This whole office is a circus Dr Gesek has terrible bedside manners, he's rude to patients and staff seems like he's just mad at the world. The office itself is dirty and very old. I had to go back for a 2nd appointment to get my biopsy results on 2/20/24 the place was full of upset people who were in the waiting room well over and hour AFTER their scheduled appointments Before I leave I ask for a copy of my records and pathology report the woman tells me she can't give them to me I have to fill out a records release and give my email and she will email them to me within 72 hours. So I did that. I never received them so I called back on 2/26 and they tell me the woman who does them was on vacation but was back that day and I should have them by end of day. That didn't happen so I call back 2/29 and was told I would have them by the end of the day and that they let Ashley the office manager know as well. That didn't happen so I called back 3/4 was told I would have them by end of day... that didn't happen (shocking ) so I called again 3/6 and spoke with Asha (sp??) she was a complete rude nasty bi#*h I explained to her what has been going on and that I would wait on the phone and let them know when they were in my email she hung up on me. I called again today 3/11 and when they answered I asked to speak to the office manager and she said she was there and was going to transfer me then gets back on and ask for my name I tell her and she says I'll transfer you now ... and she sent me to her voicemail so I hung up then called back to the main number to see if I could talk to someone else and they wouldn't answer my call. This place is ridiculous and they are incompetent and dishonest beware of going here!! And for anyone who is having the same issues and being denied your records I was given this number 850-245-4339 to report them to the FL Dept of Health Consumer Services. On a side note it takes them literal SECONDS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ‍

He did not write her pain prescription. She had complications later (increased swelling, unable to control the pain), so I tried for 7 days to get the office on the phone, leaving 8 voicemails and 5 texts. Absolutely nothing. After an excruciating week of watching my child cry in pain, I took her to the ER and discovered she had an infection and thrush. They had to give her multiple strong pain medications, 2 different kinds of antibiotics, and meds for the thrush. They were horrified at Dr. Gesek's work and patient care. His office is more than thrilled to take your money. Just pray you don't have any complications that necessitate aftercare, because it is non-existent. I strongly advise you to not trust this man with your or your loved ones' dental needs.

You should be able to do more for the pain. That's what pain killers are for. I should not have to go through all this just to get a little bit of comfort. I don't know what's going on but pain killers are for people that are in pain. That's why they are made. Just because some people decide to kill themselves by being stupid with drugs that they aren't supposed to take doesn't mean I should being going through all this. Let the people that need what they need get what they need. I don't get to just rest at home for days after an extraction I have a job to do I can't just take off, so going through a job all day long in extreme amount of discomfort and pain is completely unnecessary!!( UPDATE 6:30am) at the hospital doctor comes in. My insurance says no. I requested a cleaning that is covered by insurance. In a bait and switch, I was told I had to have a "deep cleaning". I was not informed the "deep cleaning" is not covered. My insurance tells me there is no dental diagnosis that is called a "deep cleaning". It is actually called a periodontal scaling and root planing. Had I been told this, I would have recognized it as not preventive and therefore, not covered. I was billed $600.75. For a procedure not done by a dentist that took less than an hour. This dental office needs some training in full disclosure of costs to patients.

We went back and forth with the insurance company and had everything documented. Pretrone was involved as well and wouldn't give up for us.... They kept calling and until we got the correct answer. As a child I didn't go to the dentist much, if at all. She had nothing but great things to say and explained that she has been going to them for years and even has her son going to them so it's a family dentistry! They were so flexible with my schedule and made it so easy. They even emailed me a link to complete my new patient forms online and took me maybe 5 minutes to complete. So simple! I will say that finding the place took me a hot minute. I had the address and found the right spot, saw signs pointing to Bahri Dental Group but it took me to a college. I soon figured out the dental group was inside the college right through the main entrance. It would have been nice if they mentioned that when I made the appointment but I'm pretty intuitive and just figured it out. I walked in and told them my name and they immediately asked me back to a room. No forms to fill out or waiting around! They made me wash my hands (covid) before doing anything. They dis xrays, cleaning, etc. in record time and really focused on making me comfortable while be efficient. After they were done, the doc came over and did his exam. Explained to me what I'm doing well and things to consider to make my dental hygiene better (without pressure) and the. Set up my next appointment. My husband then made an appointment and was booked the very next day. He needed a crown and they made the crown impression and then plugged it into a computer and then it made some noise and produced the crown just like that. Like maybe 5 minutes! They have some of the better and high tech equipment to make things so efficient and avoid needing to make duplicate appointments. All I can say it between me and my husband, we both had great experiences. Mine was more simple because my teeth has no issues or cavities but even my husband who needed a crown and had 3 cavities, if was still an efficient and good experience. I would highly recommend Bahri.

Instead of 1 star, I'll have to give 2 stars because the front desk team and his assistants are nice. I don't think I'll ever be back here. I'm so upset by everything because on a tooth that was fine, I'm pretty sure I'll now need a root canal.
