks have always been made right by friendly mixologists. In addition, staff are diligent about keeping the tables clean. The Laurel Lounge is a member perk that is reasonably priced; I look forward to going again. read more

This is a restaurant open to certain player cards (AKA donators - lol). Very much like cafeteria style service. There's always a line (think almost "free" food so tons of takers). The hostess and employees are all friendly, you will get a reserved sign when you enter so you can hold your table while you go grab your food. They have a salad bar, soups, cold salads, hot food, desserts, pizza, etc. A little of everything. The day we were there they had delicious prime rib. So good. They even had a great salmon. Sides and such are just meh, but you are getting it for a super reasonable price. Desserts were yummy. The ice cream machine was broken. There's a full bar, self serve soft drinks/tea/coffee. It's worth it if you are hungry and don't mind the people. Didn't take pics - oops. We did go back the next day for their breakfast but the line was super long and it just is t worth waiting for. They also have a Seven Star level that jumps the line so even if it doesn't look long, it can be as those people walk up. read more

The Laurel Lounge is a VIP lounge for Diamond and Seven Stars members. Wind down after a day of gaming and enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks, or any kind of alcoholic beverage. You get unlimited salad bar, soup, and brick oven pizza to start, and the always have the option of 3 main courses, then you go to the unlimited dessert bar and soft ice cream. For being one of those members, everything is Free, just be kind and leave a tip for your server, who brings your drinks as much as you care for, cleans off your table and serves you main course. We have never had a server that was unpleasant. They are all so outgoing and seem to love there job. Great atmosphere. Food can be good depending on what they have on the menu. Service is always good. Cordial and pretty attentive staff/people. Ambiance is meh. Nice to have access to halfway decent food for the earned membership. Vibe is chill. read more

My favorite of the three Laurel Lounges that the CET properties has to offer. They have a nice little soup and salad bar to help yourself on one end, as well as another little bar set up with a couple of tasty pizzas to choose from and a dessert section too. Then they have three entrees that you can select from that the server will bring you your choice of one. They also have open bar, as well as soft drinks and coffee and tea service, but unfortunately no cappuccino/espresso machine. I've been here a few times since they moved back to their old location and out of the buffet area and I like this much better. I like making my own salad and I love the pizza! My favorite server here is Diane, she is just excellent! I always ask for her section... I'll post some pics of some of the things we've had to eat lately. Oh if you didn't know it's free entry if you're Diamond Plus or above for you and a guest or $10 comp pp I think if just Diamond. We've only come for lunch. I prefer Amphora at Borgata if going to a lounge for dinner. read more

As of October 2024 the Caesars properties in Atlantic's City now are providing food in the Diamond restaurants. The laurel lounge name changed to the Harbor Club. The cost is $10.00 per your comp per person. The food is pretty good. They have a carving station now. I usually go to Harrah's. They no longer have waitresses all station are self serve. You have to go to the bar and the bartender will make your drinks. Top shelf liquor. They have salad, hot foods, carving station, soup, pizza, you can make sandwiches and there is deserts. There is also a coffee/tea station too. I'll take pictures next time there. read more

I was happy to see that a new Diamond Lounge (now Harbor Club) is now open after not having one for a while. I don't mind that everything is self-serve, including drinks. The food is fine but my one complaint is that it's only opened Fri-Sun, even in the summer. We always go on Thursdays and there's only one high-end restaurant opened on Thursdays plus the fast food places and burger joint. Not many options. read more

The best of the Caesar's lounges, that's not saying much. They lowered the price $5 but still . The only good thing about Harrah's is that they have Santa margherita Pinot Grigio and the bartenders are pretty cool! read more

The service here is spectacular. Everyone knows your name and you know theirs. From Lisa, to Betty, Luis, Sergio, Monica, and all of the chefs, food service to the clean up crew, they are all there to make sure we feel welcomed. The food is so delicious and diverse each time we come. There are friends and new acquaintances enjoying the bar coctails and ambience galore with tvs in the background while watching others delight in the rewards Caesars Entertainment has to offer. We have been lucky enough to call Harrahs our 2nd home for over 20 years and counting. Definitely sign up. Fun times. Eating like kings and queens. Afterward, dessert for everyone. Stopping by our local food shelter to drop off treats and our winnings so we can enjoy some local time in AC too on the boardwalk. Happiest of holidays to all. read more

This lounger is basically no more. Ots closed mon thru Thurs and in weekend it's open for drink, potato chops n pretzels...no more hot food...ever! So they have an end of year promo to increase tier score and folks earned a lot of extra points..aka like me to attain diamond plus and now..it's worthless a week later. Thanks ElDorada. MGM looks better and better. No free shows, not buffetts, no comped buffets, no longer w food, 50 charge on room cancelations less than 48hrs out even if had been comped. Costs 15 in comp points for Diamond. I'm comparing to Borgata lounge. Food and service is 1 star. Very limited food option. Can only have one "entree". Server walked by us at least 10 times with empty glasses and did not offer another drink. Food quality is horrible. Make your own burger, but don't expect melted cheese or pickles. Chicken parm, no melted cheese and no flavor for chicken. Ice cream is soft serve. In addition to your entree, you can umlimited pizza, dessert and salad. If this is the best of the three lounges the other two must be sub-zero. read more
